I thought a 'dewy' finish would look great on my skin; more to the point, this foundation was supposed to be moisturizing. I have combination skin (oily and dry). This was also my first high end foundation, and despite being more pricey than your average drugstore slap, I was able to get a discount. However, I don't think it was worth that much anyway! The colour match was ok for my palest of pale skin, a little too yellowy I think (Bobbi Brown and MAC have so far been the most successful choices), and the foundation was surprisingly thick. I couldn't apply it with my foundation brush very well, it was too goopy and gave a strange finish. I have never liked this type of packaging; despite it being attractive, I can never get all the foundation out when it starts to empty! The packaging is also glass, I believe, so I was pretty frightened of dropping it by accident. As for being moisturizing, it didn't really moisturize my dry patches, rather clung to them and made them more flakey. I seem to recall it made me break out in a few places too! After a few months of use it began to turn an orangey hue and clung to my dry patches even more, so I had to throw it away. Won't be purchasing again.

This looks so good on my skin! I love a dewy look as my skin can naturally be quite dry and this does just that. It never looks caked or heavy on me. I'm colour 06 Natural Warmth and it's perfect for me. I stopped using this ad tried MAC Select SPF, Nars Dewy smooth and several others but this is my favourite AND the cheapest of the different ones I tried.

I am generally not a fan of Clinique products and had never tried a foundation before but I was down to my last pump of Christian Dior and had decided not to repurchase. I visited the Lancome counter where the SA was so disinterested and as the Clinique counter was next door I asked for advice. The SA tried several on my skin after carefully asking me what I was looking for and we settled on the Just Neutral colour. It is certainly an excellent match and with great staying power. The coverage is great, maybe a little too heavy for Summer but it glides on well with a brush, sponge or my fingers. At £20 I thought it was reasonable. I find so many foundations are too yellow based for me and I don't find it easy to find a shade that I consider a good match.

i am like most on my quest for the perfect foundation and got his about 3 months ago in soft cream , it is great coverage medium buildable does leave a really dewy finish but just nice not too matte finish, i do like this gfoundation as it is good for my dry skin , but it does have cons- the bottle is dreadful , leaks everywhere would be better with a pump or in a tube, no foundation should come with a screw lid!!!!! it tends to turn darker after an hour which i didnt mind as i felt soft cream was a tad to light but soft vanilla was to pink! and it doesnt last the whole ay unfortunately but i like this over all because of coverage and consistency !!

I purchased the Dewy Smooth # 06 Natural Warmth after being skin tested for it by a sales associate. I had been using Perfectly Real line and my skin was starting to dry out because of winter so I needed something more moist.
This dewy smooth is very moist and feels really soft and moist when it comes in contact with my skin. I really like the feel of it and the color and coverage are awesome.
I dont like the bottle as a nozzle type or tube would be much better just like the perfectly real line has.
Im not sure about the anti-aging part of it though. on the bottle it says it anti-aging but I really dont know in what regard.

When I first tried this the SA wasn't very good, she rubbed the product into my skin with a foundation brush, my face looked pale and most of all, not dewy. My skin did not look good. So I bought another bottle of supermoisture, which btw, is great for that lovely supermodel dewy skin, only the coverage is VERY sheer, hence me trying dewy smooth.
I then went to another clinique counter and the SA there was much better, she actually made a sample pot of the dewy smooth for me so I could try at home and see if got on better with it. So the next day about half an hour after I had cleansed and moisturised, I applied the foundation. I used my fingers, and just smoothed it over my moisturized skin. It went on MUCH better. The coverage is good, but not as heavy as the other reviewers make out. It smells really bad though, chemically. You can build it up quite nicely as well, it doesn't cake. And it doesn't settle too badly into any fine lines, which was nice. My only problem with it is that it's not AS dewy as I would like, the colours are awful, i had to get second to last darkest as the darkest was for black skin tones, where as I'm fare skinned asian and the second to last wasn't dark enough! And it was a wierd unnatural grey tone. They should really sort this dated situation out.
I checked my make up every few hours, and it has stayed pretty good and fresh so far. My skin does look smoother and not cakey. I also put a little bit of bronzer on top to darken my face up a little, and (as I have dry skin) it hasn't made my skin look dry or flakey/cakey, it actually looks better with the powder product on top. It gives it a satin finish. Just not dewy though, which is the look I like to go for.
I think I will purchase the full size one of this product, and then use my supermoisture ON TOP on areas to give it that sheen dewyness that I like, and it'll also darken it up slightly, along with the bronzer (what a palavar).
A not bad foundation, shame about the strange wierd colours, and lack of dewyness. But an ok product that provides ok coverage and does smooth skin out farely well.
Oh, and it does oxidise a little, so for me that was good as it made it a slightly better tone and a little darker. I kinda rely on it to that now! But for most that's prob not a good thing!

