OPI Funny Bunny is my favorite go to white nails polish. It's a sheer or what some refer to as a jelly polish. I love that it's a soft white not a white-out stark white. My hands have a lot of red/pink undertones and it's hard to find the right white polish to compliment them, Funny Bunny works well with my complexion.
Application is a dream, no streaking, just easy all the way! It looks beautiful even in one coat, two coats are very pretty and sheer, but my preference is to do three coats. I love it on square shaped nails with a bit of length. I can't stop looking at my hands, that's how much I love it. I've always loved that white nail look and just never could find the just right white. I thought it was East Hampton Cottage by Essie and wrote a review on that one too, but I passed that one on to my sister-in-law after feeling like it didn't play down the ruddy tone in my hands.
Some have compared this to Essie Marshmallow and think it's a dupe for OPI FB but I don't recall liking Marshmallow for a number of reasons. I feel like the OPI FB is glossier for one, 100% less streaky, the marshmallow was a nightmare in the application would get my world's worst application award. I thought the Marshmallow was a bit more stark and white-outy on my hands, I just didn't like it. I was stuck with it over Thanksgiving and felt a sense of relief when I removed it. OPI Funny Bunny is amazing and I would be devastated if it ever got discontinued. It's just so easy to apply and has a gorgeous white quality, it's white polish perfection in my book!

I bought Funny Bunny to use it as a white for a French Manicure. Unfortunately this polish only becomes opaque after about 3-4 coats and is then too thick to use as a French Tip. However, I did paint a thin coat of this polish over my whole nail, and I love it! One thin coat is just enough to make the tips of my nails look whiter without whitening the pinks of my nails too much. This nail polish is absolutely perfect if you are aiming for an American Manicure (which is a more natural looking French Manicure)
I'd definitely buy this polish again, as its incredibly versatile. The colour looks great after just one coat, and if you have a little more time, after 3 coats you are left with an opaque white nail. (Which is the perfect base for nail art!) Two coats of this polish also create a great white base for layering neon colours on.

There's no dupe on the planet (so far) to exactly match my HG favorite Bourjois Lissant Blanchissant which is long since discontinued (*weeping*), but OPI's Funny Bunny is a nice sheer white in the interim. I've tried a few others & this seems to be about as clean a white as I could find in a sheer polish. It isn't stark white but it isn't overly beige either. I'd call it eggshell white. (I'm very fussy about white polish being exactly pure white with glowy brightness to the color while being sheer & not chalky or opaque.)
Kinda streaky even on my small nails, so I have to apply quickly & carefully, & layer it on to fill in bald spots while building the color. To give it as clean a white look as possible, I use a blue-tinted yellow stain neutralizer as a basecoat. I marked that I'd buy this again, even though I'll probably never finish this bottle. It's a good polish, but I sorely miss my perfect Bourjois fave. *sigh*

The perfect white for a french mani (I use it with pinking of you). It's not too harsh, but it's definetely a very clean white. I've had it on for two days and it hasn't chipped at all.

I bought this after posting a query on a nail polish forum -
I asked if anyone could recommend a white nail polish by OPI that was a light milky white. I wanted a soft white that could be used to paint the whole nail - but was not a harsh as Alpine snow.
A user recommended Funny Bunny from the 2007 soft shades "Garden Party" collection. ("pretty party shades for nails now being served - you are invited!")
I bought the polish and it is exactly what I was looking for!
I have used it alone (you need 3 coats to get perfect coverage - a light creamy white) which makes nails look clean and polished
I have used it for a french mani (as above but white Alpine snow for the tips)
And it is also great to use as a base for colours that very very sheer, some examples that I have used this with - "I'm a Princess your not", "Princesses Rule", "Last Friday night", "Who needs a Prince"
This is a great staple in my polish collection, I have rated it a 5 for this reason and I will buy again.

I love this color. I use 2 coats and it gives me a pretty sheer white look. Reminds me of Waltz by Essie.

Sheer buildable white creme. Love. 3 coats is best.

