I love this product. I'm so sad Bath&body doesn't sell it anymore. Does anyone know where I can find it?

Overall I really like this mask. I had actually forgotten I had it as I purchased it over 2 years ago. I recently moved and found it buried in the back of my cabinet so I figured I would try it out again! There is definitely a tingly sensation a few minutes after you put it on but I actually kind of like it. It wasn't dried up or anything when I used it either (I was actually expecting it to all dried out and was pleasantly surprised it wasn't), so I would say the packaging has definitely done its job. The smell isn't overpowering although it may be too strong for some with a super sensitive nose. As for reducing the size of my pores, I don't see a noticeable difference before and after. I see this mask as a once in awhile product to use to pamper myself and scare my husband... (:

This product is very good. After using it, my pores look smaller and the skin is smoother. However, the smell is very strong and there is a little sting on my cheeks when I use this. This product is good for oily skin. If you have combination skin like mine, just use it one your T-zone and around the nose, where your skin is oily and pores are visible. I don't think dry skin benefits much from this product.
The product comes from a jar so its a little bit messy. I would prefer it coming from a tube. The price is a little bit expensive for me, but it is worth the price.

A bit intense burning/tingling sensation when you first apply. Its a pain to wash off, you really need to do it with a washcloth because it sticks to your skin, but overall, very nice. Good results. Skin is tighter and brighter.

On days when I couldn't afford to be seen with an oily face at all, I use to use this mask in the morning. Also sometimes after an oily meal for dinner i just feel better using this at night before bed. It's smells nice. I don't mind the price (although i did the first time i bought it) because i soon realeased just how freakin' much 8oz is! It's ALOT. So I actually think BBW is being pretty generous with the price (not that i want them to raise it of course). Adore the cooling sensation and it hurts the first time you use it but you'll grow to love the tingling sensation. This is the only mask i'll probably ever use though i'll try the QHMJ mask everyone raves about since 3 bucks is better than 16, lol, and if i like it i will abandon this. But yes this is a great mask. It's so obvious that it shrinks pores. I wish this was 50% off at the semi annual sale instead of the pumpkin mask of course, lol

I love this product. Neem is so great at extracting dirt from pores. I used to use neem soap but the mask seemed like it would work better. It does! MY PORES HAVE GOTTEN SMALLER SINCE USING IT. It is a little warming and tingling at first but I got used to it. It leaves my skin so smooth and silky feeling and tighter but not a soap tight. My husband always notices my face, he always notices when I use it, even if he's not there when I turn into the green hulk. The only thing I don't like about this product is that i wish there was an easier way to get it out. I get it all in my fingernails and it's hard to get out. Try using a stick from bath and body, they are free. It helps but I loose my constantly.

I tried this mask yesterday and so far I am liking it. I have oily and sensitive skin. So I was a bit cautious in purchasing it because it seems like my skin is getting more sensitive as I get older.
When I first applied the mask, I felt a stinging sensation, even more intense than a former favorite of mine, Queen Helene Mint Julep masque. It took about five minutes for it to subside, about the same time for the mask to dry. After I rinsed my face, my face looked "cleaner" and brighter. And some residual acne seemed to decrease in appearance. I took a lippie off because of the intense stinging sensation but as of now, I will tolerate it. I think the stinging sensation is due to the mint derivatives contain in the product.
Update 12-16-07: I had to take off several lippies since this product is just not suited for my skin.

A bit pricey for a mask, but a wonderful pick me up. I use it the night before a long day or the night of a party, and I always noticed my skin looks more radiant and glowing.

i really love this mask because it really does shrink my pores. i noticed it the minute that i rinsed the mask off. As for the QHMJ mask, it is really a toss up to me because the neem really shrinks pores but the QHMJ shrinks zits better so it really does not matter all though i feel that the neem is better a must have

Overall, I found this to be a nice mask... similar to Quene Helene's Mint Julep mask, only this one doesn't dry on your skin. I love the tingling sensation that this mask gives, but I don't like the smell. I also enjoy how the tingling sensation lasts for a while even after you've washed the mask off. One problem I found is that it didnt really tighten my pores the way Quene Helene's does. I wouldn't buy again mostly because I'd prefer a mask to also tighten pores, but I'd say this mask was worth the money, since I got it as a BOGOF with my olive mask (which I've yet to try out). I may or may not have bought this at full price.

At first I thought this was quite expensive, but BBW has so many promotions that it's not too bad, and I've had mine for about 9 months and have only used 1/3 of it, so on a per-application basis it's actually quite affordable. This stings when I apply it, but that lessens as I get used to using it. Wonderful on my zits, I actually think that this works better than QHMJ mask, and certainly smells better. Awesome stuff, and when (at this rate if) I ever run out, I will certainly purchase more. My HG of masks!!!

this mask was great when i bought it. i used it about twice a week and i could really feel the clay sinking into my skin. i applied it liberally all over my face and i could see it dry in 15-20 minutes. right after i rinse i could see that the big pores around my nose were smaller. the only problem is that this is really temporary and the next day, my pores are back to regular humongous size. i guess that's true for any mask. but now that i've been using this mask for several months, i've noticed some stinging whenever i use it, i guess my skin is getting sensitized.

I would not use this product if you had sensitive skin because it might be uncomfortable or even irritating. I make that statement based on my very normalish-almost combination skin finding it a little bit stingy. It's bearable though. This is a rich green kaolin (clay or 'mud') based mask with the astringent extract of neem added. It goes on very smooth, and does not, thank Goddess, dry to a cracked-cement finish that you have to chip off your face. A little bit will cover your whole face and I can't imagine needing to use this more than once a week. The results I have from using it are remarkably smooth, fresh skin, smaller pores, and the kind of real clean feeling you can, oddly enough, only get from mud.

I can really feel this working...OUCH. I can handle that though. I have normal to dry skin, so I have to make sure I use a moisturizer right afterwords. I really noticed a difference in my skin 3 weeks later. I use this once a week.

First of all, why does this sting so badly? I noticed this is worse than Queen Helene on me as far as stinging goes, but it doesn't dry as hard and crackly, so that is kind of a trade off. I like the clean fragrance, and you really only need a little bit to cover your whole face. The packaging is attractive, but I wish they sold this in smaller containers - it is big enough to last me a couple of years.
I use this once a week, and the Pumpkin mask once a week as well. This mask does dry you out, so make sure you follow up with a good moisturizer.

I love this! I think it's my new fave mud mask so far. I love the rich texture, color, and scent. I deducted one lippie b/c it does sting a bit when first applied, but it is not unbearable and does go away. It left my skin looking smooth and feeling incredible. I wouldn't recommend using more than once a week if you have normal skin, like I do, but it's definitely a treat.

My skin isn't normally very oily, but I had developed a rather large pimple on my face, so when I read about this mask in Cosmo and thought I'd give it a try. Initially, I was shocked by the price ($16 for 8 oz). It did sting/tingle/whatever at first, but it wasn't anything unbearable. I've been once a week for a few weeks now, and I've noticed fewer blemishes. I would not reccommend it for anyone with dry (or even normal) skin.

I really like this mask. I don't find the stinging to really be an issue, it hurts a little at first, but nothing major. Queen Helene's Mint Julep Mask actually hurts worse on me.
I tried this on an impulse and I have to admit I love the result. I have combination skin that tends to get oily as the day goes on and this really mattifies it. I get a little bit of redness after I use it, but it goes away quickly and leaves my skin soft and smooth and, most important, non-oily.
I'd say this is definitely worth the price.
