This is my favorite vegan lipstick.

Smooth application, not drying, and it's true to color-it does not fade pinky or orange.

A very nice neutral shade, brown/rose, more brown. Not too warm, nice if applied lightly then topped with a gloss. These lipsticks have a very nice moisturizing feel, and the smell is not too bad, but not fantastic either. In my opinion maple syrup is a great basic for any lipstick collection.

Forever searching for the perfect nude-but-not-too-beigey-or-brown lipstick I tried this on at ULTA and, after shopping around for awhile, bought it. It stayed true to color and was not too opaque, not too orangey or too anything. Just perfect. Ok taste, ok consistency, in other words it was matte, but not drying. I put some Luxe Smashbox gloss over it and it was perfect! If I were in a hurry (most of the time) and had to do a quick make-up job I'd use mascara, blush and this lipstick. Or skip the blush and mascara, don huge sunglasses but definitely wear this lipstick and I'd feel glamorous!

This lipstick is an opaque MLBB color. A very rich pinkish-brown with a hint of pinkish sheen to it. It is gorgeous. The texture seems slightly matte and flat but the color is great. Sephora's swatch makes it seem a lot more purple than it actually is.