I was not to happy with this nail polish. I was hoping it would be more opaque, it looks ok if I use it on top of another polish but on its own does nothing for me.
I still like it and use it but it certainly does not make my top favourites list. The sad part is that I really wanted to like this color, on the bottle it is beautiful. I am still on the search for a pretty white, that is not completly white but that also isnt this sheer.

I bought this during an online polish buying binge, hoping this would be the answer to my search for a HG white tip polish. It's okay, but nothing great.
I was hoping to find something between stark white and sheer white for French Manicures. This color itself is nice and has not streaked too much for me-but only it's only useful if I want to put one coat of color over the white tips. Not quite what I was looking for. I will keep this one around for when I want very natural French manicures, but cannot imagine using it very often.

I got this as a part of a set (three miniature size bottles) and I have to say I'm not impressed. The colour was sheer enough for me but chipped really soon and applied streakily on bigger surfaces (nails on big toe and thumb). I think this might be because of the small size of the brush (full size bottles probably have a bigger one?).
The colour was ok enough, a cool pastel white, but it just chipped way too quickly for the price.

I like it. Contrary to other OPI lacquers, this one wasn't streaky on my nails. With one coat, it's quite opaque, with two coats it's white enough, but not TOO white - which is perfect for me as I'm the as-natural-and-sheer-as-possible-but-still-with-a-little-colour-type. This colour fills my requirements quite well. I have a neutral-cool skin tone and it doesn't appear greyish. Would buy again.

This is not what I was looking for , This would be better for someone with cooler skin tone. Im warm toned, and this looked a little too greyish white on my hands. I will have to mix it with something ivory to get it to work for me. Too bad the texture is great.

This is the first time I ever used white on my whole nail and it was really beautiful and fresh...I will have to comment on this color as a French manicure later, but so far so good. It takes about 4 coats to get rid of any opaqueness and this color can be kind of streaky with the first 2 coats, but 3-4 it is not streaky. The price was really good I bought this one on sale at the mall for a little over 3 USD so that is really cheap. As a top coat I used a microglitter OPI color-Text Me Text You and it looks really good together the white with light glitter, it looks like the polish was made that way. If I ever see it again and at the same price I would buy again, overall I recommend and am really enjoying at the moment.

Bought this one to use for french tips because I wanted a subtle white- not one that looked like white-out. I was very disappointed with how streaky this was to apply. I had to apply atleast 3 coats to get decent coverage- which then caused it to be too thick for french tips. I never got around to wearing this one long enough to comment on chipping, tip wear, etc. I should have read the reviews in advance :(

I rarely have luck with white creams. In fact I can't think of one I would use as an all over nail color. This one would be the surprising exception. Absolutely effortless streak free application and is semi sheer with two coats. A beautiful natural look for summer! I'm sure it will be wonderful white tip choice. Look for it in the discount section of Ulta or Regis! It was a seasonal collection.

Very pretty, soft white with a very mininal pink undertone. However, no staying power whatsoever, and I was only able to wear this for a day before it started chipping! Also, because the color is so light be prepared to do at least 2 coats but probably more if you really want the color to develop. In general I haven't had luck with OPI colors on my finger nails (they always seem to chip too soon) but maybe it would work better on toes. Regardless, I probably wouldn't buy this again for the price!

Pretty opaque white. streaks on the first coat, requires at least two coats. I've had it for about 6 months and its already gotten quite thick :(

Too streaky for me. I consider my technique for sheer neutrals as these rather good, but this just didn't work for me. I prefer Essie's Ador-a-ball or Waltz: they go on without streaks if you use the right technique... I guess it's also the extra large brush, just too broad to do the work right for me.

This is the perfect tip color for a natural looking french manicure (instead of the chalky white out looking colors that I have been purchasing in the past). Yes, it is a little streaky, but I paint 2 coats on my bare tips, shape the tip with an eye shadow applicator dipped in np remover, fill in the nail bed with a sheer ruby color polish, and then paint one thin coat of Hopelessly in Love over the whole combo to get a soft french manicure. It lasts a LONG time. I type almost constantly both at work and home, plus use my long natural nails to open things (like e/s containers, lol) and still no chips for at least a week, sometimes longer. VERY highly recommended. :)
