After years of $$ for more expensive lipcolors only to stop loving the color days after buying them, I was ready to try anything. After getting this on a whim at the drugstore a few months ago, I am still wearing it. The color itself is a great every day color. On me it is a pinky/nude color and goes with most of my wear-to-work eyeshadows. The frost in it could be too much from time to time, but I find the amount of frost can be toned down if you don't put on as much. A little goes a long way. Another aspect I'm in love with is that there is no offending smell. I find the Silk Finish lipsticks to be moisturizing, relatively long-lasting, and definitely priced right to experiment.

Wow, I havent bought a WnW lipstick since I was in grade school and they have really made some improvements. I am very impressed with this light, moisturing lipstick formula and it doesnt have any crazy offending scent. The best part is, this color is almost an exact DUPE for Victorias Secret lipstick in Whisper. If I had known that, I wouldnt have bought the VS lippie for like $13. The only slight difference is Breeze is a tiny tiny bit more peachy nude while the VS is a tiny bit more bronzey nude. Overall this is a fabulous lippie in terms of formula, perfomance, shades available and price. Love it!

I love the Wet n Wild Silk Finish Lipsticks! "Breeze" is the first of these lipsticks I got, and it definitely exceeded my expectations. I absolutely adore this color!
COLOR DESCRIPTION: When dabbed onto the lips, this kind of tones down my natural lip color and adds a nice sheen. When swiped onto the lips, it gives a peachy beige color with a gorgeous frost. Over a nude lip liner/concealer, this shows up as a more peachy nude color with a nice sheen. I was afraid the frost would be overkill, but it's not--it is actually very pretty and flattering! I honestly think this color would compliment fair, medium, and tan skin tones, with cool or warm undertones. It's very versatile, and I highly recommend this peachy color.
FORMULA/CONSISTENCY: It's creamy and moisturizing. It feels like a lip balm on my dry lips.
COLOR PAY-OFF: This is very pigmented, and I feel like the color of this on my lips is super similar to what you see in the tube.
STAYING POWER: Unfortunately, I cannot honestly say I know exactly how long this lasts, but it seems like I can go at least two or three hours (if I'm not eating/drinking much) without having to reapply. Reapplication is no big deal for me since I don't feel like I need a mirror, and it feels so much like a lip balm (in my opinion).
PACKAGING: The packaging is nothing fancy, but I don't mind it at all! It's a silver tube with a clear cap, and it says "Wet n Wild" on the silver part with the shade on the bottom of the tube.
SMELL: I don't notice much of a smell at all.
PRICE/AVAILABILITY: I've seen this lipstick in various stores, but I got mine at Smith's Marketplace for 79 cents. Talk about a bargain!

I liked the color when I first bought it, but it's just not very good looking now that I've used it a couple times. The cap is flimsy and cracked all around the edge that connects to the actual container. I just wasn't impressed.

I like this. I was hoping that I would. I got this today at Rite-Aid for .59 cents since it was on sale for 40% off. I am not really a fan nor am I intrigued by Wet N Wild cosmetics. They always seem to have a teenage, retro, cheap look to their packaging and colors. This color actually came out nice on me. It's a nice light frosty pink-peach shade. It is definitely a frost, therefore, you have to wear a gloss with this to tone it down. I chose to wear a clear gloss which is what I usually wear on top of my lipsticks. I will never understand the whole thing of putting a colored opaque gloss over the lipstick because that takes away the color of the lipstick. I like to add shine to mine so the clear gloss worked perfectly. It helped to mute out the frost somewhat and make it a nice soft color with a slight frost-white tint to it that blended well. The funny thing is I have another lipstick that matches this shade almost exactly, and it's a Nicka K lipstick in "Satin Glow" and it is a gorgeous color. The only difference is Satin Glow has a little more pink to it and it's creamier. This will most likely be my only WNW lipstick because none of the other shades ever appeal to me.
Edited to add: My mistake. This review is supposed to be for the color 547B, however the name of the lipstick is also "Breeze" as listed above, so I'm somewhat confused. I now see the other listing for the right lipstick that I am speaking of.

May I please start out by saying that all of these that I've tried have a frost finish, very similar to the frost MAC lipsticks. Now onto the color. Of course it is a frosty nude-beige (yet not orange-y at all!). But the look of this looks so effortless and glossy at the same time, it's perfect for running out or heading to school. It looks great with most eye looks (smokey or natural) and on most skin tones. I feel no need to line my lips before apply, or to finish of with gloss. The color is also quite build-able. But, I do not like the cheap-o packaging. It has no flavor or smell, which can be considered good if you don't like most tastes. Over all, I honestly do like this and would recommend this to a friend.

A terrific neutral color. The formula is creamy and glides on smoothe. The staying power isn't as great as some higher end lipsticks, but I'd say I probably got a fair two hours before it really wore down and was no longer noticeable. Not too shabby for 93 cents. My only gripe is the really bad packaging. I've already nicked the lipstick twice while capping it.

This is a very versatile lipstick and you cannot beat the price. It's a wonderful nude, with a slightly frosty shimmery finish and looks fabulous when you layer it over other lipcolors or by itself. I like it when I don't want a strong lip but want to look polished. I also really appreciate that it doesn't feel greasy or oily or waxy like other cheap lip products do. It has pretty good lasting power as well. This has become a staple lipstick for me. If you like this, check out NYC lipstick in Cafe; both are great drugstore nudes.

