OKAY...sooo

I HATE this! I have it in Pewter Pop..it is impossible to get onto an eyeliner brush. To get any color payoff, you have to LAYER LAYER LAYER. its good to put on...then put retro peacock over it.

Good thing I got this on Clearance dirt cheap, or else I would have sent it back.

Pretty disappointing Mark. product

I loved the IDEA of this product. New it worked well, but it dried out fast, therefore the poor marks. Personally I don't recommend it. Most things in this brand are very good. This is not one of them.

I have these in Pewter Pop (light gray with silver glitter) and Chocolate Pop (medium brown w/gold glitter).

PROS: Inexpensive.

CONS: Not long lasting. Poor pigmentation.

Overall, I'd pass on these and get some Jane or WnW gel/cream eyeliner if you want to try it and only want to spend a couple of bucks.

I was hopeful for this but maybe it is because I am much older than the average Mark customer, it barely showed and certainly didn't last. Will not buy again.

I bought this eyeliner in Ebony. It definitely has a thicker drier texture than the pop in eyeshadows but I love it still. I use the brush that comes with the pop in pallete and I get a nice thin line which I prefer to the thicker liners some pencil eyeliners can give you. I've heard quite a few complaints that these can dry up quickly and I have two tips that sound pretty good: Make sure to close the lid of the pop in VERY tightly and securely... and if it dries up spray some Mac Fix+ or Mark Mist Opportunity spray on it. (Any facial spray will work though.) This should moisten the top layers up and make it useable again! I would buy this again is I ran out, but it will last me forever. Worth the measily price of $5!

I bought this product as a cheaper alternative to Bobbi Brown gel liner. When I first got it, I thought it was not as good, but for the price it was great.

Months later, I had not used the product in a while, and when I went to use it it had dried up and was hard as a rock! My Bobbi Brown gel liner was still as good as when I first bought it. So I guess overall it was more cost effective to buy the more expensive Bobbie Brown than the cheaper mark product.

I have oily lids, so this did not work for me. not only did this smudge easily, it disappeared quickly. I also had to layer this a couple times to get a decent amount of blackness right. container is very small although $5 isn't bad with free shipping. even so, i wont be buying again.

i absolutely love the consistency of this product. if you use the eyeliner brush included in the MARK go with the pro brush kit, application goes on really smoothly and you can control the amount as well. it lasted all day, no smudging. it's smooth going on.

i didnt like the packaging. its really small. it's a circular container, kind of like a powder compact and it's a little bit smaller than the size of a quarter. also opening it is a little tough as well.

I purchased this in Ebony Pop. So far, I have used this product twice. I like the consistency of it - it's creamy, loads onto the brush nicely, and applies smoothly. The line lasted all day and into the evening. As for the packaging, I'd be interested in seeing how this works in the pop-in palette because it works just fine on its own. Even with thick fingers, I can open the package without putting my fingers in the product. I will repurchase with my next mark order and look forward to trying the chocolate pop.

This is a nice, basic gel liner for everyday wear IMO. These Pop In liners are designed to be snapped into a palette, but I just use mine separately since I like the lightweight, simple black plastic packaging.
Its comes Chocolate Pop and Ebony Pop. I bought Ebony, a true black. The formula is actually very nice: smooth and fluid, easy to layer, and long-wearing. It's not as opaque as some HE gel liners I have used, so you might need to do a couple layers.
For 5 bucks it a great little liner!
EDIT....after a couple weeks this dried out like crazy. maybe it does better if actually used in the kit. watch out!!
