Oh La La Ladies!!!!
I'm a big fan of Shiseido's Hydrocreme eyeshadows... till now!
Julie Hewett really had me depressed and regretting that I've bought all of those little expensive pots of Shiseido's cream eyeshadows. I bought Cleo from Julie Hewett, was confused as to buy Cleo or Goldie. In Julie Hewett foundation I wear a combination of Zazu and Anouk (I'm more on the Anouk side) and now as Sheido's new I60 foundation color (I couldn't find a new O100 if there is one) but the I60 or was it 100 is pretty compatable also. Cleo is dark enough to give me a hint of darker color.
At first I was not happy to have gotten this color. It looked like an ugly copper penny. But as I put it on as an eyeshadow. BAM! This is a BEAUTIFUL formula that's easier to work with than Shiseido's creme eyeshadows actually. It stays on very well and its very nourishing for the skin due to the camellia balm Julie Hewett infuses as part of the base for this color... giving it a true sheer effect.
I have yet to use it as a shimmy/highlighter. Let me try it as that right now... Umm.... I will have to report back to everyone on this.
I'm really impressed with Julie Hewett's Shimmies and wish I could trade my Shiseido eyeshadows in.

This product is like magic! My skin looks so pretty and it's the perfect summerglow. When I saw it online, I though it was a bit too dark. But when I recieved it and tried it on, it was so sheer and really beautiful. Leaves the perfect hint of colour, also buildable. Love, love, love this!

This is a beautiful highlighter product but I love it because you can use it so many different ways. Julie Hewitt is a Los Angeles based makeup line. I got this at Le Pink in Silverlake. Simple, pot packaging with a lid. What makes this special is that it's not oily and has great lasting power. Cleo is a beautiful medium to dark copper/bronze color that is great as a blush, eyeshadow, highlighter, or even enhancer to gloss or lipstick. Edited 5/08: This also makes a fabulous e/s base for mineral pigments that are darker. It's fabulous! Kind of expensive at $22 for the pot, but you dont have to use much and it lasts and lasts. All day lasting power too!
