oh god. why hasn't this been repromoted!? i have ALOT of lip products, and i usually use them all here and there. i wore this every single day and tore through the entire tub in one summer. (2009?) love love love! the smell was amazing, the texture melted into my lips and kept them hydrated during my long days in the sun, and the color was just bitten. i have yet to find a tinted lip balm i love as much as tendertones.
the ONE downside, despite being cute and clunky, was the packaging. it grosses me out to stick my fingers into lip products. i carried around a lip brush to apply, and it was a pain.
i wish i had bought multiples of this.

This one is so perfect. It gives me very nice colored and hydrated lips. It isn't sticky at all. This is one of the rare colors that fit me. Will def. buy again when repromoted.

I'm not a huge fan of lipglosses as most of them are too sticky and my lips look very dry after using one. It is very difficult for me to find a good lipgloss, so far it was one of Shiseido, however it was discontinued and their new formula is not that great anymore. I was happy to find this at the outlet mall in Michigan. I love the smell, its like candy or smth, not too sweet but just perfect. And even as it might seem too red, its totally not. It gives perfect shine and just a little see-through red only. I also just learned it has the SPF, great! So bad they don't sell this but well.. it will last me for long.

pros: smells good, feels good, looks good. love the pots
cons: doesn't last long
sadly, it's discontinuted. my lips are already somewhat pigmented, so this color sometimes makes them look too pink.

Got this at my local CCO and I'm in love with it. THE SMELL!!! OMG!!! THE SMELL!!!! it's heavenly :-). I can smell this all day. I am so happy because this provides a nice amount of shine and a slight red color payoff but I do mean slight. the packaging is awesome and I love that it has SPF. I'm like halfway thru so I am going back to purchase another one :-)

Very moisturizing - heals the most chapped lipsticks within a few usages. Smells heavenly, no fake plastic-y scent at all. Just the right amount of gloss, not too shiny like a lipgloss, not too dull like chapstick. Beautiful sheer red that I'd call 'everyday glam', so why just 4 stars? There are many other cheaper dupes that I love just as much: Lipsmacker in Dr Pepper, Nivea Kiss of Flavour balm in Cherry, and Kiehl's tinted balm in "30G", plus all these are in tube form, so no digging into pots. Other than that, this is pretty darn great.

Smells wonderful, moisturizing a bit though no more than any lip balm. But it feels sticky and the packaging makes me never use it.

I found this at a CCO store and love the shimmery raspberry pink color. It's sheer on my lips and not over the top shimmer. The scent, texture, and balm are all good. Tendertones make my lips very soft.

This is the first tendertone I ever bought and I haven't looked back since. It's a really pretty sheer dark pink colour with shimmer. It's basically the same colour as my lips, but with a little bit of a kick. Like all tendertones it's really moisturizing and smells amazing (like strawberry-kiwi). I find tendertones a little bit sticky, but they last quite a while on the lips because of it.

Very sheer fuchsia pink with lots of shimmer - on my bare lips it shows up as a very faint pink, but it is gorgeous over any lipstick; the shimmer seems to "nudify" the whole look. Very moisturizing, and the taste/scent is good, but not so sweet that I constantly lick it off my lips (VS Beauty Rush, anyone?). Personally I prefer my gloss in a tube, this sticky gel can go from rock solid to almost liquid depending on the weather. It's a good product, but nothing unusual as far as lip treatments go. I definetely prefer this to the Tinted Lip Conditioner (also from MAC), and will probably have a couple handy. As for this particular color a little more pigment would have been in order. For those looking for a slightly more "bitten" look Hot N' Saucy is a nice bright red, no shimmer.

I'm probably one of the few people in the world that isnt fond of the vanilla flavor of some mac lip items, so I was super happy when I got this tendertone and it was kiwi strawberry! It also gives just a tint of color which I like, I like my makeup mellow during the day. Its wonderfule!

I just received this a few days ago in a swap and I really do love it so far. Its very moisturizing to my lips and gives them a nice MLBB look. I have been putting it on before I go to bed at might because it is so moisturizing and I wake up with super soft lips. This would be a definite repurchase if they were not LE. I am not wild about the pkg. but the benefits defintely outweigh the cons ( pkg. & price). will try to swap for more colors.

Pucker is my favorite tendertone. The color gives a nice pop to the lips without being overbearing when worn alone. Also, its great to mix with other colors. I wear it a lot with No Peeking The Gloss from Benefit and and Plink! lustre lipstick from MAC. The combination makes a really pretty pink color on the lips.

Gives a sheer watermelon and berry-colour gloss to the lips.
:D Smells great. Doesn't taste like much.
:D Non sticky
:D Has SPF
:D can be doubled as a highlighter on the cheek bones (though don't use too much or anywhere else ~~ you'll just look oily)
:( Hate pots for lip gloss, but I suppose it's the best kind of packaging for this
:( When I use it over night (like a conditioner), I wake up to wrinkly/semi-dry lips. Vaseline does a better job

I was scared that the color would be too bright, but since the colors I wanted were sold out I decided to give this a try. I'm glad I did. Pucker makes my lips shiny with a touch of color - nothing scary about it. It makes my lips feel soft and it doesn't feel goopy. I love that it has SPF in it. I'm glad I finally gave into the Tendertone hype :)

This is the perfect mix of a fuchsia lip stain and a moisturizing lipgelee. I don't notice any SPF taste, but I love the strawberry-kiwi jello scent!! I use a lip brush with this, and it's very sheer, but has some build-ability! I reach for this when I want a darker pink, and Tender Baby when I want a light pink.
Super moisturizing and slippery, nowhere near the staying power of a lipglass though. This really does feel like a lip treatment. The color does stay on a little, and some of the holographic glitter hangs to my lips nicely, but I love to reapply. I'm waiting for MAC to start putting mirrors on the lids of their lip pots!!!

This is a good, though not really "exciting," product.
"Pucker" is a very sheer balm in a little glass pot. It's a beautiful shimmery reddish fuchia, and on the lips it imparts a tiiny bit of color and shimmer, perfect for those no makeup days. I didn't care for the taste at first, but it's grown on me. I'd buy this again when I run out, but since it's LE it will likely be long gone by then.

I have never tried Tendertones until MAC released another set of them for this summer. I immediately was hooked on Pucker (from seeing pictures on MAC's site and some pictures from Specktra's site) so I ordered it without hesitation. What I like about the Tendertones, as that they go on so lightly. Pucker is a gorgeous berry/fuschia in the pot, but when applied it gives my lips a healthy glow. A heaver application and they have a pretty shiny stain, like I've been eating a popsicle. I don't use Pucker everyday because I like to mostly wear my nude/pinky MAC lipsticks, but I reach for this when I want a minimal makeup look. Wouldn't repurchase, because I'm sure the pot will last me quite sometime!
