This lip balm smells so good! I got it just because I like DrPepper but I think I keep using it for the sheer pink tint and glossy finish. It's moisturizing and look nice with or without makeup. While I do love it, I have to say that it transfer's pretty easily and slips a bit if you put too much on. Also the taste isn't the best. It has that typical Lip Smacker's taste that I never really liked even as a kid. But the smell and look kind of overshadow that.

Not even Fresh Sugar Lip Treatment moisturizes my lips the way a dirt cheap, Bonne Bell Lipsmacker does. My lips feel like butter when I wear this. & the added bonus? Dr Pepper is my my-lips-but-better shade. I can wear it on a daily basis for a healthy, natural yet polished look. I will repurchase until the day they discontinue it.

I LOVE this stuff! A perfect, subtle reddish tint, AND smells like Dr. Pepper??? Some of my friends make fun of me for still using this middle school staple, but I don't care, it is the best!

This is an awesome product for the price. It's super inexpensive, moisturizes pretty well, and leaves a nice, very light red-tinted sheen on your lips. I like several of the lipsmacker balms, but I think this one is my favorite, because it seems to work with the rest of my makeup no matter how I do it that day. The only issue I have with this is that I might be a little allergic to it, since it stings my lips if I reapply it a few times. I've seen in a few other reviews that others have had similar issues, so I'm not sure what that is all about. Perhaps it is the carmine in it, I don't know. Either way, I still like this stuff, and I'll probably buy more when I run out!

Smells really good. Even gives a bit of colour. It moisturizes for a good while.

Cheapest and best smelling lip balm that there is. Delivers a small dose of color and fits in your pocket. Keeps lips reasonably moisturized. What more could you ask for for this price?

Out of all of the lip balms I've tried, I have to say, Dr. Pepper lip smackers is one of my favorites. The moisture that it gives is unbelievable, seeing that I used these all throughout my childhood- in fact this one was the first balm I ever purchased. I am in love with the sheer red tint that it has, but still looks natural. I have repurchased multiple times and always will.

Dr. Pepper is my favorite soda, so I had almost no hesitation when I first bought this. It smells great!!! Just like the real thing!

But I actually do not like the red tint I get from it. Red lips do not look good on me. & this is just enough color for me not to completely love this...

So funny to me that this exists! I have rebought several times. I have pretty sensitive lips that get chapped often and I use chapstick but often need a nice balm like this. For the cheap price of like 3 dollars this can't be beat, especially when you are craving a soda!

Wow cannot believe i have fallen in love with a lipsmackers product! not that lipsmackers doesnt have good products, its just that i grew up using these just for the fun colors and flavors :) this is an absolute HG product for me now. i picked it up because of the great reviews on mua and i had also read in a magazine that this is Mischa bartons favorite chapstick because of the gorgeous tint it gives and also the great moisturizing qualities it provides. i was surprised at how moisturizing this is. it provides a good moisture barrier and keeps my lips looking full and healthy. the color is also a very pretty color. the texture of this chapstick is not waxy but also not to glossy. i cant say enough great things about this! need to get one for work, purse and home so i will never be without it!

Never again will I have to shell out big bucks for a natural looking lip balm. Over the summer, I decided to go for Lip Smackers again after seeing all the reviews. Last time I used Lip Smackers, I was a tween and didn't really think about what it did for me. I just liked the taste :p Anyways! Dr.Pepper's my favourite flavor out of all the Lip Smackers, and it lets me have the taste without the calories of the soda. (Added bonus!?) This lip balm also gives a MLBB effect, and that's just the way I like it! I'm not big on accentuating my lips, but I do need a way to keep them moisturized especially with the Canadian winters coming, as well as looking a nice healthy shade. It's also not too tinted that if you apply it outside your lips, it's not obvious. This is part of my everyday make-up routine, and it will continue to be until the end of time! <3

This product has really grown on me. Find myself reaching for it all the time. It helps chapped lips and offers just enough color to brighten up my face but still be applicable without a mirror and tastes good.

Classic Lipbalm that never loses its youthful fun appeal. Gives a nice clear red tint to the lips, like you've been sucking on a popsicle. Lasts forever, the outside lettering will wear off before you finish the tube. Dirt cheap.
Made in the USA
Still privately owned

Such an amazing little $1 chapstick. I definitely would buy this again. The tint is perfect and very moisturizing, stays on for quite some time... Overall it's my favorite chapstick at the moment.

I don't find this "lipgloss" or "lipbalm" moisturizing at all. I just like the cherry cola smell of this, and the red tint gives a little color to my face a little but it's definitely not enough. If I really want a sheer red, I have to dab on some red lipstick underneath it so that the color shows up more. However, this product tends to melt off the lipstick and rub off on anything my lips touch. IMO it's really geared towards the younger crowd or people that like the tiniest subtle tint to their lips and that don't mind to keep reapplying throughout the day. I'd rather wear an Houglass lipstain and use a clear gloss on top. I wouldn't repurchase this ever. As a balm, I've find the pink Vaseline balm (only available in the some parts of Europe) to be superior to this.

I decided to give this a go based on all the good reviews and pictures.
When I apply it, it kind of adds this burning sensation to my lips.
Then, it begins to leave a weird taste in my mouth even though I didn't have it touch my tongue at all. And lastly, it leaves my lips tinted cherry red..which I guess would be good or bad depending on the person. I personally dislike it. Not to mention that whenever I apply it, my friends always disapprove of the smell! If your a true dr.pepper fan then this is the product for you!

Rebought this 8 times! Love it that much. I have sensitive lips that flake and peel when I use certain lip balms, glosses or lipsticks. This one soothes my lips and gives it a very sheer wash of colour, can't be beat for the price! I have one in every handbag just so I never run out.
