This stuff would be great for wrinkly old ladies but dont make the mistake I made at 23 and purchase this, it will just make your makeup look like its been applied over concrete!! wayyyy to firming... did not do me any justice at all. BEYOND NATURAL PRIMER by revlon is the one!!!!

This was the first primer I ever tried, and I was very disappointed. From the moment I opened the tube I was overcome by a strong chemical smell, which was awful. I found it did nothing for my skin. I'm just happy I got for $10, so it wasn't expensive at all.

Ok i have tried both versions of this primer, this one for Normal to Combo skin as well as the one for dry skin. I like both but the formula is a little different between the two. This one does work great. I do use 3 different primers at one time so i know its weird but i do like this one esp since i have normal to dry skin.
=PRICE/AVAILABILITY=
I think these Age Defying primers are being discontinued since i never see them in stores & i found mine at my local discount store. So, in stores i saw them for around $9-10 which is really expensive considering you dont get a whole bunch of product but lucky for me i found mine at my local Big Lots for only $4 which is def a good deal but i have other primers i like better & also i cant find them in the drugstores anymore.
=FORMULA/PERFORMANCE=
This formula is specially formulated for normal to combo skin. The formula is that of a lotion consistency and is white in color. It does have a mild floral scent to it which i didnt like at first since it does linger for a minute or so but does fade away fast enough. It does go on like a lotion which is more moisturizing def cannot feel any silicone's in this which means it doesnt leave that smooth surface like my Hard Candy primer. I do like this since it sets fast enough. It goes and blends nicely into my skin. I like using this in the winter months when my skin gets drier for it provides a nice canvas for my liquid foundations. It does help my foundation stay put longer than on its own. I notice my fndts will stay on for at least 8 hours or so. This claims to smooth skin w/ peptides & other things that are good for helping skins firmness. I havent noticed my skin changing in any way but it does smooth skin for a nice canvas for foundation. but i personally prefer silicone based primers since they sit on top of the skin which def provides a barrier & smooth as silk canvas. so i normally mix a few dabs of this w/ my silicone based primers but this does work well on its own. It does have some really good ingredients so it may work for those more sensitive to silicone's to other ingredients. I love this line & said its not anywhere stores in my area since ive grown to love this in the winter. its necessary for my fndt I only need about a dime size amount or maybe a nickel for my whole face. Its suggested to be apply by dabbing & then blending from the center out. Focus on oily tzone are or areas where your fndt wears fast.
=PACKAGING=
This primer comes in a white tube with red twist on lid. There is red logo/name/info writing in red. It doesnt say which formula it is on the front but it does on the back top. This is a squeezable plastic tube so its super easy to get the product out. it disperses the primer well without pouring out everywhere. Its a lotion consistency so it be squeezed out easily. You do not get a whole bunch of primer, but you do receive 1.0 fl oz or 30 ml which isnt too bad. One bottle or tube lasted me around 2 months with daily use but it wasnt my only primer. So the reg price was pretty steep for how much product you get. The tube does sit upright on its twist on lid.
Overall, i do like this primer but i also love using it mixed w/ my other primers. on its own, it does do a pretty great job on its own but i do suggest this primer for those w/ more mature or dry skin types which is weird. I did try the formula for dry skin which was more silicone based- its like the formulas shouldve been reversed. Its weird. Thats how i feel- they shouldve switched these. For the dry skin formula would work great on normal to combo skin & this one is def more moisturizing for mature dry skin types I do have dry skin majority of seasons & this has does wonders! I do think they have discontinued these sadly. i think i would repurchase these if they were on sale.

I bought foundation and this was a free add on to some foundation, but it worked so well in brightening my face and making the make up I put on look so much better. I don't know how it works, but I am out of my sample and cannot find this product anywhere. I tried the other silicone looking primer by Revlon and that one does not help much at all. Please keep selling this great product. I am stocking up. Story:
I was traveling with my family on a basketball tournament and had to get up really early. I looked terrible, dark circles, baggy around the eyes - yuk. I used the ADIFFP and after applying my makeup, I looked much better. I would not have looked much better without it. Been there. I actually had another mom come up to me and tell me how fresh I looked at breakfast. This is a great product. I have tried 3 primers. Age Defy is the best, second is Mary Kay and I would not recommend the newest primer by Revlon. It was ok, but didn't do to much in my opinion.

