My teeth are not so great. I inherited weak enamel and also have highly acidic Ph levels in my mouth. That combination has resulted in quite a bit of restorative work over the last 20 years. I've had so much dental work, I could probably BE a dentist...haha. So anyhow, I've always been told and have likewise read that there is no real way to whiten restored teeth or crowns. The porcelain and resins used are impervious to whitening agents. With that in mind, I wasn't expecting much in the way of results from this rinse but I figured it couldn't hurt to try. The claim is whiter teeth in 7 days. I've been using it twice a day for three days now and wonder of wonders...I see some brightening improvement even with all my restorative work! I'm actually thrilled by this and I like knowing it prevents future stains as I'm both a coffee and red wine drinker. My results are not dramatic by any means but I'm satisfied with the small improvement and can only imagine the great results that would be possible were my teeth completely natural. I recommend this rinse simply because I feel better about and am more confident with my smile!

I was a devoted user to Listerine Vibrant White Pre-Brushing Rinse and one day when I went to repurchase it the store was out of stock, so I decided to try the Crest 3D Whitening Rinse. It's been a 'ok I'll give this a try' purchase that has become my HG mouthwash as the results are amazing. I've combined this mouthwash with the 3D toothpaste and my teeth have never looked whiter. Seriously awesome stuff that I've recommended to many friends/family and even strangers in the toothpaste aisle.

I love this Mouthwash!! I do not like the taste, well i do not like the taste at any kind of mouthwash lol But it whitens my teeth ALOT! Pretty expensive because you run out of it so fast if you use it twice a day! I think it's like 5 Dollars, but it's actually worth it, to be honest!

This whitening rinse really works! I have been using it daily for over a month along with Crest's 3D toothpaste and can tell a major difference in how my teeth have become much whiter. This is such an easy way to keep teeth whitened without using strips which can be a pain in the a** to use. This is one of the best drug store beauty products! Highly recommend!

I'm sure this would work great.. if I could get over the AWFUL taste and how it leaves my mouth burning. This is literally painful on my tongue. It may not contain alcohol, but something is sure in it that is making the pain/burn not worth it to me. Even when using a different mouth wash after this, the taste just won't let up. I know I'm not the only person to have this problem though. It says rinse for 60 seconds. I can't even get to 20. Gah. I'll stick with the toothpaste and white strips.

WOW! For awhile I've been considering getting white strips but the price always turns me away. So glad I found this! MakeupbytiffanyD did a review on it, would probably be helpful to some. I use their 3d white toothpast and the 3d white wash. I think they were each $3-4. Within a week I saw results, even recently my mom commented on how nice my teeth were looking. I've gotten good results so far, have been using for about 2 weeks, not even consistently and have still seen a great improvement. Will deff continue to use.

I like this stuff a lot. At first the strange after taste from the peroxide was a little weird, but I got used to it. I'm not sure if it's made my teeth whiter but they are definitely brighter. This keeps my breath fresh for hours! I'm about to run out and will for sure repurchase.

I love this stuff! I definitely notice a difference within a week of using this product. I have tried Crest Whitestrips but after a couple days my teeth start to hurt. My enamel isn't the greatest and my teeth are fairly sensitive. This whitening rinse gives me the results I want without causing any irritation to my teeth or gums. Also, I bought it for less than $5 at my local Walgreens, which is pretty cheap given the quality. I will be repurchasing.

Never without it. Period.

EDIT: They changed the formula and I don't like it as much as I used to.

This has been my staple morning mouth wash since the beginning of time. I lvoe that it is first and foremost for whitening and also works as a breath freshening and germ killing mouthwash. Oddly every whintening mouth wash I have ever seen at drugstores is a pre-rinse which has never made sense to me. As I feel a mouth wash works best on clean teeth after you brush as it adds to whiten and freshen your breath more. This is the only mouthwash I have seen that can be used like that. Also love that this has no alcohol and never burns (burning does not + works better! lol). Recommend everyone try this as this mouth wash plus using ACT Fluoride Rinse (fluoride is crucial to use to prevent cavities and keep your teeth strong per the dentist) at night and my teeth are white/healthy as ever and I never get cavities, which keeps me happy as needles in my mouth are BIG NO! :)

I received a large bottle of this free with a tube of Crest Whitening plus Scope toothpaste (which is why I rated it as dirt cheap, I do not know how much it really costs). I was definitely skeptical, since the rinse is not in your mouth very long. However, after a week of use, my teeth are definitely whiter. I tend to swish it around for 2-3 minutes rather than the 1 minute directed. I have not had any strange goop or taste in my mouth (mentioned by other reviewers) since I brush right after using. This is a keeper, and I will buy after this bottle runs out.

I am a tooth whitener and have been for years, I smoke, I drink a LOT of coffee...I have been known to drink some red wine now and again....anyhow you get the idea. I have sensitive teeth and in the past have used some heavy duty whitening products...I got a personalized set of whitening trays made from Ebay (a great investment), but my teeth and gums are very sensitive and using the heavy duty products too often causes more problems than good. So, I started using Listerine whitening rinse on a daily basis....it worked great, but the alcohol in that product was still really tough on my gums. The Crest whitening rinse does NOT contain alcohol and it's perfect. It works just as well as the Listerine but doesn't cause the sensitive bleeding gums or the strange sloughing of skin from the inside of my mouth that Listerine or other whiteners cause.

I think the best way to use this is to go to your Dentist for a good thorough cleaning and then start using this 2x a day. Every now and again a serious whitening is good, but this works perfectly for a daily maintenance and a more gradual whitening.

At first, I was really impressed with this product. I noticed a difference within the first few days (using it twice a day). However, after about 2-3 weeks of use, I noticed that I've lost my sense of taste. It started out with a metallic taste and now nothing tastes quite right. My tongue feels numb as if I burned it. After googling about it, I see that others have had similar problems.

Though it was good for whitening, it was not worth the loss of taste.

I really feel like my teeth are whiter when I use this, but I definitely only use it at night because it makes my mouth feel funny and I have to rinse my mouth a lot after using it.

This is good for maintaining white teeth but I would only use it at night. For some reason it leaves this goopy whitish clear stuff in my mouth that accumulates during the day and I'm constantly spitting it out and wiping it off my gums. But that's just the "whitening" goop that is in this mouth wash.... it's rather annoying... but it does work. Use this after you use Crest Strips, but only use this for nighttime washing.

The best mouthwash ever. If you are a whitestrip premium fan, then this is the best thing for upkeep. I always get compliments on my teeth and this just keeps them looking great. My craziest compliment: "Your teeth are so white, they're blue!!". I'm also a tea and coffee drinker so I know this really works. Even my dentist has great things to say about my teeth.
