For reference, I'm NW45/NC50/Revlon ColorStay Cappucino with full pigmented lips. I can't wear it on its own. It is a very sheer beigey nude with no shine (strange for a lipgloss). I think it would be better to use to tone down another lipstick or lipgloss, but not on its own, esp. not for those with pigmented lips like me. I gave it a 2 stars b/c it is suitable for everyone (like a balm), but not necessary at all; however, I found it to be useful in the makeup arsenal for toning other lip colors down.

I bought this & another shade really similar to it in hopes of duping my beloved LE MAC Tartan Tale l/g's but sadly nothing has come even close in color to those. This is sup to be a dupe of C-Thru, which i don't own so can't compare. Its nice & ill repurchase for the price since i don't want to shell out the $ for C-Thru.

This is a beautiful moisturizing lip gloss that is definitely comparable to MAC's C-thru as mentioned in many reviews. The only cons i have on this product are

1.It is a little more sheer than C-thru
2.Not a lot of product comes on the brush to apply to your lips

Other than that i really like this lip gloss over NYX echo (Dupe for MAC Sis) or even MAC Gaga 2

Color: beige nude with shimmer

Pros: long-lasting, not too sticky, great dupe for MAC's C-Thru

Cons: sheer, bad smell, applicator picks up very little product

Comments: This is long-lasting without being too sticky. It's very sheer, but buildable. Best when layered on top of a lipstick. It's great quality, but does have a bad smell to it and I hate that I have to constantly dip the applicator into the tube because it doesn't pick up much.

Will not repurchase.

I got this because it was very inexpensive. The color is a beige nude. It looks like it has some super-subtle shimmer when I look at the tube, but I didn't notice any on my lips when I applied it, which is fine. I was disappointed at first with this because it looked extremely strange on my naturally brick pink-red lips. (This is my fault). Later, I was wearing some red lipstick, when I decided to try layering the gloss over the lipstick. It worked quite nicely, and it added a beautiful shine to my lips. This is not a sheer gloss; it is on the stickier side. Normally, I hate sticky glosses, but I actually like this one a lot! It smells kind of like cookie dough, but the taste isn't great. I won't buy this shade again, but I will repurchase this in a different color!

I really love this gloss over some darker nude lipsticks, like E.L.F. Rosy Nude. It's also good on its' own, although it is pretty sticky but it has decent staying power. It IS a gloss though so some tackiness is expected, but I really love the color. It's a nice beigey nude with a touch of gold, very pretty. But the scent is HORRID. Fortunately it dissipates pretty quickly after application so I only took off one lippie for it.

Great color! I'll admit that I wasn't too sure about it from looking at the tube. It looked like a pretty boring color to me, but after reading all of the wonderful reviews, I decided to give it a try.

I have a few other Milani crystal glosses and like the vanilla scent and how moisturizing they are. I also definitely agree that they are comparable to MAC lipglasses.

Secret is a great nude color! It's definitely sheer, but it does give a bit of a milky nude tint to my lips. I'd imagine if you want them lightened up even more, a touch of concealer or foundation before applying the gloss would do the trick! I personally found that the shade wast just right... not too light to where it washes me out, but not completely clear like I was worried about.

Great natural looking color! Adds lots of shine and feels nice on the lips. Plus, it's only a few dollars. I gave it 4 out of 5 for the packaging because it seems that some do have the color name printed on the tube, and some do not. This one had the name of the color printed on the plastic part that seals the tube, which gets removed. There was no name underneath that. A few of mine had the name printed in black underneath the plastic that you remove, a few did not. No biggie, but I imagine it could be annoying if you are trying to purchase it online and don't remember the color name.

I wish they had more colors available, because for such a good price, it's a great gloss! I like all of the colors I've tried so far!

Such a great Mac dupe that when I misplaced a brand new tube of C-thru I didn't even pout! Bad I know, but seriously awesome gloss, perfect color, long lasting, minimally sticky, and when it wears down lips feel moisturized. One lippie off for processed petroleum smell/taste which normally I can't bear in a product, but in this 1) It's very subtle and after a few uses you really only notice vanilla and 2) The product itself is sooo good it doesn't even matter. If it really does bother you, as it usually does me, the taste is easily masked by adding a couple drops of peppermint oil to the tube. Natural lip plumper, and it won't noticeably change the consistency of the gloss.

I bought this because I heard it was a dupe for C-Thru. They are similar in the fact that they are both creamy and beige, but C-Thru is thicker and has more shimmer. Secret is pretty sheer. It's not a bad gloss, it's just boring by itself. However, it does look nice over nude lipsticks. All in all, this is just an okay gloss. But I would still buy this gloss, before spending $14 for C-Thru.

