I love trying new lip balms but I always go back to Chapstick. It keeps my lips moisturized without feeling too greasy/sticky. Other lip balms I've tried have dried out my lips but not this one. Strawberry is my favorite flavor out of the whole line. Def would repurchase! :)

Just the right amount of moisture I need: enough to soothe my dry patches, not too much that it would refrain me from drinking water from a mug. Like the strawberry smell and barely detectable color.

I've been buying this chapstick since I was really, really little. I love the scent! Of course, my addiction to all things red and strawberry might attribute to that. The color is a sheer red that makes my lips look glossy and slightly redish pink. I also love the packaging. It's a red tube with some information on it, then a white cap. It's very practical, so I'm not worried about it smearing all over my makeup bag like babylips does.
Update: Unfortunately, the smell has suddenly become overwhelmingly noticible with this. That's happened with many of my once beloved lippies lately, so I don't know what's up. Won't repurchase.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE!!! This literally is the only balm that will work for me. It's thick, creamy, and smells FANTASTIC! It's really cheap, and nothing can really come close to this. I have a tube everywhere, i cant live without.

This is pretty similar to my Cherry Chapstick review...
This offers all the awesomeness of cherry Chapstick, but with a strawberry scent instead.
This isn't a miracle worker if you have very chapped lips, but this is a great cheapie basic lip care product.
I always like to try new lip products and rotate various products in with my other lippies but Cherry/Strawberry Chapstick will always be a product I don't hesitate to repurchase.

I grabbed this on accident thinking it was cherry chapstick, but i ended up liking it. Tastes a bit mediciney at first, but does a good job of hydrating your lips and is super easy to just toss in your purse or slip in your pocket rather than something bulky like the eos lipbalms. And at 99 cents, it's way cheaper than eos too.

I hate the smell of this lipbalm. Although the color is nice, and the way it moisturizes my lips is also nice, i just hate it. Will definitely not repuchase.

This is one of my favorite lip balms. The scent is a bit fake but there's something about it that I like and they're easy to carry around with you. It keeps my lips soft and unchapped which is especially great for windy days or cold weather. I often have some difficulty breaking the seal when I get a new tube which sucks, but at least I know it's unused. It's inexpensive (98 cents) so I don't feel too bad if I misplace it. It will, however, melt in the car when it's hot.
Some mentioned they have to continuously use it to keep the effects, but I don't find that to be the case for me personally.

Just like the Cherry version, this Chapstick is very waxy and smells fake. It can be actually sickly sweet when you're hungry, if you know what I mean. It moisturizes okay, but I've seen Chapstick do better.

Oh yes, Chapstick, how can a lip balm collector such as me NOT try the cult favourite and brand that started it all? Unfortunately, I am not in favour of this balm. It's old news to the drugstore lip balms we have nowadays.
TEXTURE: Upon application, it feels like thick matte wax, which I don't mind, sometimes I like to feel my lip balm and its barrier, but within 10 minutes, Chapstick turns into a greasy, shiny, mushy texture. The lasting power is decent however.
SCENT: Very obtrusive medicinal cough syrup scent. And this is coming from someone who can't smell stuff very well unless it is STRONG. Fades though, but it just reminds me how cheaply made this lip balm seems(is).
PACKAGING: It has the label "Chapstick" in a plastic wrapping over the standard lip balm case. It would be nice if the plastic wrapping didn't move around and make it difficult to dial up the stick at times, what happened to using a sticker for your logo?
PRICE: Only $1.99 regular price at the drugstore here in Canada.
BUY AGAIN: Nope, sorry.
While I actually like Chapstick for times when I need more of the protection than the moisturization because of the 44% Vaseline/petroleum jelly it contains, I could just use actual petroleum jelly than Chapstick.

A cult favorite! Always keeps my lips from chapping in the winter! A great flavor! A great scent! All around softness! An original! Everything about this product is wonderful! I ALWAYS have one on me. I am a lip balm addict and Chapstick is a definite favorite.

My mum borrowed (and never returned) my beloved Carmex cherry click stick so i had to venture out and buy a different lip balm. Unfortunately, my local priceline didn't stock my usual balm so i picked this up instead. To be honest, this is not that great. The strawberry scent is too strong and this tends to leave a bit of a greasy residue on my lips. The reason i like the carmex one was because it was more waxy (and the scent was kinda pleasant once i got use to it) and didn't feel like i smudged lard on my lips. I always wear balm under my lipsticks and i don't like it to look too glossy because my lipsticks already sort of are, so i suppose that's where this product falls down for me. I'll still use it though, and to the average (and not fussy) lip balm wearer this would be a good product!

This is your basic lipbalm, that absolutly works. I tend to have very dry lips that peel, and wearing this a night leaves my lips soft in the morning. What I especially like is the flavor. I used to use Smith's Strawberry lipbalm but found that the smell was way too artificial and chemical compared to this. So far this is the only strawberry balm that I will let touch my lips.

I don't care for the cherry version of this chapstick at all, but the strawberry is so good, that my boyfriend stole it, and has used nothing else ever since. Nuff said!

I have heard there really is some ingredient in here that dries your lips and makes you use more. I definitely believe that because I find myself using this about 10 to 15x a day in the winter.
I started using the 100% naturals chap stick and found it more moisturizing and less addictive. It costs a bit more (about $2.80 per) but I use less so it lasts just as long. In the winter I use it maybe 3 or 4x a day.

A tube of this is a must before I am able to nestle in bed. I wake up during the night looking form my tube of strawberry chapstick.
I have been using for years. Love It.

I think I might be addicted to this stuff. I apply is several times a day, and never ever ever apply lipgloss or lipstick without first applying this. It keeps my lips moisturized and costs about $1 at Target or Walmart. I have used pricier lip balms before, specifically the popular Mac lip balm, but did not like it because it left a weird taste in my mouth. This strawberry one is way cheaper, gets the job done, and doesn't taste funny.. I love it! I keep a tube in my purse and one in my bathroom with all of my makeup.