This was the first primer I ever tried. It was a let down. It went on like a thick moisturizer, and felt slightly greasy. I expected it to help the staying power of my make-up and make it easier to apply. I don't have issues with my NYX eye shadow creasing generally, but this lead to creasing and my foundation and lipsticks wouldn't stay on evenly. It didn't seem to dry very well.
I perhaps shouldn't have used it on my eyelids - though it didn't help any of my make-up in anyway. As a primer this failed. Though I do still use it as a moisturizer. It works fantastically on my lips, it seems to plump them out slightly and deeply conditions them. I put it on before bed with a cocoa and peppermint lip butter. It instantly fixes my lips when they are chapped. I would consider getting it again just for that fact, though I may just look for something else designed for that purpose. Now I've just taken to using a home-made green tea and mint in a spray bottle as my primer. It firms, smooths and cleans my skin a lot better than this ever could.

Hell no, I wouldn't buy this again! It is difficult to blend, it stinks, and it feels sticky. I kept waiting and waiting for it to set/dry, and it never did. Horrible. No wonder they discontinued it.

This product is already discontinued by Revlon. I got it for $4.00 on sale. I basically use it as a night lotion (it is too matte) because of its higher grape seed oil content. The texture of it is kind pastry as well as semi-greasy when just applied. It becomes more matte and gives kind of powdery feel the next morning. It smells like many of the Eurcerin lotions (I think the smell is from shear butter which I do not like). It is a so-so product and I will not pay a full price for it (full price is $13.00).

This stuff is so gross! It felt oily, dried to a tack finish, and smelled horrendous! I didn't even try to put makeup over it, just washed it off and through away the tube!

PROS: Somewhat inexpensive.
CONS: Saw almost no difference. Didn't see that my makeup was smoother. Feels goopy.
REMOVAL TIPS: If you get clogged pores, you may want to remove this with something like a cleansing oil before using your regular cleanser so that it doesn't clog your pores.
ALTERNATES: For large pores, you're better off with L'oreal's Studio Secrets Magic Perfecting Base Primer (but be sure to pat it into pores and let it "set" for at least a minute).

Didn't perform like a primer, seemed more like a lotion. The smell is nasty - even if it worked better, the smell would be enough to keep me from using it.

This was my first primer. I got it for 75% off at CVS. Even that was too much. I agree that the scent is strong, but to me it smells like cucumbers. Which I don't mind. I tried it on just my chin to see how I responded before putting it all over my face. Good thing! It is quite greasy and as soon as I spread a tiny bit on it started burning. My skin isn't sensitive but it can be acne prone. I washed it right off and now it's SO itchy! Time for a Benadryl. Needless to say, I do not like this product. At all

The texture of this primer is more watery than most other I've used. It's almost the consistency of a body lotion. It's quite moisturizing and OK on a dry skin day. But I can't really tell that it does anything as far as priming. It doesn't help color application or makeup stays on longer... Next time I see this in the drug store, I'll skip right over it and find another brand of primer.

I got this from my local market dirt cheap so that was a good start :o)
I like the tube it came in,much easier to use than a pump bottle and I liked that the instructions were easy to read and understand.I do agree it has a weird smell but once on my face the smell quickly vanished. It gave a lovely base to my makeup and smoothed out my lines.Im chuffed with this bargain find and might even go back and get a backup.

I really like this product. It does have a very heavy smell, but it only lasts as long as it takes for you to apply it onto your skin. Then you don't even notice it once it's on. But I like this creamy, lotion-esque formula much better than I do the gelly silicone ones. It feels a lot like the Smashbox primer. It's a bit pricey ($14 or so) but a much better deal than the $30 some odd that you would spend on the Smashbox one.

I got this on clearance at Target for half price (originally almost $12 and I paid almost $6).
This product is HORRIBLE. I tested it on my hand once I got home and nearly threw up from the smell. I agree with the person that said it smells like body odor. It is a totally nasty smell and I will NEVER use it due to the odor.
YUCK!

This product seemed to repel my foundation, rather than helping its staying power.
It also made my face seem greaser, and my mac foundation wouldn't apply properly on it. Defiantly not worth the money.

Can I put a resounding "oh HELL no!" on repurchasing this? I got it for free during the BOGOF sale (and now I know why it was still there and nothing else was!) and it wasn't even worth that. In fact, Revlon should pay people to use this garbage, because that's what it smells like - a combination of BO, cat pee, and rotting vegetables. It literally made me gag and rush to the sink where I could not get it off my face fast enough. WTF were they thinking? I have no idea how it performs and frankly, I don't care to find out because in no way, shape or form should this horrible product come close to anyone's face, ever.
