I love it. It is the one and only for me. I have been buying it again and again for years.
I don't use it strictly as a leave in conditioner but more like a.. lotion for modelling my natural curls. They just come alive with ego boost like with nothing else! It makes beautiful, bouncy, healthy curls and the next day, after combing, I reapply and everything is cool again - this goes on until I wash my hair again. So I just want to say, this is a go-to, beautiful curls product! Don't know how much it has done for my split ends, haven't checked, but the overall condition of the ends has not worsened while using this, so maybe it just keeps the ends as healthy as they are, does not let them get any worse.
Because it is an awesome product for me, I find the price absolutely OK. Packaging isn't that great though. After I have been using the bottle for some time, little dents might form in the bottom, which go on to break, so all the juice runs out. Be careful with that. I will be repurchasing until they sell it.

OK SO THIS IS MY ALL TIME FAVORITE HAIR PRODUCT THAT I COULD NOT LIVE WITH OUT!!!! I USE THIS ON MY WET HAIR TO SCRUNCH. I HAVE WAVY AND SPIRAL CURLS THAT FREAK OUT AND FRIZZ IF I DO NOTHING. THIS KEEPS MY HAIR LOOKING AMAZING!! WHEN I USE IT I ALWAYS GET COMPLIMENTS AND I LOVE THE EFFECT IT CREATES. AT FIRST IT SEEMS LIKE A GEL AND STIFFENS MY HAIR. I CONSTANTLY AM TOUCHING MY HAIR AND THE PRODUCT BEGINS TO LOOSEN UP AN BECOME VERY VERY SOFT. SO IN THE END RESULT MY HAIR IS FLAWLESS!!!

This is a great product! Smells like the SALON!
The consistency is liquid and thin, but coats nicely onto the hair.

Background check on my hair: Never has been dyed or high/low lighted, I usually use heat on my hair daily, I blow dry my hair every other day, I sometimes curl my hair and I straighten my hair every other day (days I do not wash/blow dry my hair) but it only takes 7-10 minutes, max.
-Back to the review. I use this on WET hair. I used it from midlength to ends. When I used this on dry hair, it makes my hair somewhat stiff. When used on wet hair. my hair is soft and I feel ensured that my hair is protected by split ends. I don't have any split ends so I just use this to protect my hair (from all the heat styling).
It IS pricey but it is a great quality product. This was around $17. I love the packaging. The hot pink bottle plus green pump is so adorable! The pump never leaked and the pump is really convenient. 2 pumps from midlength to ends, once a week. I'd repurchase this even though I'm going to go try another brand even though this is great (Hey, I'm curious and want my hair to live up to its full potential!) This was definitely a hit product!

I love it!!!! I have repurchased this product for so many times!!!! I dont think this product is irreplaceable, I tried other products but I wasn't too happy with the result.
After shampoo, conditioner and blow dry my hair, apply 1-2 pumps in your palm and apply it to half dry hair. Amazing result!!!
Who could resist this hot pink bottle :) :)

Okay, when I first had this product I HATED it.. I tried it for a few weeks and it made my hair stiff, took my shine away, and I couldn't brush it at all. Which are the reasons I use a leave in. One day I decided to vigorously rub my hands together more than just spreading it between my palms. Something about the friction and heat made this product almost perfect with air drying and blow drying. And with my straightener even better!! I brought it with when I would go home from school and the top would leak/unscrew a little.

I straighten my hair everyday, so I wanted to look for a solution to dry hair/split ends. I found this and used it on both dry and wet hair. When i used it on dry hair, it make it really heavy. Made my volume disappear! When I used it on wet hair, it made it crunchy and hard like the result of hairspray. This product didn't help my hair at all. I must say the packaging is really neat and it smells good. Will not repurchase again though.

If I use this in wet hair it makes it crunchy and if I use it in dry hair it gets heavy and dull. I've used this stuff for a couple of weeks now and I can't see any difference on my dry split ends. A bit disappointing because I'm usually satisfied with TiGi products.

