A peppery refreshing sporty scent without being aquatic, but the Guaiac doesn't settle on my skin, leaving me with a sharply alcoholic edge that doesn't fade, but rather intensifies as it dries down. Have to skip.

I love Iris Nobile but have never been a huge fan of A de P fragrances, they are either too lemony or too masculine for me. Profumo is interesting but I would rather buy Mitsouko or Jubilation 25 as a fellow reviewer mentioned. This is very interesting - lemony but with a woody depth to it, very wearable especially in the last few remaining days of summer where lighter fragrances just won't do! I sprayed it a couple of hours ago and I can still smell the freshness yet comforting drydown of Intensa. Lovely!

This smells so wonderful on my son that I "borrowed" it to try myself! I think it is definitely unisex, although perhaps better for women as a lovely, refreshing summer perfume, rather than all year round. It does go on rather "aftershavey" strong, but these topnotes only last a few minutes. What is left is a lovely citrussy/leathery combination, but not at all harsh. It's clean and soapy and with moderate sillage. Beautiful for the summer! I think I may have to borrow it again! :-)

Colonia Intensa is marketed as a male fragrance. I personally find it unisex and would have no problem wearing it. It is quite a surprising fragrance as to my mind when I see the word "colonia", I immediately associate the scent with something fresh, aquatic or citrus. Colonia Intensa is nothing like this. It is woody, slightly leathery, ambery and resinious. A very nice surprise from Acqua di Parma, well done!