When I read that this is a dupe for C Thru I went out and bought it. It looks like the perfect color in the tube, when when I applied it to my lips i was very dissapointed.. There was hardly any color! Deffinatley not the "kim kardashian" look. It looks like a clear lip gloss.. It does however have a great feel and doesn't smell or taste bad to me.. It looks nice over myth or other nudie lip colors, So I guess I will wear it over things like that. I really wish it was more pigmented.. If your looking for color you wont find it here

I love this gloss. It has a very creamy consistency. Not sticky at all. And it also has a sweet vanilla scent. It has no iridescence or glitter to it, which I liked.

The color is a warm nude. It shows up very sheer on the lips. I love wearing this over MAC Lip Erase for the perfect nude lip.

These are also quite hydrating. I have it on now, and I've had it on for several hours. Even after eating dinner and kissing my husband a few times, my lips still have a nice sheen and super soft texture. LOVE the texture.

A definite repurchase. It's inexpensive, the color is beautiful, the smell and consistency is lovely. Highly recommended.

What a great product! The color is a very light nude color. I wear this over MAC Myth and I love it. Adds a little shine and makes my lips look really full. The price is great too-I think I paid about $3.99 versus almost $15 for a MAC lipgloss. I didn't notice anything about the smell, so I guess it didn't bother me. I also like that this has a velvet applicator rather than a brush applicator. Overall, a really great gloss for the price. I will definitely buy more.

This lipgloss is not only gorgeous but feels great on the lips. Dirt cheap and great quality. The only negative is the smell but it's not that bad. Will definitely buy again. Even to someone spoiled by MAC the quality of Milani makeup is constantly amazing me.

I can't get over the plastic smell (and I did not purchase this on sale as others have mentioned) It's so bad I won't use the gloss. It's a nice color but not like NARS Turkish Delight in my opinion. If they'd only change the flavor this would be a keeper.

I have been using this lip gloss for quite some time. It's sad to say that if I go out and don't have it on, I feel incomplete lol. The color is nude and just brightens up your face with its shine. I adore this gloss so much, I never leave the house without it. I always have at least 3 tubes. One at home, one in my makeup bag and another emergency backup. If this is ever discontinued, I will have no choice but to turn to MAC's C-thru and I don't want to do that. In my opinion, both are pretty much the same except for the price. I love it! Even a friend of mine who isn't into drug store makeup was in awe of it.

It's about $4.50 at CVS and smells like MAC gloss with some more of a plastic scent. Maybe a little sweeter than MAC's vanilla scent, but still smells ok. The shade is a milky nude beige. In the tube, there is a slight glimmer, but this is so small it never shows on lips. It's a good texture, and almost like a sheer MAC. It has lasting power, but it takes too many pumps of the gloss to apply. To prevent that hassle..you need clear lipliner. Revlon now has one. The clear liner makes all the difference. It's also a Colorstay lipliner. So that adds some power.

After reading all the raving reviews on this beautiful nude lip gloss, I had to scarf some up. It did not disappoint me, it is creamy, shiny and beautiful. It looks like another user stated, "Kim Kardashian's lip gloss color" but was cheap! I can't wait for summer to wear this out in the sun!!

this gloss is a great dupe for mac's c=thru lipglass. this gloss though is not as pigmented as mac's but because of that it is also much more wearable. i love this nude latte colored gloss. milani 's whole line is fabulous and this is another great lipgloss from them. i love how small the tube is. it easy fitting into the smallest clutch i have.

If your lips are very pigmented, this may not show up on you at all. It's basically a clear lipgloss on my pigmented lips. If I apply several layers, it slightly tones down my bottom lip but it doesn't do anything for my upper lip which is a lot darker. It's actually more moisturizing than many other glosses I've tried but the staying power is poor. It would probably work worn over a very nude lip liner but I would not repurchase.

This was a disappointment. In the tube it looks promising. However it was one of the few things I returned on the same day I bought it--one of those things I KNOW I won't grow to like. Here are the reasons:

Taste: TERRIble. If you are one that is sensitive to flavor on your lips, this is NOT for you. It has a chemical plastic taste that made me face scrunch up.

Consistency: Not sticky. I prefer sticky glosses because they have better staying power. This felt alright. Not greasy, not runny, but not sticky enough.

Color: I had to put on at least 2-3 layers to achieve the look I wanted. One layer makes it practically look like a clear gloss. I have lots of those.

Other than that, the smell is pretty nice, like a sweet light vanilla scent, and the color is okay.. if I glop it on. Didn't go into the lines of my lips as C-thru did.