I'm not sure if I like it or not. It's the second brand I try so far for liquid leave in, I was using a spray.
Many years ago, I was using a leave in from the Brazilian Embellezze beauty Institute, but somehow they don't sell it anymore to the public. That was a miraculous product.
This one is good, does not leave my hair heavy, but it is not a wow product.

One of my best friends is a hairdresser and she recommended this product to me. I was nervous about trying it because my hair tends to get oily and it's very fine and soft. Luckily it doesn't weigh my hair down and it does make it shinier. I love the fragrance and the packaging is cute. A little goes a long way for me so I just pump out a tiny amount, rub my hands together, and apply it from about midway down my hair to the ends. Make sure you have a towel handy because it makes your hands sticky! It seems comparable to Sebastian Potion 9, which I also like a lot but since this is cheaper I've switched to this one. All in all I'm pleased with the results and have bought it several times. On that note, since a little goes a long way and I don't use it every day a bottle lasts forever.

I've always been addicted to straightening my hair and as you can guess, the heat has caused plenty of damage. I was super excited when I came across this product and thought I would give it a try. Unfortunately though, it didn't make my hair feel soft and silky like I had hoped it would. Also, it did nothing for my split ends. If anything, I feel it made my hair clumpy and dull looking. The only good thing I have to say about this product is that the bottle is very cute. However, twenty dollars is a tad too expensive to be paying for a pretty bottle so I won't be repurchasing.

I LOVE this product. It makes my hair feel so soft. After towel drying my hair i rub a pump or two through my hair, concentrating on the ends and viola! It dries to be soft and moisturised. I do use this in conjunction with the bedhead styleshots epic volume shampoo and conditioner. Like all bedhead products the smell is nice and sweet. As for split ends i do feel like it takes me longer before i get split ends, previously i would almost always have ends ruined with split ends but i mostly use it for the leave in conditioner properties. I also apply it between washes if my ends feel dry just to give them some extra moisture. Great product.

I am really disappointed with this product. It claims that it is good to prevent split ends, but I found that it did not work at all. Ego boost feels very smooth like a silky gel in my hand but it does not feel good in my hair. I thought I could use this as a leave in conditioner for my thick curly hair but it dryed my hair out and I still needed more products for it. I would never buy this again.

I used this about 10 years ago in high school and it was an amazing product that made my hair super healthy and grow fast.. I think they reformulated it because now it leaves film in my hair, actually dries it out. .. just feels totally different :( I used to love this stuff too :(

I love this!!! I have rebonded hair and put this on my after washing and conditioning it. Makes my hair very shiny and soft. Smells great but the smell doesn't last:( best leave in conditioner I've ever used! Doesn't leave hair oily or sticky at all.

I really like this product. I apply it to damp hair, then blow dry it, then add more, then straighten. However, I used this product everyday and I guess my hair got so use to it that it had no affect on it.
With that being said, I'd only use it every 2 days.

The only down side to it is that it's a serum so it's slimy.
I'd prefer it to be a cream.

I do like this product, but it isn't the best leave-in conditioner I've used. (I prefer Sexy Hair Soy Tri-Wheat). This one smells terrific...I use it after I shower if I'm going to let my hair air-dry, and it does make it pretty soft and smooth. However, if I'm going to style it, it doesn't seem to offer much: I still get frizzy areas. I've tried using it on dry hair for flyaways, but it just doesn't work. I don't think much of the packaging, either. I like that you can lock the pump, but the shape of the bottle makes it pretty awkward for travel. Probably won't be buying again.

This product looks great, pink bottle with a pump dispenser that delivers the right amount of ego boost for my medium length hair. I thought this would have a creamy consistency but its like a watery gel. It seals my split ends very well, after i have washed my hair and then i put on my damp hair it smells fishy/ fruity, and yes my hair is washed! its the same when i put this on my little girls hair she says it sinks I dont think this is a wonder buy. John frieda frizz ease is better.
