I have been using most of the Prevage line for 6 months now and have seen a great difference in my skin during that period of time.
I was fortunate to not have any redness, blisters, itching or other issues that some people seem to have experienced - even though I do have very sensitive skin. I have tried numerous other products that have either greatly irritated my skin, given me a rash or just plain didn't work.
The Prevage line has cleared up the bit of discolouration I had on my cheeks and chin from sun damage and has greatly reduced the fine lines I was getting (esp crows feet). As a woman about to turn 40 - this line of products, while extremely expensive in my opinion, has made me look years younger. Generally anyone trying to guess my age now guesses around 34! Thank you Prevage!

This is a review for the advanced anti-aging serum. I used it for about 6 weeks now, and I have to say I like it and also didnīt have any bad reactions to it, though I have sensitive skin and rosacea. It didnīt moisturize much, and I needed an additional lotion afterwards, but I donīt expect a serum to be enough by itself. I think some fine lines around my eyes did diminish a litte, and I guess with pronlonged use it might get even better. I like that it soaks in quickly and completely, without leaving a film on my skin. I feel well-protected using this underneath my moisturizer and/or sunscreen.

Decided to spurge by purchasing this product as I had heard that it was really and truely a miracle cream. I did not notice much of difference in my skin bar it did appear more radiant. After a few weeks of using it and suffering excruciating migraines, I discovered that prevage was in fact causing these migraines. It took four-five days for the migraines to clear after I stopped using prevage. A couple of weeks later, I decided to use prevage again in case I had mistakenly associated my migraines with the cream but lo and behold, I suffered another excruciating migraine. I had only used the cream once and the migraine lasted over four days. As a result, I cannot and will not ever use Elizabeth Arden products again.

The whole Prevage line is amazing. For any skincare line, they say it takes 4-5 weeks to see results. It's not magic, it's skincare. It's our skins workout. With Prevage, I had been using it for a week and people were commenting on how wonderful my skin looked. This could be due to the fact I am only 30, and have taken pretty good care of my skin, so there isn't much repair needed, I'm not an expert so who knows. I did break out for the first few days, but that is fairly common when your skin is getting used to a new product. I just paid extra attention to only touching my face with clean hands, deep cleaning, etc. By the end of week 3, people were asking me what skin care I use. I was stopped by a woman in the grocery store and asked if I always had such pretty skin. I am a skincare junkie, I have tried everything, and this is by far the best line I have come across. In fact, I completely switched to Elizabeth Arden skincare. Day, I wash with Intervene cleanser, apply Prevage Anti-aging serum to my face, the Prevage anti-aging eye serum to my eyes, wait a minute for it to fully absorb, then I use the Intervene oil-free moisturizer. At night, I wash with Intervene, but once a week I use the ceramide exfoliant cleanser, then I apply both the serums, I use the Intervene eye cream, and the Intervene night cream. It's expensive, I bought all the products I currently use at the same time, and it was about 400 dollars. I do use more products than most people would, but I am a skincare junkie. The way I look at it, it is an investment in my skin. I want my skin looking its best for as long as I can help it. The serum and creams last 3-4 months, the cleansers I buy more often. The lady at the counter asked me what I spend on my hair a month. When I thought about it, I spend around 130 on my hair every month, so why should my skin take the back seat. Good skin care is an investment, and I'm happy I found Prevage to invest in my skin.

I cannot see any differences made on my skin after using for 2 weeks. There are other products better than this.

This is expensive, but worth it! it does work, it's one of the best serums on the market. It helped even out my skin tone, diminish my redness, even helped with acne scars fading. It's expensive but I would buy it again, it lasts for at least 6-8 months for me. Just a warning because it is potent, you should start using it maybe once a day for a week then go to twice. I haven't had this much success with any other serum so this one is definitely a keeper! Anyone can use it, I use it as preventative aging and also to fix imperfections on my skin, which it did. The main ingredient? Idebenone, which has been proven to be the most effective anti-oxidant on the market. Allergan, who markets the product through Arden, also makes Botox. So this is an alternative to getting Botox (same ingredients)!

