Love all the shades i have in this. Great mirror-like gloss the make your lips look plump and uber shiny...makes your lip colour go to another level. only fault-as with most glosses..dont last after drinking and eating. but just reapply a bit after and still gorg.

I really love MAC 3d glass, i got wondershine and IN 3D. It is less sticky as the usual MAC lipglass and it feel balm like. I really like it. I usually wear IN 3D to work and wear wondershine at night to give it more colour to my face. Would definitely repurchase.

I purchased these because they have a less sticky feel to them compared to MAC Lipglass, but the color payoff is nil. I love the texture however, which is their main saving grace. I have Algorithm and Boundless, and Algorithm is pretty much invisible on my own pigmented lips, but it gives them a nice sparkle so I actually use this instead of my usual lip balm. Boundless is a very sheer red, and I mean VERY sheer. I use this on top of Russian Red if I'm in the mood for a glossy red, or on the days where I don't want to slap on my RR but I still want that red tint. They're LE, so I can't purchase them again, but if I had the choice to do so? I'm not sure... $14 for a glitzy lip balm? I could get better for less with another product.

I think I'm in the minority! I actually really like the 3D glasses. (I have Wondershine and Algorithm.) Yes, the wand seems really flimsy
compared to other Mac l/gs. Yes, the colours aren't as pigmented
as they purport to be. Yes, you have to reapply them more often (I find
that they last at least 2 hours on me, as opposed to the normal 5+ of other Mac glosses.) but I still like them.
Wondershine is a nice pinked up orange with gold pearl and it really brightens the face. Algorithm is a purply rose that looks like my natural lip colour but glossier and wetter, which is why I really like it. It like my lips but amped up. I would want to find something like Algorithm but
with a more intense colour. I'm sad these are LE.

Bought this in In 3D on a whim, since I was looking for a sheer gloss that I could wear to work on a daily basis. It mostly works for me, it's sheer and the texture is buttery smooth.
That being said, it's nothing like their other glass collections, was a bit disappointed with the colour, nowhere as vivid as the other glasses I've tried.

I got this in "In 3D", and I'm as disappointed as some other reviewers here. The color is a sheer reddish orange with blue highlight in the tube. However, it is indeed extremely sheer, to the point of looking pretty much clear. I was looking something to give me a punch of color and this doesn't cut it. The texture is nice and non-sticky, but unfortunately, this literally lasts 5 MINUTES! Very disappointing for such a price and being a MAC product. The only positive side of this is that it seems to be a little hydrating, but then again I could get a clear gloss like this one anywhere for like three bucks. I should have read the reviews here on MUA before rushing to the store, not worth it!!!

Not a fan of the 3D glosses at all. I am a sheer gloss wearer for the most part and these are nice and sheer but after just one smack of the lips together there is no color at all. I don't even get a long wear out of the gloss I as I do with other MAC products. It's really a shame because in the tube the colors are beautiful.
Someone else pointed this out but thought I would mention it as well, the brush is super skinny and does not make application easy.

I bought Wondershine when they showed up on the MAC site, the color is gorgeous, however the wand SUCKS. I don't have a very artistic hand so these skinny mini wands tend to get away from me much like the liquidlast liners do. I swapped out the crappy wand for a regular lipglass wand (from a lipglass I only use in the fall) and I like it SO much better that way. If the wand were better I would have given it a 4. Not a 5 because they are very sheer and I'm not into that. I need a little color! I use it with Whirl l/l and it looks very pretty. I am awaiting Dervish l/l, which is what was recommended to me to use with it. So we'll see how that works out. Basically if you don't mind the wand change or sheer glosses these are for you. Needless to say, because of the wand, Wondershine will be the only 3D that I purchase.

Ok, well as you can tell there are many mixed reviews on these 3D glosses, I personally LOVE them, yep I do! They are a bit on the sheer side, so if you are not looking for sheer glosses...then yeah these might not be what you want. I don't own many sheer glosses at all so I am truly loving these. Although I have to say that they aren't really very sheer on my lips, each gloss I bought ....5 total show up a BEAUTIFUL color on my lips. They aren't horribly sheer as in you can apply all these glosses on your lips and there is no difference, absolutely not. I love how shiny and glossy my lips look with these and I also love that they aren't sticky, although honestly I don't mind MAC's regular l/g's that are sticky, this is a nice change! They also have great staying power, atleast on me they did so I'm happy with that. My lips aren't very pigmented at all and I'm a GGG!

