Love the color, it's gorgeous on my NC20 skin. I find it's best to apply with a brush, as with fingers I always accidentally apply way too much product. This is great for cheeks and lips.

So I really like this all-in-one product. It is a small, cute and convenient container that has a little mirror inside for quick touch-ups. I like how a little of this product goes a long way. The color is a soft nude-pink which would work for a variety of skin tones.
This works great as a slightly glossy, slightly tinted lip balm or blended well onto cheeks for a dewy blush. A little goes a long way and despite the smaller size of this product it has lasted me quite a while.

I really love this product and recommend it to my clients who have never used cream blushes before as I find it to be the easiest to apply and blend. I use a normal blush blush, bounce it softly 2 or 3 times into the product and then bounce the brush (stipple fashion) onto the apple of my cheek and follow with circular motions to blend. It is nicely pigmented but not over the top pigmented (like the MAC convertible color) and it's very creamy which is why it's so easy to use!
This particular color gives a pinky/brown, nuturally flushed look and is prettier on skin than it is in the pot. In fact, I initially didn't purchase this because I wasn't impressed with the way the color looked in the pot, but received this as a gift and it's now the only blush I use! I am half white and half hispanic and in winter I am very pale (everyone thinks I'm white) and I only tap my brush in the product 2 or three times. In summer I am a deep caramel color and I just tap my brush in a few more times and it still looks great on me.
The color, however, isn't as vibrant for lip use. Even though it is creamy and comfortable on the lips, it is far too light for my lips that have some natural darkness to them. Using a finger to apply doesn't give enough pigment so I use a lip brush for more coverage and it get a good nude/Kim Kardashian style lip color which isn't the most flattering on me. Also, this doesn't have an oily feel and hasn't broken out my sensitive skin. It lasts a good while too. I love this product for its ease of application and natural color.

I bought this a few weeks ago after swatching it nonstop at the store for the past months. I'm not usually a fan of cream lip and cheek duos because 9 times out of 10 I only like it either on the lips only or the cheeks only and never both. But this proved to be an exception. The color is a mauvy brownish pink that looks so natural my lips but better or a my natural flush but more enhanced (?) kindda way. I haven't tested its wear but because it is s cream product I don't think it will last that long on its own. The texture is very light and it doesn't go on greasy. Very pigmented and blendable. It comes in a small compact which holds a fair amount of product so it's easy to slip in your purse or in your pocket if you're on the go. Definitely recommend this.

I bought lillium awhile ago in a kit for light skin. While it was okay I was disappointed that is was so light on my lips. My lips are so much deeper than the blush that when I used it I looked like a had whitish pink lips. I needed lots of gloss to deepen the color. I think this particular shade looks like it has a hint of orange to it. It's not too noticeable unless you are wearing a true pink or your skin tone is pink. If you have fair skin to light skin with light pigment in your lips this should work well especially if you have an orange pink tone. It has the feel of lip stick but not as creamy. I also tried the camellia which was way too orange it also came in a kit a tried. I didn't like the color much on me especially with my light skin. Most people say I have cool tones in my skin but because my skin is light the colors in this kits are automatically warm. I do like some some of Stila's products but so far the blushes don't attract me.

I like this. The Peony looks great on the apple of my cheeks. It is heavily pigmented (not as much as NARS) so I find it lasts several hours before it needs a touch-up. Do find the color a little too nude for my lips so I use it mainly for my daily blusher.
The mirror in the compact is handy and its a great little blush for toting around.
Looks natural too. I would definitely buy this one again.

I've been using this blush on and off for the last 6 years. The packaging is nice and small. This color is gorgeous on my medium warm skin (BB 4.0). The texture is great as it blends well and doesn't sit on top of your skin. This has lasted me a while and I'll likely repurchase when I run out.

I already had lillium which i liked for a long time but for my dark skin had tobe blended really well and Poppy which I find too red.
When Stila came back to the UK recently I got this and Camellia and just yesterday got Rose which I havent tried yet. I really want Fuschia but they dont sell it at Boots so Im trying to find it somewhere where I dont have to buy it at full price as it sells here for £16!
Anyway back to Peony. i got this thinkimg it would show up slightly muddy brown but with a hint of pink but i was wrong. Its more of a pink with a hnt of browny beige and looks really natural. I find CC more pigmented than BB pot rouges and so you only need a tiny amount but it then means its slitly harder to blend. I however use MAC 188 stipple brush which is a dream for cream blushers.
This colour looks really good and sometimes I use a little of a more pinker creme blush on the apples of my cheek as BB Pale pink or Beccas CremeBlush in Wild Orchid which is really pigmented but very creamy and looks really good with this.
This is the colour I wish BB powder pink was which has too much of a white base for my skin colouring (nc42).
Althou i have 45+ blushes i have got a back up for this

I love this product, the Peony color is beautiful and looks awesome on almost every skintone. It is very blendable and melts in to the skin, rather than sit on top. My only complaint is that it tends to dry out my lips. But if it was too moisturizing then it may not last as long as a blush. I love this product, it is very versatile and can be worn in a variety of ways, and with a variety of looks.
A must have!

