OMG!!!!! I don't wear lip colours. Till now, I only care about my Blistex Lip Balm in the peach tub. This colour actually looks STUNNING on my gorgeous and very dark skin. I just can't stress how gorgeous this is on me. I am in love with a lip color. I never thought I would see the day. I can't believe my Blistex is finally getting some competition lol!

UPDATE: Just perfect. I find my perfect shade, well technically the gift bag had been sitting in my closet for years till I recently tried it but VIOLA! IT IS DISCONTINUED!!! If anyone knows where I can get Solaire or perhaps you have one you don't want or maybe there is an identical shade by a different company??!! Please let me know. Message me. Thanks.

I just got this in a swap! Can I just say how much I love this? This was not the original colour that I thought it was... on sephora.com they showed this as a rather peachy shade. But this is a gorgeous summery deep coral shade and I love how pigmented this gloss is... one swipe is all I need for the colour to show! I love how this gloss is not sticky at all, and stays pretty long as well. Scent is not an issue for me too, I love it! And all these come in a beautiful packaging! I am sold! :)

This lip gloss reminded me a lot of the prismatic Dior. The gloss itself was slightly inferior. Having said that I am in love with the color. Depending on the light, it is a coral/melon/pinkish tone. Medium coverage. Way, way, way overpriced. For a few more bucks you might as well go chanel. I can't say I hate it tho- the color is very subtle and pretty and comes in a beautiful bottle. Very summery.

Really great lip gloss! I like how it can be layered for a more orangy coral look or a tint of coral. This is my moms, therfore I've only used it a few times.... but I do use it only for the color. It does not plump my lips (but my lips are super blump already) therfore I won't be giving it 5 stars... it dosent do what its meant to do.
Plus I adore the packaging! I think its super cute and a beautiful color in the container thing (i dont know what they're called).

I wont be buying it anytime though, I'm not much of a lipgloss person.

Beautiful in every way; colour, texture, consistency. A lovely peach gloss housed in a sleek and elegant package. Lancome CF glosses are my favourite.

I am really liking the Color Fever line of glosses-the scent is great, the staying power is much better than Juicy Tubes, and there is a great selection of colors. Solaire is a beautiful peachy-coral color that is mid-tone with a hint of almost blue irridescence-somewhat unusual. It is pigmented and lasts on me about 4-6 hours.

This is my first Color Fever gloss and so far, I'm impressed with the quality. Solaire is a medium coral with a subtle pastel violet luminescence that comes out in brighter light. The finish is modestly bright and looks pinker in daylight and by camera flash and peachier in warmer indoor or candlelight. By gloss standards the coverage is a little more than medium, meaning that it'll give good color that still has a sheer quality to it. This is a shade that would appeal to those that like corals, brighter shades and glosses that don't have much sparkle. I have to agree that the swatch provided by Lancome online is NOTHING like the shade in real life!
The feel is smooth and comfortable on my lips, feels substantial and not too sticky. The wear is decent (a few hours, average for a gloss) and there's a mild fragrance that isn't too strong or annoying. Will recommend and repurchase.
This picture was taken using flash. Sorry for the bad quality but this is a good color representation of what I see outdoors. Indoors it's warmer and peachier.

This is nothing like it looked online, so much for sight unseen, though the other color I ordered, Hotspell, was represented dead on and I loved which I will review here elsewhere.
I expected a light golden peach sizzle frost or molten metal, that's how it looked on the online swatch - but this was just light coral, and flat - no sparkle or flash - so much for looking like a ray of sun.
Also, at first I wasn't crazy about the 'bent paddle' end of the wand, but it actually is a very ingenious design. It's sort of like a soft felt covered lip brush that has some bend in it and carries just the right amount of gloss on each side to do both upper and lower lips.
Also the gloss is non sticky but substantial. Not much fragrance.
Anyway, I'm exchanging this color for '100 Degrees' which is lighter, and I'm hoping, has some Color Fever excitement as the name implies.
