A favorite and always repurchase. This looks good alone, perfect for when you're in a hurry.

Along with MAC shroom, this shadow is the one I hit pan on multiple times. I'm NW20, it's perfect all over--shimmery, yes, but not obnoxiously so. If you imagine stila kitten taken down about five levels, you get the concept of sun gloss--it has the same pinkish, silvery tones, but lacks the in-your-face brightness of kitten, which I find to be a good thing, because sun gloss is much easier to apply. Other than magical mushroom, (which I'm lucky enough to still have!) I don't love any of the other eye zings besides this one, but honestly, sun gloss is a real gem. Try it.

Nice eyeshadow! I love this color for a light sheer color all over the lid with a dark matte brown on the outer corner and crease. Cute packaging! Will repurchase!

Very pretty, light shimmery champagne shade. I was leery of this one when I ordered it, because champagne shades usually do not look good on me. Sungloss turned out to be a nice, safe shade and a great value. The container is small, so I will probably repurchase this product.
I ordered several Jane products from janecosmeticsstore.com because Jane products are not available were I live. The website needs a ton of work (it's not user friendly), and color samples are not shown or very limited. Shipping took 1 week and they do not provide tracking, or shipping information. Forgot about calling them, there is no contact number...

coverage: 2/5. It's super sheer.
application: 5/5. Easy, smooth, allows for mistakes.
Staying power: 4/5. Doesn't flake much, if at all.
It has this greyish hue on my skin, not expected but still kind of attractive. My only complaint is the coverage.

This is the only eyeshadow I've ever repurchased.
I picked this up to wear for a friends wedding as she had chosen the ugliest mint green Renaissance dresses for us to wear & I had no clue what kind of makeup colors to use to complement the unflattering eyesore. I would have never dreamed of touching a color like this to wear in real life & thought of the Jane line as something more geared towards teeny-boppers. I WAS DEAD WRONG. This eyeshadow is gorgeous, versatile & well worth a $2 experiment to see how it could work on you. For me, it is a pretty SUBTLE shimmer that I can use on the brow bone, lid, inner corner or all over. I cannot do that with Stila's Kitten & do not consider it a dupe (kitten's gorgeous in its own way but not as versatile for me). It can look pink (& I hate pink eyeshadow on me, sungloss being the only exception), greyish, champagne-y depending on the light & I swear when I wear this all over the lid by itself, it seems to darken on my crease in a very pretty way. Another bonus? The pan fits perfectly in a mac palette.
It's well worth a try, ladies. It has made me do a 180 on my former drugstore prejudice.

This is great cool-tone, champagne-pink eyeshadow. It works very well on me and I'm a NW 15/20. I was hesitant because it looks very frosty in the pan but on my eyes it's really just a subtle shimmer. A great basic neutral for me!

This is a dupe for Stila's Kitten eyeshadow, same exact frost and pigment only teeny difference is that Kitten is a tiny bit more golden but you can't tell once applied, I applied Kitten on one eyelid and SunGloss on the other and they looked really really similar so save yourself a lot of money if you're looking for a frosty champagne eyeshadow like Kitten and get this one instead. I'm personally not too crazy about it since it's too frosty for my taste but it's not bad.

This is a very sheer, but very shimmery champagne color. It doesn't show up well on my light/medium asian skin. It's good as a highlighter, but nothing else.

Great color, more beautiful on than in the pan. Amazing staying power (with primer), especially for an inexpensive item! Soft, not chalky.

Very nice not too shimmery neutral beige champagne shadow. Jane EyeZings always have a smooth pigmented texture and this one is no different. I own several of them. This is a really great shadow that gives a polished look but isn't too shimmery. Staying power with a primer is good and its easy to blend.

I'm a huge fan of Jane eyeshadows and use this one's "sister shades" "Rock Star" and "Brownie Points" religiously. However, I'm not a fan of this one. It's far too shiny and barely registered on my complexion (light olive). Jane's matte shadows are far, far better bets, in my opinion.

This is my daily eye shadow. Although it look very shimmery in the container, it is not too shimmery on and is very natural looking. I wish the texture were a little creamier and has better lasting power but it still makes me look good at a great price. I've repurchased 3+ times already.

Sungloss is a cool-toned pinkish/grey. The colour did not work with my yellow based Asian skin. It washes me out and looks too chalky and grey. I would recommend Wet n' Wild's "Fine Wink" as a cheaper alternative that is warmer and slightly deeper in colour.
The nice thing is that Jane eye shadows are very easy to depot into MAC palettes (just pop the pan out with an exacto-knife - no heat or anything required). However, I will not repurchase this particular colour.

Maybe since I'm kind of tan, this color did not compliment me. It's a pretty semi-glimmerish dusty rose color in the pan but shows up just dull whitish/grey on my lids. No matter how much I applied, it didn't layer evenly at all.

Wish I got the same results as everyone else. I was hopeful, but it was just plain light, and would have required MANY layers to even show up. Confused....

Great basic eyeshadow. I've had it for a couple years and it's still a great shadow -- in fact, a must-have b/c it's so damn cheap. Taupey beige with some shimmer. Warm, not grey undertones, so it's flattering (NC25 Asian). You can use it in the crease for a light/natural look (or if you're really pale), or as a lid shadow if you're dark. I will keep one in my e/s collection as a staple.

This is one of my favorite eyeshadow colors I own! In the pan it looks okay, but on my eyelids it looks amazing! It adds a touch of taupey-pink and just a little shimmer. I have 3 of them in different MAC 4-pans, they just look great with everything, including alone on my eyelids if i'm in a rush or if I want a more natural look, like going to the beach or something. The staying power is amazing for how inexpensive they are, the pigmentation is great, and for only about $3 each, (plus they're usually BOGO 1/2 off / free), you can't go wrong. LOVE it!

Wish I would have known how incredible this shadow was long ago..Looks so blah in the pan but applied it's much more complex..It's a neutral, light beigey, taupey slightly greyed w/just a hint of bronze.I normally have green eyes but when I wear this shadow they turn blue. And what's even more wonderful about it is that's you really only need the Sungloss as a wash and maybe a little liner and you have a perfectly polished look..I adore Graphic Brown fluidline paired with this. It's stunning really. This shadow has new HG status in my stash