I went through a real W 'n' W craze in January but I have branched out to other drug stores brands, as well as staying true to Avon and mark as much as my budget will allow. However, "Breeze" lipstick has been on my wish list since January and I saw it today at Wal-Mart and snapped it up. It was .99 cents. My tube has 547B on the bottom though. I am not sure what that means but it looks similar to the tube pictured on here. After looking on the WNW website, I think the "B" means it's a second generation color. Maybe it is "A" redone, hence, now the "B." The color itself is pretty but a little too frosty for a "nude." I was hoping for something more MLOB minus all the frost. However, I do like the formula--it feels good on the lips and it looks very nice on. I will look at some of the other colors because how can a girl go wrong for .99 cents? A note about my ratings. The plastic container is flimsy. You can't screw the color down enough so that the cap can scrape the product if you aren't careful. The tubes in the store were not sealed. What is the deal with this? I remember when every lipstick used to be wrapped in plastic that could not be removed until you bought the product. These days you find lipsticks that people have tried on, swatched on their hands, their boyfriends, and Lord knows what. Come on! Let's get hygienic folks and put some kind of protection on stuff we're going to be putting on our MOUTHS! This is coming from someone who has trouble taking the plastic off of DVD cases and wonders why they have to be hermitically sealed but makeup isn't. Go figure.
UPDATE: Unfortunately this is such a forgettable formula and color that I hardly ever use this. Maybe I need to start swapping.

I picked this up at CVS yesterday during the BOGO sale and I'm glad I did! I ended up getting 5 lipsticks for a great price! This is the one I tried first and loved it. It's like my lips but better! But really, they are all really nice colors and I love all of them. Highly recommended!

I am so into this shade! I haven't found a lipstick quite like this one. It looks light pink/ nude with a pearly finish. Flatters my nc30 skintone, and is cheap 73¢ @ winco. As always I have mua to thank for finding this product (:

This is my HG Nude Lipstick! I first apply a lip balm and just add this over top- it is the perfect shimmery nude color. I get tons of complements for this and I really like it myself. For $.69 you really can't go wrong here.

This is a surprisingly lovely shimmery pinky-beige lipstick that I spotted at Target yesterday for 97¢. It goes on smoothly, has a great finish, & has stayed on for hours. P.S: The packaging doesn't bother me at all!

Bought at a Rite Aid for 99 cents.
Breeze is a gorgeous sheer nude with shimmer that can lean towards frost if you apply too much. A few thin layers, though, and it looks wonderful- a shimmery nude. For girls with very pigmented lips, this lipstick is a great cheap way to tone them down.
The packaging isn't great- you can nick it easily, but it isn't too bad.
I find the formula with Wet n Wild to be drying, so I apply a clear lip balm before I apply the lipstick. I always reapply my lipsticks constantly, but Wet n Wild lipsticks do wear off after a few hours- but they're cheap enough and available enough that you can do so without worry.
For the color and the price, this is a great buy.

i'm NC 20, but i have naturally very pigmented lips. When i do a smokey eye, usually purple range or coppers/rust, i like to have a neutral light lip, but still a a slight contrast next to my pale skin.
i love this lipstick. it goes on so smoothly. it stays on through eating and drinking. the color is exactly what i wanted. it's very buildable. it's a nice taupe/nude with a slight frost in it, but not icky looking like some frosts look like. it was just a very natural nude with a natural NICE frost. i didn't look "made-up", which i liked. i usually wear bright lipsticks like glazed berry, peach pink, but i love this nude color. very nice!

Update, 9/2012, yes I found it! On Walgreens.com and am only updaying because its apparent some shades are not sold in the U.S North East, but are available online. Original review, yes, i'd buy this product again if only i could find it! i see recent reviews of it. but for the longest time i have not even seen "547a" on the displays any longer. i live in ny and have looked at every display in the city that i come across. this was my long time hg lipstick. it is a great nude, with some shimmer, some pink, some brown, but just the right amt of each on me. it gave a lit from within look to my whole face. 547b, does not even come close though someone advised i try that. i don't wear lipsticks anymore. i find them too drying. even ones formulated to be moisturizing. but this is a huge exceptionif anyone knows where to find this, i will be thrilled! pm if you do!!! thanks so much!!!!! tia!

Finally! I found a lipstick that's a cool, slightly shimmery pale pink to wear with my bright eye makeup!
Usually, I'd wear a lip gloss like Rimmel's VinylWear in Eastend Snob, but sometimes I want something that's not as shiny, or too beigey...Behold, WNW Silk Finish in Breeze! It's perfect for what I want, though it is a bit drying after about 30 minutes, so lip balm under the lipstick is a must (makes it a touch sheerer too, so it's not so frosty). I think the color wear well, I check my lipstick/gloss every once in a while and re-apply when needed (I don't tend to apply stuff and forget about it :). The packaging...*sigh* I just want the lipstick to roll down so I don't nick it (it bothers me), that's all. There's also a light floral-ish fragrance, but I don't think it's very strong (I kinda like it actually) and fades quickly.
If you're looking for a lipstick alternative to your fave pale pink gloss, give Breeze a shot for $1.

So pretty and cheap!!! It's a light pink with some shimmer and only 99 cents! I just discovered these lipsticks and have bought so many in the past few weeks. The quality is great....sure they are a bit drying but all you need is some lip balm underneath which I always use anyway for spf lip protection.

For me this color is perfect. It's a nice shade of rose blush. Not too pinky or brown. The frost adds just the right touch. For a dirt cheap lipstick, this stays on really well. Also, the texture is nice and creamy and doesn't cake on.
