I just love the Drmitage' line. I only buy it from Ebay. It is a wonderful product and you can really see a difference in your skin and wrinkles are pretty much erased. I highly recommend it. Everyone always asks me what I use on my face and always think I'm much younger than my true age.

I actually got this product at my local discount grocery store. I purchased the instant lifting creme for 7.99 yes that is right $7.99 I love it! Especially for the price :) What I seriously love is the anti aging foaming clenser, OMG it is amazing leaves my face so clean and fresh feeling. It has a bit of a tingle like a minty feeling. I only paid $3.99!!!!!! If you have a grocery outlet near you check it out! I went back to stock up on the clenser because its the best I have ever tried.

I, too, was roped in by an ad showing a combo of this and Hydroxatone. I ordered this first, and then, when I went on the Hydroxatone site, I saw the scam of being forced to pay on a subscription unless you return it within 14 days. That made me recheck the Dermitage site, and the same thing was more hidden, but still the same type of deal. They are open every day, so I called about 5 or 10 minutes after ordering. The rep was very polite, though he tried to tell me they had a special where it was 39. instead, and I still said no. I told him I don't drive, and wouldn't be able to return it as the post office was far away. They cancelled and reversed the small shipping charge. Didn't see the package so gave it a middle 3 so I could post this review.

Based on the comments found here I canceled the free trial the morning after I ordered. I got a very polite customer service rep who canceled it immediately and sent me an email promptly.

I can't judge this product because I never tried it. My mother was curious and ordered the "free trial" online thinking she was going to get a sample. Instead, they sent her the full-sized product and the fine print on the invoice said that she would be billed $99.95 at the end of the month and for every month thereafter if the product wasn't returned after the 14-day trial period. With product unused and unopened, I phoned Dermitage right away in order to get an RMA. I didn't have a problem with the return at all. The customer service rep was pleasant, and while she offered to extend the trial period to 30 days and cut the monthly cost down to $49.95 instead, we politely declined. She promptly emailed us a return label with the RMA. No harm no foul, except for the non-refundable cost of shipping.

I had to write a review, like so many here, because of the complete lack of regards this scam is. I got so lucky that instead of throwing away all the packaging, like I normally would have, my eyes caught the lengthy receipt. I was curious that there was so much writing on it, so I decided to read it, thinking it was going to further excite me into using this product. I discovered all the nonsense of 30 days and the continued shipping and the liberty with which they were going to keep charging $90!!!!
The next day I called to cancel, and it took some acting and creativity to shut the representative up, because no matter which why I said no, she kept selling this stuff to me. My response - I am leaving for India on Sabbatical and wont be anywhere in the country for the many months she was trying to get me to commit for. She got the point.
I was never charged for anything but the inital shipping of $5.95. Just the idea that I had to go through all of this, is RIDICULOUS! I mean, it really upsets me that they can get away with this and that unfortunately as I have read your comments, some of you have been totally scammed out of lots of money!
STAY AWAY FROM THIS AND Kuurman, its the same company and the same scam!!!

DONT BUY DERMITAGE- ITS A SCAM. I have very sensitive skin and ordered Dermitage after seeing an ad online (it was a "free trial", right? What's there to loose?) The product arrived while I was away and I didn't actually open or use it until after the 14th day and I didn't see the "return in 14 days" because this disclaimer is stuff in among a bunch of other materials about how great their product is. But, I was willing to "eat" the $92 charge since I figured it was my fault for not realizing that free didn't really mean free for Dermitage. About 2 weeks later, I get another $92 charge on my card from them- thought it was a mistake. When I called, they informed me that they had shipped another box of the product. I said I don't want it and I'll send it back without opening when it arrives. Then the person I spoke with spent a lot of time trying to convince me why I should continue using Dermitage (very hard sell). After several times saying I don't want the product because it wasn't worth $92, she says that all sales are final therefore Dermitage can't/won't take the product back- I have to keep it. I have NEVER heard of a company that stands by their product that won't take it back- All the reputable companies in the beauty industry will take back their products if the customer isn't satisfied. I've taken back opened/used foundation to Lancome when I had an allergic reaction to it- Not only did they take it back, they helped me find other products I could use. I told Dermitage that their sneaky underhanded practices are exactly the reason I don't want their product and I will post my dissatisfaction every chance I get. I hope they are happy with their $184 of my money because I'm hoping my posting will stop at least 10 people from being scammed by them.