Well let me just tell you. I started working for an Arden counter and received Prevage at starting. My SKIN HAS TRANSFORMED INTO "BEAUTIFULNESS" (is that a word?) My skin feels like a ten year olds....my dark spots have evened out. I look....I can't even describe how I look.......there are no words. I am 47 and do not look 47. My coloring, texture and yes even acne have improved. I will use this stuff forever. The smell is even wonderful.........
Age: 30-35 Skin: Dry, Fair-Medium, Neutral Hair: Black, Straight, Medium Eyes: Brown
this is not for me. I did see a huge improvement on my friend's face who uses this serum. Her skin looks amazing even without makeup, the overall texture of her face was so fine. So I decided to try this. However, every time I used it, the next morning after washing my face I can actually feel my skin became thin and more sensitive. Then it took me a week or more to recover. I used this product on and off then during the weather change early this spring it made my skin super sensitive that I even feel pain when I scratched my face with nail by accident.
If you have thin and sensitive skin, you probably want to test it before buying. If your skin just dull due to aging and without too much skin issue this product may make your skin really good.

Beautiful! Could not have loved anything better. First day use - increased brightness and elasticity... a week later I am seeing an even-ness in tone and am wearing less makeup! it costs but so little is needed and I was informed that I can pair this with another (cheaper) moisturizer not just more prevage. Effective regardless. I am now loyal
Been a year and still using Prevage ladies! See my review on the 1% product for a more detailed description. Very happy with the results. Price is reasonable when compared with how long the product lasts vs others - remember don't use too much! It's concentrated.

I was not interested in this product at all, especially at the price, but I was given one and am now in love after using it for a few days.
In just a few days, it has brightened and smoothed my whole complexion. I'm in love!
Age: 36-43 Skin: Sensitive, Olive Hair: Brown Eyes: Black
I really love the way this product makes my skin feel. It's smooth super soft and silky. The serum has no unpleasant smell (I hate anything that has any sort of smell) to it. It goes on beautifully and the skin absorbs every bit of it. The redness on my skin is instantly calmed on application and visibly reduced. My skin glows too. Only negative- I have to use a moisturiser over it for hydration as it purely a treatment serum and has no moisturizing properties. And I use it near my eyes with no problems. I'm 37 and hav no wrinles, just a few tiny fine lines from dehydration, some visible pores on my nose/cheeks and I am starting to see a few age spots appearing so hopefully this will help with more use of this product. I started using Elizabeth Arden Prevage Face late last year and was very cautious before purchasing as I have sensitive skin with redness. The Elizabeth Arden sales assistant at a dept store suggested I try it. The newer version which has the word "face" on the bottle is apparently an improved formula of the old and is suitable for sensitive skin.

This is a very good face cream, if it was about half the price I would think about buying it again. Given how expensive this is I would not purchase again, just because I get similar results with a face cream a fraction of the price (Environ).
On the plus side this doesn't break out my (sometimes) sensitive skin. It absorbs quickly and easily. It moisturises well and normalises my combination oily skin. It reduces the signs of fine lines that I have.
Negative - price. Ridiculously expensive when my Environ skincare gives the same result.

I tried the eye treatment on at a Macy's and couldn't stop thinking about how great it felt on and the immediate tightening. I researched and bought a trial set of the face treatment on eBay. It smells and I was scared to try it based on reviews of what sounded like allergic reactions. But, I'll try anything to stay looking young so I got it. It is really an amazing product. It definitely smooths and seems to tighten/firm but I haven't used it long enough. Only a couple of weeks. However, I get emails from Elizabeth Arden's website and they had a great GWP offer so I just bought the advanced version. I can't wait to try it...... will keep you updated. I think this is a pure product and it isn't covered up with fragrance like alot of creams which make me wonder how much "good stuff" is really in it.......

