Scored this off of Ebay (without the brush) because I heard a YouTuber raving about the wonderful pink flush this gives. This blush is pretty much the definition of the "glow from within" look. It gives a very subtle luminescence that is flattering and natural looking. I like the different shades of stripes - one side has brighter pinks while the other has more toned down pinks and lavenders, so it's easy to customize the brightness of the blush.

I cant wear this as a blush because I get no flush out of this. Espeacially I find that the 2 of the brightest shades of pinks are not pigmented at all. I tried to pick up the color out of those 2 stripes alone and applied it on my face and I got ZERO color on my NW 20 skintone. 3 other pink shades are quite light and too light to give any flushed cheek but they actually have more pigment than the bright stripes and that is why I have actually started to wear this product as an eye shadow only. They give me the nice awake look used together with black liner and mascara, so it was not completely waste and of course it is never waste for the good cause this being BCA product. But If you dont think of the cause, this is not really worth the price quality vice.

This is not only a GREAT deal, but an incredible product. The brush is flawless, and the blush is equally good. It gives a perfect, subtle pop of pink on my very pale (N15) skin that is glowy and natural looking, not over the top at all. However, it's definitely buildable, so if you wanted it super bright bubble gum pink, you could do that too. And how can you go wrong with BCA items? :)

My mom is a breast cancer survivor so I love BCA items!! Plus the actual product rocks. A beautiful pinky blush that makes me glow. The brush is great too.

This is an absolutely beautiful blush. The color is a nice sof t true pink that has no shimmer or glitter but does leave the skin with a nice glow that looks like it is coming from with in. All though the product is matte it is not chalky in the least bit. The color can be built up to be a soft ballarina pink or more of a true bright make up alley logo pink. It has multiple uses and has so much product that will last forever. The brush is a new love. It is thick,soft, and dense. I use it for all of my soft lights and for when I want a nice full color for bronzer and other blush colors. I would repurchase in a heart beat and even bought a second brush off of ebay.

Oh how pretty! I just use the mauve strips and the pink strips and leave out the brown strips and it looks so pretty on my PPP cool skin.

This is a fabulous set not only because it includes the 19 brush which IMO is thye best powder brush ever created but, it has a pink handle!! The fusion in this collection is so so pretty - I am a softlights & fusion addict and have pretty much all of them but, this is up there *(with Lens, Shimmer & Luminary) as none of my favourite fusions, the pan is so huge this will last for a hugely long time!

When I first saw this, I absolutely had to have it. (1) I'm a sucker for BCA items. (2) Great value! The items, if they were sold separately, would retail for $82, but the set is priced at $59. (3) It's pink!The face and body brush is amazing. Super soft bristles that do not shed or get prickly even with repeated use/washings.The SoftLights is a great mosaic of colors that, when swirled together, leaves you with a clean, pinkish glow.

I love the way this particular product somehow goes on neutral. The pinks are cool, the browns are more warm, but it balances out just right, giving my face the freshest, prettiest pink glow. Of all of the soft lights, this has to be one of the very best.
(Can't comment on the brush, as I RIS sans brush. NW15 for ref.)

I bought this set for the cute pink handled Faced & Body brush (since it was $57 on it's own anyways), & find myself using the Soft Lights way more often! This set was a great deal & both products are wonderful. Plus the proceeds go to a great cause :)

BCA Blushing Pink Fusion Soft Lights - Big pot with five stripes of shimmering sheer color for use as blush, highlighter, eyeshadow: very pale pink, light lilac, pinkish nude, cotton candy pink, dusty/muted pink. Very silky and smooth texture. I sweep my brush over the whole thing for a fresh pink glow on my AAB/NC25 cheeks; can be layered for more color. I can also pick up just the half with the brighter shades for more pop, or the more neutral half for more subtle color. Nice large tub, same size as a full-size Soft Lights. Stripes are wide enough for an e/s brush. Big clear lid so you don't have to fumble and check the label for the shade name.


#19 Face & Body Brush - Big, fat, soft natural hair brush, great for powders. Fat handle, well balanced overall. I use it for bronzer, pressed powders, and highlighters. Too big for me for applying blush but it does a great job of blending them. Comparable quality, feel, and size to both the NARS Bronzer brush and the Sephora bronzer brush. Sold separately, this is usually quite expensive ($52)... but a great value as part of the set.


Overall - Good value for Smashbox lovers and for supporting a good cause - total retail value is $82, but the set only cost $59.