Ok...so, I think you either love these or hate these at this point, huh??? I'm sort of in-between.. I do think that these have not lived up to their hype, that's for sure: (little if no duochrome, glossy look turns to a lip gelee sheen, verrrrrrrrry sheer, sometimes the liners have more pigment than the glosses which gives you a ring IMO, so you need to fill in....or watch out for this..) I had to return Boundless, and the matching lipglass lip pencil (redstroke I think) as I soon found out that the color migrated and traveled into lines and just looked odd. IMO, less is more with these glosses. I have used 3 of them, and have found that if you use too much, even to build the color, the gloss started to collect in the center of my lips. So...there was that. I do feel these are sort of like lip gelee in a tube with a tad more of a glossy look and a little more pigment for me. My lips have a little pigment, nothing crazy...I kept Apex and Optical. I actually felt that I could see the duochrome in the Optical to tell you the truth. I used it with a little of the Neutral zone lip liner....and I found it to be a perfect nude for me surprisingly. You could see the peachy tones show through the caramel gloss....and I didn't fill in with the liner. I thought it wasn't a too "unoriginal" color IMO, like I thought it would be. Very fresh.....so...personally, I feel they dropped the ball with the fancy "color spectrum" and pretty tubes as usual. But, there are people that enjoy this simply because it's not "sticky" and it's "balmy." Personally, I felt BLOOM cosmetics made a fabulous sheer gloss in a wand form without being too sticky, and it had fantastic wear.....let's see MAC copy that! But that's just wishful thinking on my part....

I was excited to hear about new lipglasses from MAC, being a big lipgloss ho and proud of it :) However, these are much better in theory than in person. The colors are all very pedestrian, could be easily duped by pretty much anything in the drugstore and overall nothing special. Additionally they're all so sheer it's practically pointless, not to mention they last about two seconds on. My lips are medium-pigmented so most of them appeared clear on me with a minute amount of shimmer, with the exception of Boundless which was sheer fuschia, not my favorite color to begin with. Do yourself a favor and pass these up, any other gloss MAC makes far surpasses these. I had a B2M to turn in and I didn't even want one for free.

I just bought touchpoint the other day. I usually don’t get lippies in this colour range because I’m more of a peach/nude kinda person. But I was miraculously attracted to this one. This colour is described as a Sheer blue midtone pink with blue pearl (Frost) from the Mac website. It actually looks kinda purple because of the blue pearl. Note: With lipgloss I usually layer it over a nude lipstick (Mac’s Honeylove) because I have fairly pigmented lips. With honeylove this colour is mid tone pink and in the light you can see subtle blue pearl. I’m absolutely in love with the texture. It’s so buttery smooth and doesn’t feel as sticky as their lipglasses. The lasting power is quite alright. I probably would buy this lipgloss again, in other colours; the sheerness doesn’t really bother me because I normally don’t wear bold/bright colours. Not to mention the packaging is quite cute =]

I think I'm the only one that loves these?! I like to accent my eyes and so I don't want a heavily pigmented lip, just something pretty and subtle; a nice sheen, but not tons of glitter. The "energy" shade was right up my alley. LOVE it! Smooths and appears to plump my lips, looks great over my nude lipsticks. Blends great with other lipglasses. My only complaint is that I do think they're a little sticky. But, still comfortable, and I love the neat little applicator!

very easily duped colors! i was perhaps expecting more since they are a new product and it says 3D. nothing 3D about them. i bought energy, which is very similar to love nectar (lustreglass) minus the gold flecks. the color payoff was similar when i swatched them side by side. i would buy again, if the color i was looking for ended up being a 3D one, but no reason to rush out to MAC and check them out. i always get pulled in when they have a new collection (every week practically) but these aren't worth it. nothing setting them apart from regular lipglass. i don't know if they are more expensive though, i didn't check the price when bf bought my haul for me LOL!

