This product is a hair savior. It's legit. I had a lot of "dead" hair and split ends due to multiple times of coloring, perming, hair straghtening, blow drying etc. Oh my goodness I experimented on my hair a lot. My hair stylist recommended this product (he's been nagging me to get a hair treatment at the salon but I always say no lol) he just gave me this to try and I am really thankful he did. I used it once or twice a week and after a month my hair never felt so soft and looked so shiny. I swear by it. I didn't even need to blow dry my hair anymore for it to look good. Of course it still looked different when you style your hair but after using this product, I just do a wash and wear and it looked okay to me. It's a little expensive though so I tried some drugstore treatments but nothing works as good as this.

If I could give this 10,000 lippies, I would. And this is only after one use.

I consider myself to be a Pureology junkie - I own every product in the Hydrate line, including styling products and the HydraWhip mask. I recently posted a review about the HydraWhip being my HG mask, but HydraCure, after only one use, has completely taken the spotlight. HydraCure is actually $5 cheaper than HydraWhip, yet it feels like it does twice as much. I used a 20% off coupon at Ulta, so I ended up paying maybe $35, and, considering how little of this you have to use to get results, it almost seems like I stole it.

I applied only a small amount to my long, baby fine red hair and instantly my hair felt luxuriously smooth and silky. I am currently suffering from a lack of both protein and moisture in my hair, so it is quite gummy when wet yet brittle when dry - only the best combination in the world. After applying this and a bit of the Redken Extreme Strength Builder Plus treatment, I could literally run my fingers through my hair, without the addition of styling products, and not have them get caught, which is an issue for me on a daily basis. When my hair was completely dry, it felt like silk and was shinier than ever!

This product is truly a miracle - a must have for all Pureology fans, those in need of moisture, and everyone else, too!

I hope they never discontinue this, because I will always repurchase.

UPDATE: I've been using this consistently for the last two weeks, and it is absolutely incredible! The smell is heavenly (think Vera Wang Princess, or Pureology Nanoworks), and the moisture this gives lasts for about 3 washes, at least for me anyways. This is an amazing product, and it truly, TRULY, delivers on everything it claims.

My hair was so dry and crispy all of the sudden! I was horrified-my hair didn't even feel like hair anymore. It was awful. I have long fine highlighted hair that is prone to breakage. I don't know if it was just the cold weather or if I over did it with the protein, but my hairdresser said she had never seen myhair look that bad :c She charged me $18 to do a deep conditioning treatment in the salon and I found out later that this is what she used. I kind of feel ripped off that she didn't just tell me to buy this in the first place but whatever. I did buy this and it has brought my hair back to life! I alternate between the green and the yellow pureology shampoo and use this mask in place of conditioner once a week. I leave it on for 5 min with a shower cap on and it provides amazing results. I am sorry to hear that this does not work for some people, but my hair really loves this. I would suggest that anyone with dry hair who is curious to try this but hesitant to shell out the cash, just buy it at ULTA like I did. I used a 20% off coupon and if you don't like it you have a month to return it.

Hands down the best hair masque I have ever used! It is about twice as much as others but also twice as good. The ingredients are so soothing and moisturizing my hair literally feels as smooth as silk in and out of the shower.

The cost is a little to put some people off but it is amazing if you can afford it. It was like 40$ for the tub I got and last a long time. I've used several other quality products and I highly recommend this. Plus it smells great =)

Very pricey, $45.00 at ULTA the only place I could find it but worth it! It came with this cute mini wide-toothed comb and my hair started growing super fast! Very pleased... I just bought another tub. :)

This is a great moisture masque. As with all of Pureology, I love it. I recommend after using it to make sure you follow up with a good conditioner. This is a masque and should only be used as such. Don't skip using a conditioner because the masque is a treatment.

This smells great, is heavy, and does the job.

I got this part of the kit with the shampoo and conditioner from this line to try it out. First of all, holy hair breakage from this stuff. And I am really surprised as to how it doesn't moisturize my hair at all. When you first put this on, it smells great and the texture is nice, but after my hair is dried (even after air drying), my ends are super dry. What a waste! I also hate the package cause you have to scoop this product out (unhygenic)

really thick texture, reminds me of joico's moisture balm.
This feels luxurious puting it on and whilst im rinsing, my hair feels like satin. after towel drying my hair... dissapointed! my hair was stiff and crunchy, I couldnt even run my fingers through it, i had to pile on the serum to get it soft again.
its a good treatment but compared to the balm from joico, joico delivered more.
I still give it good ratings because the good pointers are that it doesn't weigh hair down considering how heavy the product is. also it makes hair feel stronger. And you only need to use a small bit for long hair, the jar will last a long time.
I wont be purshasing this again because I know many other products that just do more for my hair.

I had my daughter 4 years ago and basically stopped taking care of my hair. It's been 2 years since my last haircut, and I was doing a bun every morning and leaving it up all day. Wasn't paying attention to what shampoo/conditioner was in the shower. Finally went to the salon, got about 8 inches chopped off, and the stylist gently told me not to put the hair in a bun for a while. He showed me that I had basically torn the top layer of my hair with the elastic - you could see the split ends in a swath from side to side on my head. Well, he recommended this masque and the Hydrate conditioner. In a word: AMAZING. My first post-haircut wash was with the Purify shampoo (got a little bottle of it -he recommended that I start from scratch with ultra-clean hair) then this product. I finished with a quick fluff with my Helen of Troy Hot Air Brush, then little spritz of leave-in conditioner, and it was as if I'd just left the salon. My hair, while not the perfect, glossy, thick mane that I fantasize about, felt very silky and lush. My husband even commented on it! It's definitely a good start. I look forward to using this product twice a week to get back on track with my hair.

