This is a great eyeshadow. I have it in mink and it's a true shimmery taupe. It would work on most skin tones and it's very blendable and silky I would purchase again as I've had mine for a while and still have a lot left.

I love the pinkish brown coulour the best. Looks nice on my skin tone. Good coulour for everyday. Sparkly but not glittzy. Very smooth. I hate the little brush applicator. It's curved !!!! WTF. Still a great eyeshowdow considering I got it for 2$ CND at shoppers!!

I bought this a few years ago in Truffle and love it! I used UDPP first, then I wet my finger and apply the shadow while damp. It gives a lovely wash of color and lasts all day. It's also a good dupe for UD Baked from the Naked palette. Less shimmer, but the pinkish brown tone is the same.

I have a couple of these and the colour combination in the trios are nice. However you do need a primer as they don't last long.
they aren't the most pigmented on the market but okay for older eyes as they are not too glittery.
They are way overpriced for the quality. £10 in the UK and $7.99 in the US. why is there such a difference from a 'UK' company?!! Rip off

I have one in 45 golden leaf, the color certainly lives up to its name. I love it, in just one swipe I found a beautiful golden shimmery green color that faily lasts! It's kind of weird, because IRL, the powder look chalky, but once applied it goes on smoothly, which of course I don't mind. I took off one lippe because the packaging looks cheap.
I bought it for approx. USD 4 in a store sale, so I don't mind the price. will definitely repurchase if I ever finish the product

This product was awful. The consistency of the eyeshadow was very chalky and impossible to blend. I returned it for a refund. When I bought another set of No 7 Eyeshadow a year later, I experienced the same problem.
The packaging may look good, but the product is not, especially for the prices they charge!

The only thing that's good about this is the color in the package... It applies SUPER. SHEERLY. and it's SOOOOO chalky and crumbley! I have this in Iced Lilac and it doesn't show up lilac at all, it's just silver crumbly dust. And I'm light skinned!!! HORRIBLE, I'll never buy another Boots eyeshadow again :'(

I bought this product a few years ago for AU$3 at a makeup discount store outlet (closed now.) I don't really know of any stores that stock this brand here (I have not searched online or went out looking for it. I bought this product waaay before I started doing research into makeup before buying it.) I bought 'wheatsheaf.' It brings out my Asian eyes without being too out there.
The sponge applicator broke down shortly after using it but the colour is fine. Without a UD base there is still some colour after 8 hour day. With a bit of UD base it lasts all day.
At that price, I really cannot complain.
I only recently turned over and saw the brand of it and checked it out on MUA!

I have this eyeshadow in Oyster and whilst I love it, it is a very similar shade to my Sephora eyeshadow which I adore.
It is a greyish/black colour (much lighter than my Sephora one which is a very dark grey.) This would look nice all over the eyelid on some people but to just blend it in would be difficult as it doesn't stand out that much. Perhaps people who like subtle, and are maybe looking for a change from their usual makeup would like this.
The packaging is very simple, a black case with a clear window to see the colour through. It comes with its own applicator though which the Sephora didn't, which is extremely handy for mobile use.
Hope this helps.

For ~$7.99, these eyeshadows are an awesome value. I picked up a couple of color trios at Target Romantic (gray/purple, great for a slighty smokey look) and Renaissance (sandy colors), and not only did they look good, but also stayed on for the whole work day without creasing or much fading--and this was even without primer. I didn't use the tiny little sponge applicator that comes with the package, just my regular eyeshadow brushes.

I bought Wheatshiff and Truffle and absolutely was impressed. The Truffle is a gorgeous shimmery warm/neutral brown and the Wheatshiff is a lighter neutral shimmery champagne shade. The quality, blendability, and pigmentation of these was very good and far surpasses other drugstore brands (even better than Loreal). So then I thought I'd better stock up in case Target stops carrying these! So I got 2 3-color palettes (one is Good Earth, the other is light blue, light purple, and light pink) and 3 more singles (Oyster, Opal, and a lighter blue one). This brand is a great affordable eyeshadow.
Update: I only really like the Truffle and Wheatshiff. The Oyster had too much sparkle. The Opal was nice for a cheap highlighter. Also the little curvy applicator that comes with it is a joke but most use brushes anyway so it's not a big deal.

I picked up 'Good Earth' today and even the SA commented on how pretty this trio was. Like a poster said below the colors in this compact are perfect for green eyes. Beautiful neutral shades that are on the cool side which makes for bright eyes. HG!

I heard a lot of good things about Boots products, so I decided to give the eyeshadow a try when I saw it at Target.
Let me say that I am so in love with my MAC pigments that I rarely use my regular eye shadows anymore.
I bought the trio that has a light purple, even lighter purple, and a blue.
The compact is ok. the brush is lame. With eyeshadow base, it was ok and stayed on all day, but the color wasn't very impactful. I came home from work and wet my brush and applied it on wet and it was a bit darker.
Still, like someone else said, it's a bit too chalky.
I would try *other* Boots products, but I probably won't buy the eyeshadow again.

I have this in Aubergine - a lovely dark, plummy black-aubergine colour that looks slightly shimmering in the pan, but applies matte on the lids. This particular is very dense and well pigmented, and not chalky like some of No7's other colours. Different colours have different textures in No7, but this is a must have for smokey eyes. I bought this years ago in the old packaging and I think there's still 95% in the pan (the new packaging has about 30% less product). It comes in a black flip-top compact which is ok, but not very sturdy. There's also a sponge applicator, which usually aren't very useful, but is ok for this colour as it picks up more colour to apply densely. This will last a lifetime, but I'll repurchase if I lose it! UPDATE: This has been smudging due to the warmer weather :o(

Lovely colours, eyeshadow is just plain bad quality. Talcy, not enough pigment and totally drying. Hate.

This is my HG of all eyeshadows. The color I own is the trio-Good Earth. The reason why this is SOOOOO great is because I have green eyes and pale skin, and find it hard to get colors that suit. Plums often work really well, but for a nice brown this is the best. It brings out the green in my eyes a lot better than eyeshadows that are actually designed to do just that. I am so worried they'll discontinue it I stocked up...If you don't like shimmer, the middle palette is shimmery...but if you have green eyes shimmer with a little gold in it (like this one) is a great color!

I am reviewing No7 Stay Perfect Shadow Palettes. I apply them old school with sponge applicators, not the one included because it is too short, and then give a little mist of Evian to set. They don't crease and colour stays true all day, that is 8hrs+, and I'm talking about a sweltering 95 degrees in the shade kinda day like we had last week.
I have Cappucino (because it is what Billie Piper wore in Dr.Who), Eden, and Beside the Sea (thank you Glamourpusskitty!!) and I love, love, love them!

Maybe it's because I am so used to the soft and highly pigmented eyeshadows of Nars and Shu Uemura, but in my opinion, Boots colour perfect eyeshadows are pretty lame.
I got two - Cappucino set which is neutral browns and Ocean which is a set of funky blues. Both look great in the cases, but when applied, they neither last long, or go on that well. The powders are soft but require layering to get anywhere near the colour in the case.
Shame really I have never liked No.7 products but decided to give it a go since the price has gone up to £8.50 which in my book makes it nearly a premium brand...alas, I will be giving these two sets away.