Agree with reviewers below; Suggrr is spot-on. This is nothing to write home about. For me it was an aspirational purchase, bought when I went to the store feeling hideous about myself, in for a haul of "new improved me!" The MUA must have been able to smell a patsy a mile away.
Wondershine is a pretty sheer petal-pink / tangerine color. This fits in with my current teeny-bopper "face-brightening" look. It's hard to be a PPP during the dog days of summer. Overall it's probably not completely age-appropriate, but it's fun and cute. I would describe it as "Teen Steam" pink. Very "Maybe it's Maybelline."
Boundless looks like a shimmery ruby-red in-tube, but will never reach the color payoff in application. I liked the look in the store; I should have known better when it took the MA about 2 minutes of brushing to achieve it. Every time I rub my lips together, all pigment flees to the outer line of my lips and makes it look weird. This is after I was told I could get 4 hour wear at least. After about 5 minutes I would describe the effect as "YLB-The-Same-But-More-Expensive."
The texture of these glosses is very smooth and pleasant. They are fine for everyday wear and not wisp-stickers. The brush is a good applicator, since this gloss is very thin. Other than that any lipgloss could give you the same effect. And not a generous supply for the price, considering how thin this is and how much is required for decent application. MAC just lost a lot of my good will with this overpriced, underwhelming collection. We're blessed to live in a lipgloss renaissance, one that MAC helped re-start with Lipglass! What is this crap?

I couldn't agree with the other reviewers more about how disappointing these new glosses are. If I want sheer, I'll find a d/s version to do the job -- I have pigmented lips and want/need color, especially if I'm paying close to $15.00 for the product.
I picked up Synched Up (PS to my MAC SAs ... whom I adore ... it's not pronounced CINCHED Up ... it's SINKED Up ... oy), which MAC describes as a creamy tan w/pink & pearl. Sounds great, right? In reality, it's a sheer peach with a pearly finish, but it sheers out so much that the pearly is barely detectable on me. So what's the point? I couldn't even use this as a middle-of-the-lip highlighting shade.
I've already returned mine, and I've only returned 2 MAC products ever (this being the 2nd) ... definitely a letdown, and I certainly won't be trying any other shades.

I bought this in In 3D. What a colossal disapointment. Not only is it super sheer, but you can't see the "duochrome" that the 3D Glass claims to have. It's not detectable unless you are standing directly underneath bright lights. I have Palatial and it's a sheer l/g with duochrome and beats this by miles. I haven't been disappointed by a MAC purchase in a LONG time but this one's going back.

I only purchased one of these (Synched Up), becuz I wasn't sure this product would deliver the high-gloss look it promises in its advertisement. And guess what? It doesn't. At least Synched Up did not do it for me, and I even bought the coordinating Lipglass Pencil, which was supposed to help it along. Although disappointing (because it didn't do what it was supposed to), I still do like this product as far as lipglosses go. It has no horrible taste, it is not sticky AT ALL, and it doesn't dry out my lips. Basically, it is just like MAC's Lipgelees, but in a tube w/ an applicator. I might buy another, but it is not a must-have for me. I have more than enough lipglosses to last me a lifetime, and since this one is nothing special, I don't feel the need to invest in more colors. EDIT 8/07/07: Changed my mind and upped this a lipster. Although it does not perform as advertised... I love the fact that this 3D lipgloss is non-sticky and really moisturizes my lips! They are so soft after this wears off! (Works better than most lip balms I've tried. I think it may be the petrolatum & aloe in these.) I have been using this daily, and I plan to buy another. It might not do what it says (as far as a high-gloss shine goes), but this really is a great lip product from MAC!

I bought only 2 of these so far. I got backlit and Apex. Backlit is a sheer gloss with lots of shine and glitters I love the feel of these glosses on my lips. and they do last a good amount of time on. These feel like the tendertones but without having to stick your finger in the pot to put it on or having to hunt for your lipbrush to apply. My Fave MA at MAC talked me into buying apex it's a very sheer orange color and i like it. I think i will buy at least one more probably in 3d. I have so many sheer glosses as it is I dont "need" all of them but i do like them very much. I am always looking for the wettest looking shine for my lips.

Nothing special...I got Energy and it barely shows up on my lips. Most of the colors looked great on my hand and in the tube, but on the lips, they're just too sheer.