for months and months I have been struggling with the ideal of getting botox from getting squint line between my eyes on my forehead. I have never been a big fan of Elizabeth Arden but am a sucker for the freebies with purchase. SO over the holliday I bought some foundation ( that I love by the way) and I got a sample of the prevage within minutes of smoothing it over my face and neck I saw difference that same night my husband was raving at how soft and smooth my face felt and look after a week of using it men and woman were stoping me telling me what abeautiful glow I had to my face and best of all I don;t feel the urge to run out and get botox though I stillhave slight wrinkles they are hardly noticable my skin has tranformed and 10 or more years has beeneraced off of it. I shelled out the $155 for the bottle and it is every peny worth it. I am now in love with Elibath arden products. I have tried so many products and have never in my llife seen such positive results that I have with the prevage. I swear by. My mother who is 65 is now using it and also swears by it.

Although my skin is thin it has never been sensitive before. Trust me, I am the woman who could use Irish Spring on her face and then follow up with a hand lotion while camping and not have any issues.
I had a brutal reaction to Prevage! Scaley red patches all over my face within 24 hours.
Since I had spent almost $200.00 on the bottle (CDN) I was determined to use it. The cosmetic counter told me to add a "cold cream" to it and use it ever other day. Even cut with cold cream I still broke out in a blochy raised itchy burning rash. Do you need skin like an elephants hide to wear this stuff? Sure my wrinkles were going away, you couldn't see them for raised crusty rash!
But alas, I had spent a huge amount of coin on this product and I was bound and determined to use it. I decided I was now the proud owner of $200 dollar hand cream. After all, the skin on my hands is fairly tough and I could get rid of a few freckles while we were at it.
I had the exact same experience on my hands. Identical.
I went back to the cosmetic counter. She said, "You're alergic to Idebenone. You can't use it." Alergic? I've never been alergic to anything in my life! Unless you count housework!!
Two hundred dollars for a product that smells fishy and gives you crusty red scales? I wish I would have spent the two hundred bucks on a maid service!

This made my skin break out within 2 days. I returned it after one week for a full refund with no questions asked.

It is sure nice to use, but I dont get, what exactly I paid all that money for. I have sensitive skin, it is still there, my skin in a same condition with product and without it. Waste of money.

I've learned that with this product, Less is More! You don't need much. I love how firm my skin looks and I had sun freckles at my hairline that are completely gone now. I had no reaction to it and it didn't change any composition of my skin (I am combination, and it didn't dry or cause any outbreaks). I love this and I think it's the best product around that does what it says! A little goes a long way and even at $155, I've used a pea sized portion to cover my face and neck and it's lasted over 6 months! I alternate this nightly with the Eliz Arden Ceramide capsules (both the face/neck and the eye treatments). It helps stretch out the products!
6/20/2011 Update......I can no longer use the Prevage. I used it and loved it for about 2 years and then one day..WHAMO. My face was red and raw. I thought for sure it was something else I was using but when I went to the dermatologist, she confirmed my skin was no longer happy with the Prevage. She'd seen it before and told me to either back way down on my usage (instead of 2x/day, to maybe 2 times per week) or stop using it all together. I spoke to the beauty advisor and she said the same thing happened to her! I appreciated her honesty.

I decided to try this on a recommendation from my sister. She said she'd been using it and loved it. I read the reviews here about all the allergic reactions. So I laid of the Retin-A for 7 days. Believe me, waiting the 7 days was hard. I couldn't wait to try it. But I didn't want my face to balloon up. Anyway, I got a small sample amount from Ulta, love them for this. And on the 8th day used it at night. Used it the next night and woke up to the beginnings of a few cystic acne spots, and I'm 55 years old with dry skin.! No thanks, will stick to Retin_a, and sunblock.

I love, love, love this product! I got mine from Sephora as a sample and instant results! It's only been a week and I am addicted. I decided to go on Ebay and got one for half the price otherwise it's way expensive. I gave this 5 lippies because it worked!