Love this Hair Masque! I have used cheaper but this is my HG! I use it once sometimes twice a week. It smells wonderful and leaves my hair super soft. It has helped my hair through all its highlighting treatments every five weeks. Im postive my hair wouldn't be growing so long without this product.

I found this at Ulta. In reading the ingredients (clearly listed on the box), I saw that it contained cyclopentasiloxane, veggie protein, melanin, sunflower seed extract, camelia leaf extract, other extracts, rosemary and sage leaf extract, MANGO SEED BUTTER, AVOCADO BUTTER, SHEA BUTTER, J0JOBA BUTTER, soy protein, other proteins, panthenol, and other stuff. This was CLEARLY lots and lots of very good stuff for your hair, all put together in one jar. I especially like that it had moisturizing butters as well as protein. Hard to find all these ingredients in one conditioner. So I sprung the $45 for the 5.2 oz. jar and gave it a try. My hair was somewhat damaged in the last 6 mos. from using a new hair color. Not badly damaged, but my normally silky, shiny med. longish brown hair had turned into a rough textured, frizzy head of hair (although it was a prettier brown shade, and my thinning hair could use a little thickening up, so that part was good). I am trying various conditioners to try and get the shine and softness and smoothness back.

So I washed my hair this morning with the Pureology Hydrate Shampoo, then put some of this masque on it. Right away I could tell this was good stuff in that it didn't take much for me to be able to run my fingers through the tangles. It smoothed out the tangles fairly quickly. I started at the ends, and put this stuff on all the way to the roots, since my scalp was even dried out from that hair color. I put a plastic shower cap on and waited 15 minutes. (Instructions say to leave it in 2 to 5 mins.) I then rinsed and let my hair air dry (which I've been doing lately), with a little help from standing in front of my table fan. The result is that my hair is ALMOST as smooth and soft as it was before I used that damaging hair color. I don't think anything can totally get my hair back to the way it was before...once damage occurs, damage has occurred. Period. But my hair has felt TERRIFIC all day long. Instead of frizzy, fluffy and lightweight, my hair has been sleek and smooth and with more of its normal weight back. The frizzies weren't completely gone, but almost completely gone (I always have some frizzies, unless I roll my hair). And my hair had a sheen even when not standing under a light.

So I would say that this is a great conditioner for the occasional time when an intense treatment is needed. It's too pricey, and maybe too strong at what it does, for me to use on a frequent basis, I think. And if my hair hadn't been damaged, and had been its regular straight, fine self, this conditioner MAY have made it too heavy and flat, so it might not be great for that type of hair (but I'm not sure about that). Oh, and as for the scent, it smells fine to me. I didn't pay much attention to that, actually.

I pride myself on being a frugal person. I don't believe in "you get what you pay for," because too often I've found that the better product is in fact the less expensive one. I splurge on certain things, though, when it's important enuf to me. In this case, I think the $$$ is warranted by the ingredients and the results. Also, I will be able to keep and use this jar for a loooong time, since it didn't take much, and since I won't be using it at every shampoo. It was worth the $$, and I would buy it again. UPDATE: Day 2 after using the conditioner. All I did was sleep on my hair last night and brush it this a.m. My hair STILL looks terrific. I LOVE this conditioner! My hair looks like it should be in a TV commercial! Sleek and smooth and full and with a healthy sheen!

This is a very good deep moisturizer for my long very curly hair, but it is not worth the cost. I think the cheaper brands do as good a job, especially for a conditioner that gets rinsed out. I would be more picky if it were a leave-in. Maybe it would be worth it for short hair that requires less, but I have to use too much each time for this to be cost-effective.

This product left my hair very conditioned and moisturized. I have very dry and thick hair and it worked, One dime sized amount is all you need. It comes with a little comb that you can use to scoop out the product from the jar and put any excess back in the jar. A little pricey but worth the money. I do not color my hair but use this product for moisturizing reasons.

Amazing. I actually carried out an experiment - I rinsed it very slightly, left at least half of it in the hair, almost like leave in... and it did not weigh hair at all. Incredible. Hair is soft and voluminous. Wonderful smell (although if onion masks had worked for me, I would have continued with them, whatever works...)
One of the very few hair products that is actually worth the price tag.

I had high hopes for this product and indeed it did leave my hair temporarily moisturized but on the way there, lots of hair came out trying to get it through my hair. This could be a combination problem as the hydrate shampoo did not hydrate well either and left my hair dry prior to putting this on it. The hair loss part of this is what concerned me the most and I think the products are overall - drying. I was told tonight to try Terax Crema and Miele shampoo. We will see!

This deep conditioner made all the difference to my dry damaged hair. Expensive, but well worth the results a little goes along way. I grade this an A+.

This stuff is great! I have very long color treated hair with extensions. I would absolutely recommend this to anyone with over-processed or dry hair or as part of the care for extensions. This very concentrated conditioner comes in a reasonable sized pot and seems to last a long time. I only wash my hair about 2 times a week and have had this stuff for a couple months now and have not even come close to half way through it after use every time. It is mega expensive though. I believe retail is about $50, though I got it for 20% off at a sale at a beauty supply store. I put this only on my ends, never the roots, and leave it on for about 3 minutes or so in the shower before washing it out. I'm not a big fan of trying to scoop it out of the pot (it gets a little tricky and slippery to coordinate in the shower) and it comes with a little comb to work it through your hair but I just work it in with my fingers. This has now become a product I cannot live without.
