I really LOVE this color. I was very worried because I hate the heavy glitter in lip glosses. However, once I applied it, it was very sheer and the glitter didn't look like glitter on my lips, it just makes my lips super shiny. The color is also great!!! Its like a very light sheer pinkish red gloss. If I had to say something negative it would have to be that it draws a lot of unwanted attention to my lips. I have full lips and being that the gloss is so shiny, it makes my lips pop out even more. On many occasions, I realized that not only men, but women as well were staring at my lips like they had been hypnotized. I had never gotten that effect from a lip gloss.

This is probably my favourite lip gloss ever - it must be the only tube I have ever finished! It looks a deep berry red with gold and iridescent purple-blue glitter flecks in the tube but it applies this lovely sheer neutral rosy colour, with a subtle glimmer effect. I don't find it gritty at all, but very smooth and not at all sticky. Looks great over bare lips or layered over just about any shade of lipstick. I love it's versatility!
It's very elegant and beautiful and not at all garish (as Sideral can be, as gorgeous as it is in the tube).
Love it and will probably buy myself some more for Christmas!

I love the glossimers, and so far Equinoxe is my favourite.
It's a warmer shade than I thought (just looking at the tube) and really gives very little colour to the lips. This is a good thing for me (I don't like to wear anything too bright or dark), but it could still do with a tiny bit more colour to make it perfect ♥
The glitter is beautiful as usual, even if the texture for this one is VERY SLIGHTLY gritty. I get many compliments when I'm wearing this, and I love it so much that I have 2 tubes in use at all times (one for home and one for my handbag)
I find myself using this as a daily gloss and even more so than my beloved MAC Lust. HG for sure :)

This is a very pretty sheer rosey shimmery gloss. It looks a lot darker and very glittery in the tube but it looks a lot softer on the lips. I think it's a very neutral color that would look great on anyone. I'm really loving Chanel's glossimers.

I love the colour of Equinoxe. I wore it alone or paired it with Chanel lipstick in Santa Barbara. However, it is too gritty and sticky for my taste. Also, I noticed that it is difficult to appy it evenly, it has a tendency to create darker pools in some areas of my lips.

This is supposed to be a berry/plum lipcolour but on me it turns out extremely sheer with sparkles. I don't think I would buy this unless it was on sale as it's quite expensive at $31 Cdn (before taxes). I love the texture of the glossimers but this one I am not that crazy about. The sparkles do look teenie-boppery in the tube but on the lips it's quite nice. Really accentuates the lips and gives a natural look (for me), but nothing extravagant and not worth the expensive pricetag. Those who don't like pigmented lipglosses and like lots of sparkles, may most likely like this.

I have many of the glossimers, but was really disappointed in this one. It is very sheer and almost looks like clear with sparkles on your lips. I like the ones with more pearl to them like Blizzard or Unity. If you like this look (glittery) save your money and just buy a drugstore brand.

This glossimer is far more grown-up than it appears in the tube! It looks like quite a dark berryish red-pink but applies a sheer mid-rose-pink, and the multi-coloured sparkles (pink, gold, blue) - which look really tweenie in the tube - don't come off as glitter but iridescence and shine. Put on with a light hand, on its own this gives my lips a nice, super-flattering rosy glow with a gold shimmer. It gives pink toned lipsticks extra oomph and dimension. Applied a bit more thickly you can build up the colour, shine and sparkle. Looks gorgeous for at least a couple of hours on me! So another superstar from the glossimer line as far as I'm concerned, but bear in mind this is one of the less pigmented ones so might disappoint some.
I'm very fond of the glossimer formula - it's a thick gel that lasts well for a gloss, I don't find the sparkles gritty at all, and it doesn't dry out my lips. The main drawbacks are the price (UK £17) and the annoying tendency to leak at the top of the tube when you replace the doe-foot applicator.

I love this glossimer, but then I love most glossimers. Originally I bought this to please my dh, because he loved the name, but I am so happy I did. It is pretty sheer, but really enhances the natural color of my lips. It is just a hair deeper than my lips and is glossy with little bits of gold and multi colored glitter. I don't feel any grit at all though. In my opinion, it has the same great texture as my others. I think this makes my lips look plump and not too done up. Don't buy it if you are looking for a drastic change or dramatic color, but I would re-buy for sure.

This was nothing special for me. The color is too glittery and sheer. It looks similar as my Chanel summer plum, just a regular YLBB shade. I prefer Revlon Super lustrous lipglosses because they really make my pale lips look more thick smooth and defined and they give much more color.

