I love using this dual purpose body scrub - it is so refreshing and the scent is amazing - I already love the Energising Body Wash and Hip&Thigh Gel! I like to smooth this on just before I get under the shower and then add the water to foam it up. The ground olive stones are effective exfoliators yet gentle enough not to scratch. Pushed for time I use this without bothering with a shower gel (hence the dual purpose) as the foaming suds spread all over to clean my skin. The 200ml tube is a great size and will last me ages. I will definitely re-purchase. It comes in 15ml, 50ml and 200ml size tubes.

The smell is heavenly, using it is a pleasure, and the result is everything I could ask for.

It would be worth the money at twice the price.

This is the newest product in the Liz Earle range. It is probably best described as a foaming body scrub, and you are advised to use it on wet skin.
The scrubbing particles are made up of ground olive stones and the active ingredients include "damask rose flower water and 9 essential oils including sweet orange, grapefruit, geranium, peppermint, eucalyptus, rosemary and pine"
I was concerned that this would be too gentle for a body scrub, and if it was a shower gel+body scrub combined then I would use it up too quickly and waste it, but I was pleasantly suprised, the smell is divine, a real combination of the Energising Hip and Thigh Gel + Orange Flower Botanical Body Wash, it lathers up extremely well and whilst the ground olive stones are gentle, there are plenty of them in the scrub and they do not scratch - importantly for me my skin felt smooth and not dry afterwards.
At £12 for 200ml I would say this is a bargain!
