I received this as a gift once and can't stop buying it! My lips get really dry and chapped, especially in winter months, and I've struggled to find a product that works. Although this one is pricey, it's definitely worth the price in my eyes. The packaging is great and makes it easy to apply with one hand. It is a tad slippery and works better under a gloss than lipstick. It moisturizes like nothing else and, like most Marcelle products, does not irritate sensitive skin.

I bought this because I needed a new lipbalm for everyday use underneath lipgloss / lipstick - my other one was no longer available at my spa (Dr. Spiller aloe vera SPF 15 - they stopped distributing this item to Canada for some odd reason). Although normally I like Marcelle products, I'm quite disappointed by this product actually - it doesn't moisturize my lips, rather, it feels waxy and just sits on top of my lips without penetrating in. I also found that it doesn't stay put on my lips so I don't find that it protects my lips from dryness. The lipbalm has no scent added, but it smells and tastes like... wax. However, I do like the packaging - it's a lever type with the lid incorporated into the body of the tube so it's a one handed application and no risk of dropping or losing the cap. I paid $5 Cdn for this, I will finish my tube, but I would not repurchase.

Wow, this is by far the best lip balm I have in solid form...
I got this from london drugs on sale, 2 for 8 dollars! what a good steal..
I just thought I can give it a try, because I love the package, especially when you are driving or with one hand, all you need to do is to push on the bottom, and apply, that's it, simple.
Besides, it hydrates my dry lips very well without greasy and weird smell. I bought the aloe lip treatment for 10 dollars from The Body Shop, however; the smell is awkard that makes me wanna throw up...
This lip balm has no fragrance, easy to apply, and last long! I will repurchase for sure, no doubt!

I was looking for a new lip balm ever since my lips felt so chapped! I bought two tubes and one of them happened to be Marcelle lip balm, I loved the packaging, however when I got to the counter I was astonished to have been told that it costs like 8 bucks (with tax), I bought it anyway because I was in major need of moisture and it did it job, however, not much better than good old Vaseline would of done. The packaging is def a way to make money. I would not buy it again.

This Marcelle lip balm made my lips very smooth and moisturized. It has no smell, and it works well under lipstick. If it was just slightly less slippery (and I didn't have to apply it so often), I would have given this product a 5 out of 5. The packaging is cool because of the way the stick of balm slides out. But if you're not careful, and press it too hard against your lips, you will bend the balm stick and not be able to retract it without the balm scraping along the side of the tube. Overall, a good product though.

Wow, i cant believe i havent written a review for this product yet. And why is there only 1 here??
In short, this lip balm is AMAZING! it glides on sooo smoothly and makes my lips soo soft and hydrated, great for wearing under lip gloss or lipstick. It is just so SMOOTH and good for your lips!! the downside would be the price. at around 7 dollars canadian per tube, its definitely not cheap for a lip balm. one tube would probably last a little over a month if you use it daily, but i think its so worth it. this has been my HG for over 3 years. its a staple.

I’ve repurchased this balm many times. While I love my Nuxe balm for night time, I don’’t tend to use it during the day because it lacks SPF and isn’t very sanitary to use unless my hands are freshly washed. This comes in a neat retractable tube that reminds me of a lights - you pull down the lever and the little sliding door opens and the tube sticks up, I like that I never have to fiddle with a lid. I find that it is extremely moisturizing, does not create white lines on my lips and wears well under lipstick. Highly recommended.