Late last year I was advised by a Chanel MUA to purchase this because she said it went with my pigmented lips and fair complexion. Never wrote a review on it, because although it looked pretty in the tube...It really never looked good one.
Well...I was correct in that it doesn't look good all by itself or even with the closely matched expensive Chanel liner that I purchased to go with it, but I never threw it away, and then...
About a week ago...a MUA at the BB counter recommended Italian Rose and Blue Raspberry Creamy lipsticks along with Slopes lipliner, and they really look great, but I thought...Hey...Why don't I just try that Equinoxe on with it, and it was like magic. OMG!...My lips look full and lovely an beautiful. Only takes about a min to apply all three products, and I didn't have to purchase another gloss to go with the lipsticks...both of them. I can imagine it would go with any other medium shade...like Smashbox's Maven or Vibe or anything else you may have. I kept trying the Equinoxe with lighter shades and kept wondering why it didn't work on me.
I have a hard time getting rid of stuff, and sometimes it works out (like this time) I think BB recommends a similar gloss to pair with the two lipsticks I purchased, and there it was...sitting there in my MU drawer:)
I now LOVE Equinoxe. If you have pigmented lips and wear a medium toned lipstick with a bit of brightness like I do (and also have a tendency to turn lip colors brown)...This will go really well.

I love Chanel Glossimers, and this one is no exception. Like most, I was a bit scared of the color just based on what it looked like in the tube, but once I tried it on I loved it. I have already purchased it again, and stocked up, because this is definitely one of my favorites!

I like this gloss a lot, but I had a hard time deciding whether or not I would really buy it again. I said yes, but I'm still not sure... This is very pretty (and fun to look at!) in the tube, and maybe even a little scary (waaay glittery--think Middle School sparkles), but comes out very sheer when applied. I only use one wand-full per application because it is very high shine, but I like the look a lot--a natural, sheer, pinky-plum-berry--and you can only see the sparkles if you look right up close. From afar, the sparkles just add to the shine. This gloss is gloopy and sticky, so if you don't like that consistency, it's not for you.

This is the most money I think I've ever spent on a lip product, including the couple of tubes of Versace lipstick I bought a few years ago. I think. I couldn't resist. This doesn't even feel like a gloss, because it has a thick almost pasty consistency, though it's not unpleasant. In the tube you can see all the blue and purple and pink sparkles; it's so beautiful. I wish they would come out with a nail polish that looked like it. On the lips it goes on as a lovely shimmery plum. I love this but I would not spend this much money again, unless of course I hit Lotto; then I'd buy 12.

Like Imaginaire Glossimer, this is super scary looking in the tube but goes on quite sheer. I don't even see the plum in this one, it goes on a slightly pinky gold with the slightest teeniest touch of berry with high shine on me. It has a lot less berry than Imaginaire, and more glitter. I actually love looking at the tube, the little blue glitter mesmerises me. Don't worry, you don't see the blue on your lips.
I need to know where the rest of the people here are buying equinoxe, because I would love to have this in its "true to tube" form...all the reviews are talking about how dark it is, and mine is dark in the tube but just glitter and gloss on the lips. I'm so jealous!
My new rule with Chanel glossimers (and lippies for that matter) is to just go ahead and buy the dark ones because they are all light and sheer anyway. If the scary dark ones are this sheer, I would hate to try the ones that are light. I still will definitely rebuy this one as I can stare at the glitter in the tube for hours, it's really hypnotic, I just think it looks so pretty in the tube. Wish it showed up the tube color on my lips but showing up similar to my HG is good enough.
Update: I find Chanel glosses do not have a lot of product in the tube. Thought I would throw that out there for those of you who like a lot of gloss...I have had this a month with only semi daily use, and it is already a third gone (say three or four applications a day four days a week). I have had my latest Dior for three months with the same type of use, and I can't even see a dent. I don't mind because I am paranoid about throwaway dates and I won't feel bad throwing away an empty gloss this way. Paradoxically, this makes Chanel a more likely repurchase for me as I like to finish products.

I love this gloss! As with all Chanel Glossimers, the shine factor is incredibly high. I'll admit, i was a little scared when i saw this in the tube, as it looks like a really intense plum with even more intense sparkles. But, when applied, it sheers out to a wonderful "tint", and the glitter is diffused, so it doesnt look so "pre-teen queen" I'll definately be using this a lot.

This is a pretty plummy color on my lips, but it is very sheer and the glitter is a golden/red/blue color that is a bit large and gritty. Not near as wonderful as Pailettes.
EDIT: Ok, I had to give it an extra lippie. After wearing it a little, and experimenting with a lip brush, this really is lovely with a tan summer palette. However, the glitter is still much too gritty.

This is one Glossimer I didn't really care for. It wasn't a good color for me and it goes on way too thick.

What a gorgeous Glossimer! I am definitely in love with this highly pigmented opaque, reddish-brown lip gloss w/ slight plum tones. It has just the right amount of shimmer and it is long lasting. It's too bad that this is unavailable in the states, but I'd never hesitate to swap for it again or have it custom purchased. It is an absolute dream.