OK so here's my take-
a) I read the terms and condition which are clear besides the vague "we may charge a restocking fee" which reading these reviews I know is a definite. $20 per item or so if opened.
b) this stuff is not any better than say aveeno or something of a high end drug store brand that costs considerably less. Plus their "free trial" is so not free. And lots of people have been scammed so I say give 'em a taste of their own medicine.
What I did was order the product, scoop it all out into a container left over from some of my own skin creme (that was worth the $75).
Next I called back and got an RMA number, paid $4 to ship it back but cancelled my credit card before they could attempt to charge their dumb restocking fee.
I mean I have never done something like this in my life and don't really recommend it bc I admit pretty immature. Maybe I was ticked off at companies like this when I was duped and charged an arm and a leg for my "free trial" of my herbal colon cleanse a month ago.
Bottom line is this...if the product was worth a FRACTION of what they claim it to be, it would not be on a free trial basis and you would not see it selling on ebay for hmmmm...yes, exactly...the same price I would spend at walmart on neutrogena.

I ordered this trial but somehow it didn’t went through, so I called the company, and talked about how I wanted to improve my eye area, and the lady “kindly” suggested me to order a single product in stead of the trial, and also told me that I could return it within 30 days…
Last week I finally got the product…
But it caused me zits around my eyes, and the bottle was so hard to squeeze that I ended up get too much out at one time..so I called back and for return information, but they said “NO!” cuz’…it’s a single purchase, and it’s final sale!!!
So so so unfair!
I recommend people not buying any from this company, I rather go buy at department store!
(plus, I squeeze all out, and found out that it’s so little like four piece of nail size, cost me $61!!! What a waste!)

I tried this using the trial purchase. Buyer Beware! The small print will have you being billed for almost 90$ if you don't return the product. I tried it for a week and thought, geez, $90, for that I could try several other products that would probably work equally as well. I sent it back and learned my lesson. No more internet purchases without reading small print - even if I hunt for it.

Yes, SCAM! I'm furious -- same rip-off happened to me. They should be stopped -- now I have to run to the PO to return what I never ordered to begin with. Thing I'll take it to my CC company and have them handle it. And the cream, BTW, made me break out, big time, with scarring after. Arghrrrr!

I agree that this company is running a scam. I saw an ad when checking my e-mail for a free trial offer and being 54 I can use a little help so I thought I'd try it. I never read the terms and conditions ( you have to special click to bring them up.) So I started getting billed $99.95 per month. I called right away and they informed me I'd already been mailed a second supply. The price is exorbitant and the product is no better than the $6. cream I buy at the Dollar General. Be very careful if you even consider trying this product. My advice is to leave it alone.

I am 49 years old with pretty good skin but really needed something quick to help me recover from two stomach surgeries. I was not able to eat or drink for over two weeks and extremely dehydrated. My skin scriveled up and lines I didn't know I had were now very noticeable. I have used the Dermitage Anti Aging System now for 8 weeks and I don't believe it works as well as my old faithful "oil of OLAY". I just canceled my monthly order that was $76.90 when I found this website. After reviewing some of the products I'm going to try the EVOO treatment. I'll write in later with an update.

I saw the advertisement for a free sample, all you had to do was pay for shipping and you get a two weeks supply. Well not only did the product not work the wonders it promised. After two weeks you have to ship back the remaining product at your own expense or pay 80 bucks!!! For the cost of the product you could get injections and like I said it didn't not work the wonders it claimed!!! Its a scam!

