I tried this in the full size when it was reduced (now discontinued) and really wanted to like it as I like most of l'occitane's gels and fragrances.
The scent was OK but I found it quite drying. It also claimed to be an all in one shampoo-shower gel but it really dried my hair out. Shame as I thought it would be a good travel product but not crying over the fact it is discontinued.
Used it up as a bath gel.

This smells absolutely incredible and puts you in honey heaven. REally cleans well and rinses off without leaving residue behind. Love the former version of this, the Comfort Cleansing Fluid which they have apparently discontinued, but this is a great stand-in for healthy looking, clean and beautiful skin.

I, too, had high hopes for this cleanser but it was disappointing--it cleansed my face, yes, but didn't do anything other than that and it also left a bit of a sticky film on my face after rinsing it off. I didn't like the fragrance either, it smelled rather stale and unpleasant to me.

Had high hopes for this but it failed to live to any sort of expectation.
Yes indeed it is very gentle,but the fluid texture makes it very difficult to control and I found the scent too sickly sweet(much more overpowering than the honey mask etc.)
My skin didn't look the usual bright after cleansing which makes its cleansing power questionable.I also felt a little bit tight afterwards that I needed to moisturise quickly.All in all,I much prefer the Nuxe facial cleansing gel which is STILL my HG!
I'm just so glad and reliefed that I got this for half price in the sale,now I use it as a pre-face-cleansing hand wash^_^

it's great!!!! I usually don't wash my face with cleanser just because they might be too dry or break me out. But this is just the perfect balance between cleansing and hydration. Love it!

This cleanser is such a treat to use! I love all products in L'Occitane's honey line as they all smell so good, and this is no exception. My winter skin is quite sensitve and dehydrated, and I don't always use a cleanser in the morning as it dries out my skin, but this cleanser really prevents dehydration, cleanses well and is convenient to use in a plastic pump bottle. You don't need very much to cleanse your face, and it doesn't remove MU very well in the evening so I only use this in the morning. I'm looking forward to trying L'Occitane's new honey&lemon line.

simply the greatest... i just purchased this and can't believe how wonderful it smells! it comes in a pump bottle which makes it super easy to use, and it provides just the perfect amount of lather. truly the best thing about this cleanser is the WONDERFUL smell! i just want to eat my face every time i'm done using this. my next purchase is definitely going to be the honey facial moisturizer. this is a definite re-purchase for me :)

This clenser smells divine! You can really smell the honey, and floral waters in it(rose, lavander, orange blossom. lemon balm, and sweet clover). It was not drying at all, and it produced just the perfect amount of foam. I used it at night, and it helped me fall asleep with its incredible soothing scent. A must try for those who enjoy honey, or honey lemon products.
:) Another great L'occitane product!
