First off, I love that this a blue that I can wear without looking ridiculous. It's a light baby blue with slight silver shimmer. Beautiful once it's on, which takes a a few slight tugs. I don't know if I just got a bad one, but the color doesn't go on as smooth and pigmented as their white eyeliner (which I still love--in fact, I just bought another). However, I wouldn't mind trying it again, since it's dirt cheap anyway.

i LOVEEEEE this eyeliner ! wet n wild is a veryy CHEAP brand, but honestly, their eyeliners are excellent. this color is the BEST! its a silvery kinda blue and its very very pretty. it looks like im wearing a beautiful eye shadow when i apply a lot of this to my lids. i would definitely recommend these eyeliners, and I'm hopefully going 2 buy the lilac one now. :)

I bought this because I was looking for a fun eyeliner color when I was going through my blue eye makeup phase. it's really creamy, but I'm not sure if that's a good thing. it got on my eyelashes and was hard to clean out :( however, it's definitely a good value money-wise, and could possibly have other uses, like for drawing on face designs for Halloween or something.

I have to disagree with the reviewer below me. When I opened this liner and tested it on my hand, it was so soft, it broke off a little! I bought a bunch of different colors of this liner, and they all did the same thing, but once they got over that initial break, they didn't break again. This color is very similar to MAC's Light As Air, but slightly more silver and shimmery. Really great staying power and pigmentation. I love these!

Beautiful color but not as advertised. It is not smooth or creamy but rather dry and hard. It definitely is not as nice as the Cool Green I have previously reviewed. Although well pigmentated it was difficult to apply b/c it was so hard and dry. It skipped and pulled so it was difficult to get a nice line. However, once applied it was long lasting. The color did not run or fade and it lasted all day. The other thing I did not and do not like is the fact that the pencil is too long and that makes it difficult to work with. I only paid .99 so it wasn't a huge loss. Next time I am going to give the pencil a blast or two w/my blow dryer to soften it up some. I won't be repurchasing this color, but I will and have tried some of the other colors w/better results.
