I LOVE THIS STUFF!!! I am on my feet for 10 hours a day at work and my feet get pretty rough (ewww) I tried Vaseline and that made my feet feel nasty. I got this with a coupon so it wasn't that expensive. a little goes a long way. I got the biggest size and it is lasting forever. I do wish that it came in a squeeze tube though. Overall this is AMAZING! You have to try it. I will repurchase again and again

Pros: It seriously works. I just put it on before I go to bed and I wake up with super soft feet.

Cons: It contains AHA so you must protect your feet from the sun after sun exposure (or you will burn). I also did not like the packaging. I would like to see it in a squirt tube so it is easier to use. It's also a little pricey.

A friend was moving and gave me a bag full of new Bath and Body Works products. In the bag was a jar of Heel of Approval treatment for cracked heels. I don't have problems with my heels, but found this cream to be the ABSOLUTE BEST body moisturizer I've used in 40 years. It does for me what other lotions, oils, butters etc.... have never done. This cream keeps my extremities smooth, beautiful and moist all day long. The product is a little pricey, but it is so intensely rich and effective, a little bit goes a long way. The small jar has lasted me two months, at $15.00 a jar. Thanks to my friend, I'm hooked and had to share. I rarely take the time to review a product, but once in a great while I find something fabulous.

I had really high hopes for this cream but Im honestly disappointed :( I bought this for my husbands dry feet and though it works wonders after he puts it on, we dont see any lasting results. I rub his feet with it every night and by the next morning his feet are dry again. Im going to try and find a good foot scrub to see if thatll help and I will edit if it does, but for now I dont think I will be repurchashing because of the price. PS It has a very nice smell though, reminds me of apples :)

Only thing that really makes a lasting difference on my feet. Using 3-4 times a week at night then slipping on socks makes such a big difference. Have noticed good results with foot files/pumice stones, but no where near this cream. My feet are borderline unpresentable without it! Highly recommend.

Love, love, love this product! I have tried so many different things for cracked heels, and this works instantly! I have had the same tub for about a year or more now. I use this when I start to notice my heels are drying up. I do want to start using it on a daily basis so I have soft feet all the time.

I usually put it on at night and put on a pair of socks. I love the texture and smell. As soon as you put it on, you can tell it is working. I have even used it on my husband's feet! He was even shocked how well it worked.

This cream really heals crack and dry feet like it claims! The bottom of my heel would really dry up and you can see white cracks all over during winter time, regular lotions and body creams couldn't hydrate it. But this cream, once you apply it the crack totally disappear! Leaving you feet really soft and hydrated. I've been using this for 3 years especially during the winter.

My heels are horrible . . . without routine TLC they are rough and they have a tendency to crack (which is painful). Years ago I started buying some of the Bath and Body Works spa products and this is one of my favorites. I wait for it to go on sale and then buy extras so I never run out!

I use a synthetic pumice stone in the shower and then liberally apply this to my feet in the morning right after my shower. Cover with socks while I finish getting ready. If I do this once or twice a week my feet stay smooth and free of cracks and rough spots - they actually look and feel better than they do after an expensive spa pedicure. When I get lazy and quit using it I have to work a bit harder but it really only takes a couple of days to get my heels smooth again.

This is a great product and I hope they will never discontinue it!

Great product - I am a swimmer, with the feet to match, and this has taken care of the callouses, peeling, cracks . . .Got the large tub w/a sale coupon and do not regret my purchase. I have recommended it to friends and fellow swimmers.

HG foot cream ! the top of my feet had 2 dak parrel lines from an injury due to wearing tight shoes. This lotion has faded them and now my feet are an even colour.
The foot cream has glycolic acid and shea butter, the glycolic acid gets rid of the dead skin cells and makes the foot nice and soft, the shea butter hydrates really well. When using this product your feet will become sensitive to the sun, so always wear a good sunscreen.
It gets rid of ashy skin and brings out a nice even tone for your whole foot. I also use this on my knees and elbows to get rid of ashy, dry and rough skin. Nice light sweet scent. BBW are not animal tested!:)Price is a little on the high side but I put my staff discount to good use and got the big tub for only $10.00! However BBW has an emailing list which gives coupons and buy this item during the sales, so you can get it cheaper.

Love this foot cream! I was alternating between B&BW's I Love Shea and Heel Of Approval and will repurchase Heel Of Approval. I will always like Aquaphor for my heels/feet but if you want a cream instead of a petroleum jelly consistency, this is a very nice product.

I love this product!! Whenever it goes on sale, I stock up on it as if it was going out of production the next day. I don't use this product as much as I should, but when I do, it is wonderful. I play soccer and my feet get pretty beaten up with calluses and blisters, but just one night of using this product and I can remove the dead skin right away (gross, but wonderful!). I need to use it more often, especially in the summer, as I tend to use it more in colder weather when wearing socks.

I just purchased this a few days ago as part of a sale and I'm really glad I picked it up! I've tried a lot of foot creams from stores like Target, and already I can tell this is a much higher quality cream. The cracks in my heels are disappearing quickly. In fact, after using it one night, when I tried to use my Swedish file on my feet, I found there was barely anything to file off!

It's a thick cream, which I like. A small dab goes a long way. I also find the smell pleasant. It soaks right into my feet and I don't experience any greasiness. HG all the way!

I am hesitant but giving this a 4 although I've only been using this daily for 5 days. That being said, I like it so far. I feel that the consistancy is thick so you don't need a lot to cover your soles. It doesn't smell bad to me, the fragrance is slight and dissipates quickly. The size I bought was the "spa size" so I don't feel it was expensive since BBW always has coupons (you can print online) and sales going on. Basically I bought this, a C.O. Bigelow Lemon and Pomegranate scrub and TBS There's the Rub Salt Scrub for $34.00 with my $10 off 30 coupon and the buy 2 get 1 promo. I do feel that it is doing something to wear down my jacked up rough heels but not the wonders that others seem to be experiencing which makes me think perhaps I am beyong help in this department. However, I do notice that my feet feel softer and more hydrated. The appearance isn't anything to write home about but it's less rough than a couple days ago. I guess the true test will be the amount of dead skin sloughed off when I pumice. Will try to remember to update.

My total HG foot product! I've used this for a few years and it is, without a doubt, the best. I have tried them all (and I mean THEM ALL!) and none work as well as this product. I try to buy it when its on sale but even at full price its worth it. I use it year round and it keeps my feet in perfect shape.

I purchased this product on recommendation from my roommate and I really like the effect it has on the soles of my feet. Although it is a bit pricey, a little goes a long way because of the rich texture. Unfortunately, I can't seem to find anything that helps the dry skin on the surface of my feet, below the ankle bone. Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated :)

This stuff is AMAZING!! My feet were softer than my little toddlers feet in just a few days! I love the smell, although it barely has one. I love the consistency and the glycolic acid is very impressive in making this foot cream work wonders! The calluses on my heels and the pad of my big toe are ancient history! Other creams would make them feel softer and look better temporarily, but this one actually got rid of them, they are NO MORE! Love it and would highly recommend it.