I hesitated on this product for awhile till i saw it in person. I own all the soft lights and love them but this one was only available with the brush which i already own. When i saw the beautiful shades of pink, I had to have it. Its gorgeous. A soft pale pink, a mauvey pink, a soft tan, a bright pink and a soft peach pink color. All with a little shimmer. The effect swirled together is a soft shimmer pink that brighten the complexion. Works well with my warm NC30 light olive complexion. And the brush is super SOFT and excellent quality with a cute pink handle. The brush alone retails for $52 so this isnt a bad deal at $59 plus a portion of the proceeds are donated to BCA. the only difference between my pink brush and the red is that the red handles brush bristles are tapered while the Pink one is not so the brush head flares out more. I highly recommend this.

I love smashbox's softlights and had to have this one as well. Well I finally managed to purchase this on sephora for $59.00 now it comes with the most wonderful bronzer brush ever made and the handle is pink! The bristles are soft and feel great when using to apply this or anything else on your face. The brush alone retails for $52.00 do for an extra 7 dollars the softlights is so worth it.The softlight colors are very lovely. A soft pink, a lilac'y pink,a soft tan a bright pink and a soft peachy pink color.When swirled together they make the most perfect pink shade my cheeks have ever seen. I absolutely love the color it gives.This has to be one of the most perfect softlights smashbox has ever made. Another nice thing about this set is that 10% goes to breast cancer research so that to me is always a plus.

This was the single most expensive item I purchased this year at $68.00 CDN (which currently = $70.52 US). I had been wanting to try a SB Softlights for a long time and was interested in this kit because of the BCA cause as well as the fact that it includes a pricey brush that has so far received great reviews here. I’ve worn this every single day since I purchased it 2 weeks ago. While I would never apply blush with a brush this size, it works wonders for applying the Softlights over blush and blending the whole. I’m extremely happy with the kit for this use and highly recommend it. I have NC15 skin and this isn’t pigmented enough to wear as blush alone. But to see what it looks like layered with blush on a very fair skin tone, the last 4 FOTDs in my profile include this powder. Will repurchase another Softlights when I run out, as I believe this shade is LE.

I just bought this on a whim at Ulta tonight...and got the last package. I couldn't wait to try it on because the blush looked sooooo pretty. And is it ever! I have NC25-30, BE Light/Fairly Light skin and the color is perfect...a soft pink glow that makes me look radiant. I've also been lusting after this brush for a long time and am thrilled to have it in PINK! Worth the price and happy to contribute to the cause!

In the past I have had issues w/ Smashbox items such as their e/l palette and their primer as they both did not live up to the hype, and basically I wasted my $$ on those items, so I strayed from any Smashbox items since. But...one day at Sephora they had this BCA kit on display, so I decide to "play" with it! At first glance I thought the Pink Soft Fusion Lights would be too frosty and not show up on my NC30 skintone, but I was wrong! I swiped it on the back of my hand, and it was too pretty to pass up. Besides the pink BCA brush was an eye-cathcer on it's own as I am a sucker for anything pink! Of course I asked the SA for a kit and she regretfully informed me they had been sold out of these kits the 1st week they arrived...bummer! Being stubborn and determined I went home and logged onto Sephora's web site and ordered it from there! When it arrived I was so excited to use it, but I already had my "face" on for the day...so instead I took it out of the packaging and swirled the cute big pink brush in the softlights and applied it to my temples, cheeks, nose, and chin as a highlighter...WOW! It literally gave me a pretty pink glow, but not to where you can see pink, but a subtle hint of it. It really "awakened" my face. It also lasts all day and doesn't "fade" off. I have been using this now for about a week, everyday as it has bumped my MAC MSF *Petticoat* and BB Shimmerbrick *peony* to the back of the drawer. Love it! I haven't tried it as a blush yet or even as an e/s, but so far so good. You can't go wrong w/ this kit as the full size pink brush is great for buffing and the pink softfusion itself is a multi-tasking miracle. They both have the BCA ribbon on it as a reminder of the cause, and a portion of the proceeds from each $59 kit is well worth it. I would definitely repurchase as it is a LE item, but I hope SB comes out with another BCA kit next year. Kudos to SB for finally making a product I am happy with :)

Just recieved this kit yesterday. I have fair to medium skintone with pink undertones. When I applied this blush it gives you a beautiful soft glow of pink that is noticable. You can also use these colors as an eyeshadow. I am so happy I purchased this kit. It is one of my favorite blushes. The brush is awesome. It's soft and applies the blush beautiful.

So yay, a Breast Cancer Awareness month product that's worthy of being BCA! Smashbox's Fusion Soft Lights in Blushing Pink has stripes that are balanced between mauve, carnation pink, a dusky rose, a baby pink...resulting in the perfect ribbon pink- not too cool, not too warm. Adds a pretty pink glow. No frost! The #19 brush is dense and totally soft. Sturdy construction. I am so glad I got this set!
