Mom passed this cleanser to me as she has really sensitive skin-I have normal skin so I tried it and it stung as I washed-and worst is that it gave me cyst like bumps on my cheeks and jawline! horrible horrible!
I think this product is discontinued from the stores since I haven't seen it anymore.

This did not rinse clean, even after wiping my face with a towel after wards, the littlw granules from the cleanser were left on my skin, which I would feel when I applied my moisturizer. Did not see any improvement to my skin in brightening or smoothness or evening out of skin tone. It actually aggravated my acne.

I wouldnt say that there is anything wrong with this product, I just dont think that it is for my skin type. It does not do anything for acne, I would say it is for an older person than me, or someone without acne prone skin. It has the same consistency, texture, and lather quality as Proactiv cleanser. It is off-white with small beads, very creamy, does not lather, and a little difficult to rinse. All in all if I didnt have acne problems I would really like this product.

I'm a oily skin gal and this product works for me. I developed little bumps on my forehead this summer. My day time cleanser contains salicylic acid but it just didn't seem to help. So this Olay cleanser contains glucosamine, scrubbing beads and beta hydroxy. I use this cleanser as part of my night time routine. Overall, it's helping to dry out the bumps and make my skin appear even toned.

Bought this entire line and loved everything. This cleanser cleans without drying, which am not used to, so I really like it for that. Keeps my skin feeling normal, which is nice. Secondly, it really does illuminate my skin and I just have this nice brightness, which I didn't have before. Because it has little granules, and some strong ingredients, you do have to use a separate eye cleanser, which I don't mind, since I do wear a lot of eye makeup and like to be gentle with my area anyway. Love this. Love it. Love it. If you want a cleanser that cleans, brightens, and maintains a nice level of moisture, choose this. You'll be glad you did.

I've been using this for about 3 weeks now, and I like the results so far. It gets my face clean without stripping. I don't necessarily feel more illuminated, but it doesn't break me out, dry me out, or do anything else weird.
I HATE the packaging. Others have said it - the "cap" is actually just a twisty thing and the product comes out the end. There's no cap! And it's concave, so it gets all messy. I feel like I'm not explaining it properly, but Olay needs to smack its package engineers and designers in the face and tell them to be more practical.
Took away a lippie for the stupid packaging.

I received this as a stocking stuffer so thankfully I didn't shell money out for this product. Here are my grievances 1) The bottle opening sits on the bottom and is exposed. You turn it to "open" the hole and turn it again to "close" the hole. Problem is, think about how unsanitary it is every time you set it down on the bathroom counter or the tub. Ewwww. 2) Even after I rinse my face in hot water for ten minutes straight the product leaves a greasy residue behind like I just washed my face with lotion. Major no go.

I love this cleanser.....I use it in the mornings only (don't want to over - exfoliate my skin) it brightens my skin immediately and leaves a polished glow. My skin is fairly dry and sensitive, I've had no problems with redness or irriatation at all with this product, and I find a little goes a long way. Have already repurchased twice.

This cleanser leaves a gooey kind of slick on my face (combination n/o) and requires a toner to clean it (and the rest of my makeup off). The only thing about it that I found illuminating is the realization that Proctor and Gamble will pitch everything they can under the Olay brand, for as long as they can, and charge way too much for products that simply do not deliver.

decided to give this a try cuz i had a $3 coupon. after one use, my skin felt much cleaner and "fresher" (for lack of a better use) than with the clean and clear cleanser i'd been using. still not very good about getting all my makeup off though. noticeably smoother feeling skin today. we'll see if it keeps up.

When I first tried this, I felt a slight burning on my face. It did not irriate my skin after I rinsed, though. I'm liking this so far. My skin looks better and is smoother.

I love this. This is rich and creamy perfect for winter skin. There are tiny granuels that work magic on my skin. I love the scent too. It's a lovely creamy scent that I can't detect but it's different than any other product. I rec got this half off so the price was great. I really like the sleek modern bottle too... My new favorite everday cleanser...

Well with two of the ingredients being petrolatum and mineral oil, this cleanser feels heavy on the skin, the granules in it not enough to do anything special. this whole line very disappointing.

I have been through about 4 tubes of this. I really like it because it is gentle and has the little microbeads in it. It doesn't remove all of my makeup, however. I'm glad they came out with the foaming version, because that does remove all of my makeup, so I use the foaming version in the evening and this stuff (which I think is more gentle) in the morning. I haven't noticed an improvement in my skin, but I am lucky enough to have normal skin with no acne, so i don't expect much out of a cleanser other than for it to remove dirt and makeup without being drying.

I have been using this for 3 weeks now. I don't see a real difference in my skin. The smell is ok. It doesn't strip your skin but doesn't lather like I want it to and it doesn't remove all of my makeup. I use a toner afterwards and can see traces of makeup on the cotton ball that it left behind. Like another reviewer mentioned the dispenser could be offset...there is always a little product left on the cap when you close it. Price is great but I probably won't buy again.

I love this cleanser. It is great for a drugstore brand! You can lather it up if you want, or just leave it as more of a thick cream; it depends on how much water you add as you use it. The little beads in it feel nice and do a great job of cleaning. I also LOVE the smell! That's one of my favorite things about it. I got it on sale for a great price. I would definitley repurchase if it was on sale again!

This is another slightly foamy cleanser my sensitive skin can tolerate (the other is Clinique's mild liquid cleanser). I have been using it for a few weeks in the morning every 2nd or third day. It has some "illuminating particles" that, while I know won't really make my skin flawless, do have some great -feeling benefits when gently massaged in. I feel like the cleanser is a very gentle exfoliating treatment each morning I choose to use it, which is particularly necessary for me when I goop on heavy moisturizer the night before and I wake up feeling like I need a "refresher". The price point is fabulous - not thrilled with the weird dispenser from the top of the cap, but I will probably keep it on hand for a few times a week. EDIT: I'm down to using this once a week b/c it is so harsh on my winter-dry skin that it often burns. Might be best in the spring/summer. Discontinuing use for now!

Sometimes I think Procter and Gamble is just trying to see how many different sub-brands they can squeeze in under the Olay name. Each new one seems more expensive than the last. I picked this up because it was on sale and I had a coupon. I'm just glad I did not pay full price. This does not leave my face feeling stripped and dry like other cleansers, but it left a residue. The residue i even more noticeable if you try and put moisturizer on afterwards. Other than the glucosamine, the ingredients in this product are pretty cheap, the stuff I'd expect in bargain priced brand. This stuff contains alcohol, mineral oil, glycerin, and petrolatum among other things.
