I can say that this is great gloss for me, its not too sticky. Something people might not like is the strong cinnamon scent or the tingling sensation, i cant really say anything for the plumping properties because i have naturally full lips but is it is good as a gloss alone

I cannot comment on the price because this was given to me by my mother, but I do love it. I put it on first when I do my makeup and allow it to work it's magic and by the time I'm done my lips are pillow-y and Angelina Jolie-y. I give it a four because I've experienced slightly more pump with other glosses and because the taste isn't great. But I use it daily and would repurchase in a heartbeat.
Edit: Disclaimer - My lips are quite full to begin with, I only use it as a boost. I don't think it would be madly effective on people with thin lips.

I actually saw this product by accident.I was looking at the nail section & saw this in the corner of their display.Great product, definitely felt a sensation to my lips, not sure if they got plumper.I love how it moisturized my lips though.I would 100% re-buy this when I run out =)

This product is worth every penny. I find it comparable to the much more expensive Lip Fusion. This product definitely plumps my lips up immediately, and it doesn't even cost $10. If you have zero lips, this probably will not be enough for you. I already have medium (with a slightly full bottom) lips, and this makes them appear much more fluffed up and pouty. I love it!

I am a blue eyed NW10 (NW15 or 20 when tanning from a bottle).
I bought this shade in Sheer Pink. It applies as a transparent medium pink that makes my lips look darker in a natural way, although there is a ton of shine. I have full lips (am young) so cannot tell if this really plumps or not, but it does have that "DuWop Venom" tingle for the first five minutes of wear.
I probably wouldn't purchase again, it was about $10 at CVS.

I bought this gloss in the 'Bare' shade a little over a week ago, and I am completely in love. In my opinion, this is the best gloss I've ever tried. It has the perfect consistency, not too sticky, not too slick. The smell is wonderful, like warm wintry spices, but there is no flavor tempting me to lick it all off. And best of all, it really does seem to plump my lips. It's not overly tingly, so at first I thought that meant it wasn't going to work. Works great though. I'm sure I'll be purchasing the pink hue sometime soon to try out too, but I just ADORE the shade I bought-- it's perfectly nude and natural. I also really like that it's a creme color, not sparkly or pearly. I paid $8 at CVS, but I would pay more if I had to. Love it! HG lipgloss!

This did NOTHING. It was $20 from Priceline, I put it on....and waited. First, its a thick, gooey gloss when it goes on, then after about a minute, it goes watery preventing you from putting anything else on top. It tingles, but no plumping effect whatsoever, and due to the watery effect, leaches into your mouth with a notably foul chemical taste.
I realised after spending yet another $20 on a lip plumper, that I should save up what I would have spent on lip plumpers and get filler injections. Did this - problem solved. Moral of the story: if you have thin lips, plumpers just don't help. The only thing that is going to make a difference is lip fillers.

The price is $8.00-$9.00.
The gloss instantly smooths out my lips and being overly glossed like it is, it instantly adds the illusions of plumper lips.
It doesn't sting too bad and the taste and smell are divine~
I use it overnight and lips are 2 plush pillows in the morning.
However the gloss looks tacky and is ridiculously sticky so it makes lips look greasy. What's the point of the plumping if it looks icky?
It is very hydrating and keeps my lips from chapping.
The packaging is elegant but its opaque so I don't know how much I have left. :/
I would buy again if I decide the price is worth it and if greasy lips in the morning are too.~

Sorry Sally Hansen. I usually love their products but this one was a fail to me. I've used a lot better pumpers for such a better price.
This one didn't actually plump anything, where as Plump Potion from Physicians Formula actually showed results.
I'm not thinned lipped, I just love the idea of making my normal lips even more obvious from time to time, temporarily... and this stuff couldn't do that. Just a good clear gloss, extremely slight tingle that lasts 10 seconds,
I don't notice a difference, perhaps this needs to be used over time to see results. I will continue use and come back with my update. Hoping it works because I paid over 9 BUCKS FOR THIS STUFF!!! Horrible price for what it is so far!!!!

