Great product, if you can get it you should! It is a gorgeous aqua almost teal blue. Its very vibrant and a little goes a long way. Comparable to mac pigments just as good and just as vibrant!

Great shade of blue/green for my warm skin tone. This is more sheer than my MAC pigments and more blendable. This is nice as a liner or on lids with pleiadian UCD in the crease.

i love tony & tina! universal color dust is a multi purpose loose powder, safe for lips, eyes and cheeks. i was pleasantly surprised with dolphin star, most blues i come across don'tlook the same on my skin as they do in the container. but i like the pigment in this-its stunning, and wet these have a beautiful metallic shimmer to them.

This is a nice quality loose e/s, similar to true colors by Estee and Bare Escentuals glimmers. But, I was a lil let down, because at Nordie's this looked like a nice intense aqua, but once I got home I realized it was a deeper turquoise with a lime green shimmer. Make Up For Ever has a shimmer powder that I like a lil more.

Dolphin Star is the perfect beautiful name for this loose eyeshadow. The shade is a brilliant shimmery turqoise/aqua/peacock sort of shade, metallic and very exotic.
The quality of these loose shimmer dusts are excellent- finer than MAC Pigments, and a dream to apply.

you get ALOT of product for the price, so it is economical...however, you have to shake out the shadow like salt and pepper, and that's annoying...the color is a gorgeous peacock aqua/green/blue (more on aqua green side) with goldish undertones...porcelain girls like me would look better in a color closer to anna sui 201 (? i think that's the number..it is an electric aqua green/blue) rather than dolphin star...

Comparable to MAC pigments but much more beautiful color selection IMO. I got this one in a shimmery turqiouse shade called Dolphin Star. I lined my eyes with black liner and layered this on top with a pointy sponge tip applicator. WOW ~ Sooooo pretty! $15 for a little jar but judging by the amount I used once, this will last me for a loooooong time.
