I actually kind of like the cranberry scent. I've tried the pear, mango, and mint, but I always come back to cranberry.

It's a bit of a luxury item, so I couldn't give it 5/5, but it has a nice gloss and sheen to it without the stickiness and of a lip gloss.

Okay, so this might not be the most moisturising balm in the world, but it does what it says on the packaging: "temporarily protects and helps relieve chapped or cracked lips". Emphasis on the 'temporarily' I'd say. Still, it gives a really nice sheen without being overly glossy, and I'm giving it such a high rating basically because it smells exactly like gummy coke bottle lollies!

While I do love the taste of the lipbalm, I have to say that the performance is a bit disappointing; namely, I don't find it moisturizing at all, nor does it sink in well. However, I do like that it is so shiny (perhaps it should be marketed as a lipgloss, rather than a balm?) and that it has SPF for when I am outside in the sun. I would not repurchase, but I will use up what I have.

My HG lip balm lately is from Murad but as a Christmas gift to myself, I bought three from Kiehls (cranberry, mango and pear). Cranberry smells great and the scent doesn't linger. A plus in my book! I hate that the tip isn't slanted which forces me to use my finger to apply. Texture is good, thin and light. I won't repurchase, though as Murad has a slanted tip and is more moisturizing. YMMV.

this lip balm was a disappointment. it doesnt feel moisturizing on my lips, it just sits there. on the plus side its quite lightweight and it does give a nice shine but i wouldn't repurchase.

I think the consistency is thinner and clearer than the regular lip balm, but it's just as nice, with a cranberry scent that does not have a taste. Great for Holiday 07!