Bought this when my face was really really dry. It didn't highlight any flaky bits even though I only exfoliate gently because I have really sensitive skin and most other foundation I've tried bring out the flakies I often have. Sadly no good color match for me and I didn't like the shiny finish. Made me look oily even though my face was extremely dehydrated. I'd probably recommend this if you have very dry skin and like a very luminous finish. Not for me however, and wouldn't buy again.

This is truly lovely. I have dry skin and this foundation feels very comfortable and nourishing. The coverage is very even, if not a little heavy, and wears extremely well. I'll definitely purchase this again.

I am currently undecided about this foundation so I am giving it 3 lippies. It would be a great foundation if you want full coverage. I'm really not sure whether it's the foundation for me yet. It is not very natural at all and isn't as dewy or glowy as other foundations I've tried - it's actually quite thick and powdery. My concern is that I look too 'made-up'. I was told that I could vary the coverage by putting a very small amount on but even then, the coverage is far from sheer and I just don't need a full coverage. Also, the fact that it hasn't got a pump drives me nuts; the foundation is thick so way too much comes out of the jar. That said, this isn't a bad foundation at all: the colour 02 creme is a great colour match; it's amazing value for money; it covers any flaws and it lasts the day and most importantly, it doesn't irritate my dry, sensitive skin. I am going to continue experimenting with this foundation to see if I can make it work for me. So far, I think it looks lovely with Clinique up-lighter mixed in with it or layered underneath.
UPDATE: I was right to be hesitant about this foundation. It's just not quite right for me. I have found BB's luminous moisturising foundation, which looks so much more natural and glowy.

I have used Clinique brand foundations for years, but just started using this one about a month ago. I don't like this one at all, and after trying every "strategy" I can think of to make it look better, I'm ready to give up and switch back to my old foundation (by Clinique). It doesn't seem to matter how little I put on, or what kind of moisturizer I use or don't use underneath it, it still looks too heavy. Since starting to use this one, I am seeing lines I didn't even know I had! I know it is sold as anti-aging, but it makes me look older, not younger.

This is the best foundation that I've used by Clinique. The color matches perfectly, a little goes a long way and covers very evenly. It lasts throughout the day. I hope that the rumor that it's going away isn't true! I've already had to switch a few times over the years. I've used Clinique foundations for about 20 years.

Wanted to love it, because the color, coverage, and consistency were great...but the bottle packaging leaked in my bag no matter how tight I closed it, AND the foundation was NOT smudge-proof...it rubbed off onto my clothes and left brown stains. :(

I love dewy/glowy finish. I don't like matte finish on me at all. I have a pale skin tone, it's getting paller during the winter. My boyfriend gave me this as birthday present (thanks to him). He got me the lightest shade (02 Cream). It's still too dark (Ark!!). I didn't want him to get upset of his first try buying me a makeup so I mix this foundation with my new love, Bourjois Lovely Party Luminous Base (#27).
It gives me a nice glow, not too shiny. It's very brighten up my whole face and gives me a natural glow. It doesn't turn me into a disco ball unlike other luminous products, namely Revlon.
I pay $20 for a 20 ml. It's expensive for the price you pay for something you can really use. (I bought Noxema cleanser for $5. I just felt it was so much more expensive than the Bourjois because Noxema stings badly)
If you like dewy/glowy/luminous finish, mix your foundation with a drop of Luminous base. You will have a just glow face

I just discovered this at the CCO and of course, it has been discontinued. I love it! It's really fantastic on my 42 y/o dry skin. A little bit goes a long way. It looks so natural, covers beautifully but doesn't look masky or cake up. I am an NW20 on the very light end and I wear the lightest color, cream. It never looks greasy or heavy, it just looks like me but better and is really soothing to my skin.

I love this stuff. I don't know about the anti-aging qualities, seeing as I'm only a teenager. But it covers up all my blemishes perfectly, and looks completely natural. It works amazingly.