I tried the free trial 6 months ago because I just had slight puffiness and a bit redness under my eyes due to crying and after wearing contact lenses for 2 weeks and working with computer. After just 1 night application and 1 morning application (I used all 3 products - one for dark circle, one for anti wrinkle, & 1 for eyelashes) with the right amount as directed in the box, my under eye skin got pulled soooo tight and it gave me lines under my eyes. I stopped using it right away. It's been 6 months now as I wait and wait for my skin to go back to normal, but instead my under eye became more and more crepey, wrinkled, puffy, and dark like i have never seen my eyes like this before. My skin had loosen up, but my under eye just became weird looking and very unattractive. My eyes just never gone back to the way it was before. Now I have to wear concealer everywhere.
I am so madd and frustrated. Anybody experience any bad effects after using the eye treatment? On their website, they are out of stocks on this eye product. I wonder why, maybe it has caused harm instead of good to the customers.
I am definitely a victiom of dermitage. They stated on the website saying the cream works for en even very sensitive skin. i don't think so. Can anybody let me know that I'm not the only one experiencing this?

I was skeptical about this company after reading the reviews on this website and elsewhere on the internet. Nevertheless, I ordered anyway because the complaints seemed to be about customer service rather than the products themselves. I received the eye cream "set" a week ago and all I can say is WOW! This stuff actually works. I'm not sure about the lash conditioner b/c I haven't used it long enough but the undereye circle cream and the wrinkle cream are incredible. I think I have tried, quite literally, over a hundred different products for my undereye cirlces. I have the hereditary, blood oxidizing close to the surface type and NOTHING has even touched them. In fact, I have tried several products that have made them worse - most notably Hylexin. Although I have had not a single problem with customer service, it was excellent when I called to ask a question about the 14 day trial period. Quite frankly, as long as it works this well, I can hadle pretty much anything in terms of that. The price isn't bad when compared to other products. I am thrilled!!!

This company has the worst customer service ever! I ordered this product over 3 weeks ago and never received it. I emailed them and they said they were experiencing shipping problems. I waited another week then called their customer service number and they said the product was on back order. This infuriating me since they had charged my credit card over two weeks prior and still couldn't tell me when i would receive the product. I cancelled the order and told them to refund my money. It has now been another week with no refund or email confirmation. I am currently on the phone with customer service who says she can't refund my money because she doesn't know if it has shipped! She is telling me to wait another week to find out if they can refund my money! I would NEVER purchase from this company again!! I will update once this matter has been settled.

I ordered the "free trial" of this product and had nothing but problems. First, it made my eyes red and itchy. When I called to cancel, I repeatedly got no answer. There wasn't even an answering machine, just a recorded message that the number was not being answered.
Their idea of a 14 day trial is from the day you order it, not from when you receive it. So don't let the offer fool you. I had to dispute the charge through my cc company because I was one day "late" although I had received the product only a few days before the charged my card.
Here's the final kicker. Although they offer the "free trial" for p/h only, there is a 19.95 "restocking" fee if you have opened the product at all, and a $9.95 restocking fee if the package is still sealed. They will let you buy the product you have for $40. So, free trial my a$$.
So, irritating product, sold by an irritating company.

I ordered this off the internet when there was a "free 14-day trial" ad in a sidebar. It just goes to show what a vulnerable place turning 40 is... =) Anyway, I received the package promptly. It contained a lash treatment, a wrinkle cream, and a cream for discoloration and puffiness under the eyes. All were packaged very well except for the under-eye product, which was in a tub. Anyway, I figured I was probably grasping at yet another money-losing series of pseudo-miracle products, and I was correct. I did not see either immediate results on the fine crow's feet on the sides of my eyes, nor did I see sustained/cumulative results after one week of use. My eyes were a little itchy during this time and I did experience a little exfoliative-type flaking, but that was it. Thankfully I had some kind of "40-isn't-really-so-bad-after-all" awakening and called the 1-800 number right away. I got good help on the phone, a subsequent email message with an address for the return, and there have been no further charges on my credit card. I have read lots of negative reports about this company (try googling "Dermitage" and see what you get) but so far the only negative comment I have about the whole experience is that it makes me sad that US advertisers try so hard to sell some hopeful vision of eternal youth...and succeed, if I'm a typical example.

Love this Product! Ok, I must admit I was sucked in to an ad that appeared online for this item. However, I must admit that I am thrilled with it. I have used a lot of high end (dermatologist) products of which I did not see much of a change. But, with this product I did. I highly recommend it.