I was really excited about buying this. I have oily skin but sometimes I just don’t want to look 'powdered down' so I bout this, mainly for weekend use or days when I didn't have to look too 'polished'.
The packaging is great. Small, tiny make-up bag friendly and having a mirror in the inside lid is really handy.
You only need to use a really small amount to get a good colour so price per wear (if you like it and are going to wear it a lot / everyday) the price might not be that bad.
I applied this with my fingers after my liquid foundation (as I have bad skin which needs a lot of coverage). It went on well. Nice and creamy and blended really well which was helped by the heat of my fingers. I then set all my make up with pressed powder over the top.
It lasted about 3/4 hours on my skin before it all came on in one. And I mean ALL of it. I went to the bathroom, looked in the mirror and I had two huge circles on my cheeks with no makeup in them! It had even taken off the foundation, concealer and powder underneath! Then everywhere else on my face (where I hadn't applied the blush) was made up as normal! It looked completely laughable!!
So I would not recommend this to oily skin types. Maybe if you don’t wear any other makeup it would be good, as you do still get a pretty colour (while it's on your face) but personally I will not be buying this product again.

I held off on cream blushes for a very long time. I tend to get oily and easily breakout so I didn't want the hassle. I received this blush in a swap just so I can test the waters. W.O.W not bad...not bad at all :)
The color Peony is a warm pink with a hint of brown and I feel it's a nice flattering shade for most. Peony has no sparkle, sheen or frost in it. The formula isn't as creamy as I expected. The formula reminds me of hair pomade. I applied Peony CC over my TM with a skunk brush. The technique I used was tapping the skunk brush into the cream then dotting the brush lightly along the cheek with gentle short blending strokes. The result was a soft focus "glow from within" look. I then topped it w/ a light dusting of bronzer and the overall look is so natural and healthy looking. Very impressed and would love to check out other Stila CC's.

stila makes the best gel blush hands down. it's the exact right texture and wears beautifully. its luminous without being shiny or sparkly. it's absolutely perfect.
only complaint is that it is not available in enough cool tones. most of what stila has to offer reads warm.
but i absolutely love this product.

I received this in a swap and put it aside for a while, thinking it looked pretty blah. But since I picked it up, I've used it every day. It's a beautiful, neutral, understated, natural pink that's become my go-to blush. It goes with everything--red lips, dark eyes, natural looks. And it's very easy to apply--not as stiff as BB's Pot Rouge, not as soft as LMDB's Creme Fresh tints, but just right. Fingers are best as it warms up the product, and it's very easy to control the placement. It gives a slightly dewy, but not greasy, look which is very flattering. I also get good wear from it--most days it lasts a full eight hours. The case is pretty, handy, and sturdier than it looks, which is a nice bonus. I can't imagine being without this now!

Love this! I have very fair skin and use this as my daily blusher. The colour is not too brown, not too pinky and leaves a lovely light sheen.

Peony is a great product for a quick, natural look you can basically put on without a mirror. The light rose color blends seamlessly and doesn't look obviously blush-y. I like a little on the lips as well for a monochromatic look. My skin is MAC NC25 and it's subtle on me; it probably wouldn't show up on anyone with darker skin, but if you're pale, it's a winner.
$25 for a .15 oz compact.

I really like Stila's convertible colors, in general; they are longer lasting on my oily skin than powder blushes and are very easy to use. Peony is a muted rose with brown, warm, and it shows up better on my skin than the Lillium does. It is still too light to wear on my lips and look decent as a lip color. This is a good "day" blush. I can apply the color over a liquid or powder makeup and it doesn't streak. My favorite convertible color from Stila is Poppy because I am medium-toned/olive-yellow skin (NC30), but this is a good, more subdued color. Would repurchase. I try to find mine on Ebay so I don't have to pay full price, but they last forever as long as you don't leave them in a hot car or something like that.

I got this as a gift and thought it was a great idea for a product. The packaging is a convienent size and has a pretty print on it. I don't use it on my lips though as it dries them out and as a blush I find it difficult to blend.

I'm trying to have fewer beauty products in my arsenal, so I've been looking for multi-use makeup finds. This creamy color compact comes with a mirror and it can be used on cheeks, lips and eyelids. The color is a neutral rose, and has a satiny finish on my cheeks. I'm a MAC NC25-30. I hate the plummy, deeply pigmented color of my lips, so I liked how it lightened up my mouth. However, on my lips, it has a matte finish and I'm always tempted to put lip gloss over it anyway. I like the product enough that I'm thinking of getting it in a different shade. All the shades look great, though, so it will be difficult just to choose one. Peony is great for everyday.

I like this, but not enough for the price. This is a dusty rose on my NC25 skin, and applies easily (duo fibre brush) and blends beautifully into my skin. It lasts all day, and doesn't oxidize or transfer and also looks incredibly natural.
I just can't justify the price. I used this on my lips, but it was far too drying. As beautiful as it is on my cheeks, I'm sure there are more reasonable alternatives.

Stila CCs are absolutely fabulous! I love Peony and switch it up constantly with Lilium and Rose. Peony is a pretty warm, brownish pink like color. It looks very natural on my light warm skin. It gives me that really pretty flush on the cheeks, and looks like it comes from within. I love the compact so it's easy to take with me in a bag and touch up as needed. I don't really use it on my lips, as I much prefer a red/rose like color. Also, I have oily/combo skin, and have not had any problem with breakouts. This is one cream blush that I can wear with not problem.
