Wow, this smells really good. At first, for maybe the first five minuets it's kind of intense and it doesn't really smell that good, but them it smells amazing! You would think it wouldn't, but wow, this is great. I don't really like the spray version, or anything else of the collection, but the lotion and cream is just great. I wish they didn't discontinue it.

yummy.
When I smelled this in the store I was like "holy cow thats crazy strong" but it was on sale and I kinda liked it so I got the lotion and the body spray. Started wearing the lotion at work this summer and got SO MANY COMPLIMENTS it was scary. One of my guy coworkers literally kept following me around to smell me and couldn't stop talking about how good I smelled. Kinda sad they don't sell it at B&BW anymore..

This is one of my top 5 BBW scents. I am a huge fan of the Sensual Amber scent so when this one came out I had to look into it. I normally HATE chocolate scents so I was a little weary but I LOVE this one because the amber is still evident. This is a little musky but very sexy and sophisticated and not too strong. I lean towards wearing it during the colder months since to me it is a "darker" scent. I love that this isn't a fake chocolate scent but instead it is the perfect mixture of the amber and chocolate. I have had this for over a year and have noticed no separation or stench like the person below me stated. I will repurchase again and again!

I was really surprised that I liked this. I usually am not a fan of chocolate scents and I found sensual amber to heavy of a scent for me. But I really like this, it is not overly sweet on me. It kinda reminds me of the scent of Ojon restorative treatment, but this is much nicer than that. I believe this is an LE scent, I found mine for $4 at my local b&bw.

I saw this body lotion at the B&BW store during the holidays and initially felt it was too sweet for my taste. However being the lotion lover that I am, I decided to try on a sample to see how well it mixed with my chemistry. It smelled so great I decided to go back and buy it! I usually mix body lotion with a fragrance for a longer lasting effect, and this smells especially good with Ralph Rocks! It gives it a choc-coconutty appeal. Try it!

I'm really on the fence with this one, the first time I sniffed it I thought it was good & said I'd come back for it when it was on sale... sooooo come the SAS I purchased 2 creams @ $3 each... and ended up returning BOTH .. Its really musky w/ a hint of chocolate.. it smells like... "old" IDK Cant deal w/ it maybe it will be better in dif form? Maybe the lotion was what I sniffed the first time.. we shall see.. but for now bleh

I absolutely love this scent. I'm not a fan of Sensual Amber but for some reason I love this mix of Amber and Chocolate. I read below that it's a holiday scent. Really? I didn't see that's a holiday only scent, B&BW says it's a new scent. I hope it's not only for the holidays because if it is I'm stocking up!
There are few scents that B&BW makes that I like but this goes beyond "like" and into "Love".!

To me, this kind of smells like "With Love" by Hilary Duff! Still love it, though.

Wow, OK, I was not expecting to like this. I mean, chocolate amber? Sniffed the body cream at BBW's sale and was intrigued, and for $3, why not? I've worn this to bed the last couple of nights, and it makes me feel very sexy. That's it's appeal to me -- it's a heavy, sexy, nighttime scent. Not something I'd necessarily wear every day, but for special occasions. (I prefer lighter scents for daytime.) Lasting power is pretty good for a cream. I still smell it on myself when I wake up in the morning. As for that chocolate ... I only smell the chocolate when I first apply. It tends to fade on drydown. And it's not a sweet, cloying chocolate, but a rich, sophisticated, cocoa bean type scent. This cream has taken the coveted spot on my nightstand, at least for the time being.

Just got this at the Semi-Annual sale for $3.00!! So, I stocked up on the bodycream. Great scent, I think this would blend well with Tom Fords "Black Orchid" perfume. It kinda reminds me of it but, lighter. I think a man could pull this scent off easily too. Overall, great price, great scent and cool packinging. Hope they keep this around yearly.

This would be a good scent for anybody who liked Sensual Amber, but found it to be too strong. I for one adore Sensual Amber and will use it until they quit making it, but Chocolate Amber is a nice change up from time to time and it is a lot softer. The chocolate note is not extremely evident and that is a good thing b/c chocolate scents usually smell very odd on me. It gives this scent a very soft mellow sweetness and is not as sharp as Sensual Amber is. It still maintains its delicious amber quality though, just sweeter and less heady.
I bought the body cream in this scent. I found that it is not quite as long lasting as Sensual Amber is on me. Again though, another reason those searching for a mellower amber scent might be drawn to this.

I love this product and think it's the perfect mix of amber and chocolate. I do love amber scented products though, so that probably colors my review of this. It is smoky and strong initially, but I like that almost woodsy note it has. I picked mine up at the B&BW semi-annual sale and will be stocking up on this one. I do hope it's not one of those items B&BW introduces and then discontinues. It's a very unique scent.

Ooh! I'm a newly converted fan! Chocolate amber is sweet, dark, and smokey. It's similar to Sensual Amber (which I like... but not on me), but the notes of dark chocolate, berries, and musk tone down the sweetness of the amber and keep the perfume from being cloying.
For the first 10 minutes or so, the scent isn't incredibly pleasant to me. (There's a strange, almost wood-like smell). I was worried that my good impression of the perfume while in the store had been wrong, but after a few minutes, the bitter dark chocolate and the sweet amber rise to the top.
I love it, and hope it remains at B&BW year round.
P.S. I've found it mixes well with Warm Vanilla Sugar.

UGH!! I do not know if it is a general dislike of mine of a strictly "amber based" scent or not, but this smelled really disgusting. I have had perfumes with amber in them and you could smell it and it did not leave me turned off, this is SO STRONG smelling that literally when you put it on you want to turn your head away. Because all of the Bath and Body Works Amber line tends to be overpowering I really have to avoid it. I think that this has potential but really needs to be toned down and balanced out with some other notes. I could tolerate and even start to appreciate this scent about an hour after I put it on my hands, but the initial application left me totally turned off by that point. It is a shame because if this was mellowed out I can see this as well as the blackberry amber being very nice, almost unisex scents.

This smells so good! It smells very much like the Sensual Amber yet it has a little bit of cocoa mixed in. It lasts quite a while and is nice and moisturizing. It is a great scent for the winter months. Smells sexy and rich. Yum!
