I never actually purchased this product, I received it as gratis from work. I would never pay that much for a shampoo, especially one with sulfates in it. I disliked this so much, that I actually thought of using it on my boxers :(. The smell was also way too perfumy.

Great product, this is the second time I've purchased the entire pink line from Kerastase - when they discontinued Bain Satin 3, I figured I'd try this. I am impressed. I have long highlighted hair and using this line does make my highlights look fabulous. Love the smell. For me using Kerastase is worth the money in the long run. I used to buy hair products on a weekly basis trying to find ones I like, usually desperate because my hair was such a mess. Now I've been using Kerastase for a long time and the healthy hair and time saved on endless searches makes the $ well spent

I've using this for about 2 months now. It's supposed to be a mask. Since my hair is very dry and I've been using this as a conditioner until my hair gets better. I'm definitely seeing improvement. It makes my hair soft and shinny. It's pricey like all Keratase products. I do think this mask is worth it.

Waist of money for me. It didn't help my dry hair at all. I will stick with the Masquentence.

Not worth the money imo.
Upon application it gave me the impression that it was perfect. Hair felt incredibly soft. However once i rinsed it and let it air dry,, hair didn't feel as good as usual.. It kind of dries my hair more wavy than usual and not as managable as usual .. I am not a fan. Will not repurchase.
My hair type: long and highlighted (no bleach) Good condition, no frizz. Tends to get flat at the roots.. tends to get weighed down and oily with most products

This stuff is great and makes my hair look soft and blow-dried even though I let it air-dry. Buy it! It lasts so long, you won't regret it. The scent, texture and quality are all very luxurious. The only downside is the price.

I have very damaged hair that has been stripped, colored again and recently had balayage done for the first time. My hair felt like straw and the tangles were impossible to get out. I wanted to cry because all my life I've had very healthy, shiny hair.
I started using Chroma Reflect along with Bain Satin 2, since a lot of people recommend it. I heard it's good for colour treated hair with highlights.
At first, I found the Chroma Reflect didn't make my hair feel very soft or moisturized after the first few times I used it. It just didn't compare to the oleo-relax, which is my usual conditioning masque of choice. My ends were still a dry, tangled mess and I was mad I wasted money on the product.
I stuck with it (having paid so much for it, who would throw it away?), and after using it for a month, I can say that my hair is now getting silky and a lot of the damage from the ballayage has been repaired. I'm going to try and rotate this and the oleo-relax and see how that goes. Will update again in another month.

I've used this in conjunction with Bain Satin #2 for a couple of years now, and I'll never go back. Despite the fact that this line is so ridiculously expensive it blows my mind every single time I buy more. But the point is that I always DO buy more, I can't be without it. I have seen the difference between this and all six hundred OTHER conditioning products I've tried, and I'm a believer. I have long, layered, color-treated hair and this shampoo / conditioner combination leaves my hair bouncy, soft, and manageable. I've never had a single problem with buildup-- and I inevitably do with other brands. When I take the time blow my hair out with a round brush after washing and using this masque it's literally like I just left the stylist every single time. HG. HG 4 EVAH.

I am a Kerastase konvert and this is one of my bathroom essentials. I have long, peroxide coloured ash blonde hair with tons of highlights and this is one of the products I use to keep my hair looking good. Worthwhile the money!

This just did not work for me and left my hair very brittle and dry. I have colored, foiled, coarse, thick naturally curly hair. It was easy to use, smelled nice, and rinsed out well. But it did not nourish or hydrate my hair.

I'm usually a huge Kerastase devotee and their Nutritive line is one of my all time HG faves. I was seduced by the gorgeous packaging and the promise of "rich radiance" into switching from Nutritive to Reflection, but this masque (along with the shampoo and luminous softening serum) was a disappointment. It's definitely better than your average drug store product (one would hope so, for the price) but I didn't notice an increase in softness or "radiance". I'm still a Kerastase fan and I highly recommend their products, but I won't be purchasing anything from the Reflection line again.

This does not work as well on my thick, coarse Caucasian hair (think Catherine Zeta Jones) as oleo relax slim or masqueintense by Kerastase. It does smell divine but is not heavy enough for me. I suspect it would work well with finer hair.

I can't deny it - this really is a miracle worker in a tub. The downside is it is very expensive - so I tend to only buy it if I have a special occasion coming up - but everytime I do use it I get compliments on how beautiful and shiny my hair is! It also seems to leave people with a strange desire to stroke it - so be warned of that possible side effect :P

My colorist introduced me to this and I use it once a week. I feel that this, combined with the shampoo, has really contributed to my healthy, shiny hair (despite being highlighted every 8 weeks). I would never use this on a day when I need volume as I do find that it leaves my fine hair very silky and flat, but it's a must-have in my hair-care routine. My only complaint is that it comes in a tub. Grrrrr.

Ok so I just had my short hair bleached + filler + new color at the salon. Although my hair is healthy, it is damaged. Not straw-like, I was lucky, but definalety dryer.
I needed a good treatment, so I bought Kerastase. I read a lot of great great reviews about it, espcially the chroma rich for bleached hair.
It damaged my credit card, it is VERY PRICEY (everyone knows that)
The results: I left it for 15-20 minutes in a hot towel (put it 30 sec in the microwave) and rinsed to find very soft, very smooth hair...
It did not repared ALL the damage (that would be a miracle, not a hair treatment) but it improved it a lot.
I will use it every other shampoo for a while, just to get my hair back to normal. But is it worth the price.
I would buy it again and again.

Easily the most miraculous hair conditioner I've ever experienced. This transforms hair and makes it model silky. Worth the price if you can afford it. Glorious product.

I really like this mask. Ive tried them all.. aqua oleum, oleo relax, oleo relax slim, masque intense, force intense, croma rich and chroma reflect also tried the ciment anti asure. My favourite for now is this chroma reflect, my hair just feels and looks amazing, it hasnt felt so soft in a long while. I also like masque intense for thick hair. The Ciment anti asure I like to use when I dont have time for treatments and use it as a quick conditioner.
Honestly speaking, Its so difficult to just pick one that outdoes the rest because they are all so good and people just have to try and see what works for them. Myself, I always have 3 masks in my cupboard and just pick and choose what i feel like using on that day because i like to alternate.
My least favourite of the kerastase products was the oleo relax slim thats the only one which I will never repurchase, kerastase hair masks rock, they beat everything else.