It's a very cool lipgloss and a lip plumper and it hardly works and I wear the clear one in a gold tube with the wand applicator as a shiny regular high-shine lipgloss treatment. Best results, haven't seen yet, and it gives a very transluscent look. I like the peppermint taste and smile smell and taste. I won't ever wear it over lipstick. Sally Hansen Extreme is a peppermint lipgloss to me, the price is rediculous for real, yup yeah

I love this lip gloss! I recieved this as a gift so I'm not sure of the price.
I have this in Sheer Cherry and the colour is sooo pretty and flattering, as well as glossy. It's slightly a lighter colour than what it shows in the glass tube, but definatley sheer. The glitter you can see in the tube will not show on your lips. It does feel tingly for a bit- as the packaging states, and my lips do look fuller! Stays true to it's purpose. It also seems to smooth out my lips (even if it was chapped to begin with), moisturizing, and has that glossy feel while it is NOT sticky.
Packaging-It has a brush instead of the spongey tip- no big deal. It is in a clear, glass tube with a gold top for the applicater. Although it is cubed/not like most lipglosses where it is circular, it is always closed perfectly and tight- no awkward closure.

ok after seeing reviews for this and seeing some youtube video reviews, this actually works for some people, wish I was one of them. First off I bought clear (the most logical color to get when u plan on using either under or on top of another color) the clear comes in a GOLD TUBE, like ewww gross I hate gold ANYTHING and does not look good in your makeup bag or purse, just....ewww. but whatever, gives a good tingle and tastes like cinnamon (a natural lip plumper) give fantastic shine and gloss, this would make a great gloss on its own, but no plumping :-( waste of $8 except if I want to use it as a gloss alone.

Ok, so I have tiny lips! Which sucks because im not overly pretty anyway, I mean full lips would definatly help me out! So I tried this about a year ago: When you first apply it, it gives a slight tingle to your lips, which helps it feel like its working. It does plump out the lines in my lips and makes them look fuller. But the effect is not lasting. Its gives a lovely glossy finish, however is quite sticky! So far I have yet to find anything better. I will keep experimenting hoping to find something with more dramatic and lasting effects. But until that day comes, Sally Hansen, your my new BFF :) x

I've used about 6-8 different lip plumpers, I love this one the best. It actually plumps pretty decently, I like it much better than lip venom, or that super expensive one that everyone raves about, can't remember the name but you get it at sephora. This one is decently priced, got it for like 8 bucks, but sometimes they clearance them at ulta for like 2 dollars, so it's a great deal. I added a TINY drop of red lip gloss and mixed it with this clear one to give it color, and its amazing. wears pretty long, and tingles pretty well. I love it, and will definitely buy it again.

As far as 'extreme' goes- it's got nothing on the Too Faced Lip Injection Extreme it's obviously probably trying to duplicate.
It brings the tingles, it plumps, but not NEARLY as well as what I consider the 'real deal' (the Too Faced version).
I would suggest this if the Too Faced is too extreme for you, or if you want to save money.

I bought this for $1.26 so I wasn't expecting fireworks or anything. Actually, the colour (Sheer Cherry) is what I was drawn to, initially. And then I realized it was a lip plumper. The colour is the only thing it has going for it besides the cute square packaging. I don't feel a tingling sensation at all. I was excited to feel a tingle - but there was nothing. I have never used a lip plumper before this. Anyway, Sally Hansen tests on animals; therefore, I will not be re-purchasing.

My review for this is higher then I might normally give due to a comparison of the ingredients in LipFusion XL. I achieved, in the long term, moderate but fairly equal results (other than tingling and burning sensation of the sally hansen product), from both products. I decided to research the ingredient list of both Lipfusion XL (a product I have also tried) and Lip Inflation Extreme and they appear to have almost identical ingredient listings (despite the immediate burning/tingling agents such as capsicum, cinnamon bark and ginger), with a few variations like isobutylparaben vs. isopropylparaben. Both list marine collagen microspheres and hyaluronic acids, which are the selling points of these products. Actually, Lip Inflation Extreme has these ingredients higher on the list (i.e., the product should contain more of it) than does LipFusion XL. In this case, with a $40 difference in price, you don't get what you pay for. I will admit that LipFusion XL had a more moisturizing effect, but that's about it.

love the packaging (though space and material is wasted on a square design), and the color i tried, Sheer Cherry is pretty. that's as far as it goes. this stuff should have plumped for the pain it caused me. most plumpers that folks say are painful, are not to me, so i was surprised that this was. yet, it did hurt. like the hater of waste that i am, i used it all, and never noticed any plumping whatsoever. my best friend swears by this, and is who turned me onto it, so maybe it'll work for you. :)

I bought this 4 yrs ago... the clear one... and stopped using it for whatever reason.
Just re-bought it today in "sheer pink" and I LOVE it. HIGHLY RECC. VERY addicting. Maybe the pink color makes it much more wearable.
