I just didn't find this to be very opaque it gives the lips just a red twinge and not the red lipstick that I was expecting. It an okay product if you want a sheer than this is the product for you.
The packaging is annoying it takes forever for the product to come out of the applicator and you can easily end up with too much product.

This just became my go-to lip stick!! It glides on and delivers a shine that's not glittery or sticky. My lips feel very moisturzed. I actually prefer this to my usual Chap Stick. For day, I just use a swipe or two and I'm out the door. For night, I apply a bit more. There is a very slight tingle and it has a pepperminty scent, not heavy. This color would compliment a wide variety of skin tones. I'm not a big fan of the twist up stick applicator, but the sponge tip is quite soft and has a good angle. Well worth the cheap cheap price!!

I went on eyeslipsface.com hoping to find good lip products and came across the luscious liquid lipsticks. I bought one in Ruby Slipper and like most elf products, it was 1.00. It is a clicky lipgloss with a sponge applicator. I'm not that fond of the applicator because I feel like a lot of the product that I click out gets sucked into the sponge. And the first time I used it, it took a lot of twisting to get it to come out. The color, I'll admit, is very very nice and it's really glossy on my lips. The color is a warm red with red shimmers. It's not gritty, so that's good.
Similar to amazemints, mentha lip shines, it has a minty tingly feeling which I really like. There isn't a whole lot of product but for 1.00, I can't complain. I would like to try the other colors too.
Would I recommend this? Sure. It's a cheap alternative to drugstore lippies..even highend brands. If you can't afford a good lipgloss, then go with this one.
The color is pretty pigmented (which I was surprised to find).
Hope that helps!

This is a beautiful bright red lipstick. It's very well pigmented and lasts all day long. It smells very good too, like vanilla. Plus, it only costs $0.99. The only problem is that the cap falls off very easily, so I have to be careful if I'm carrying it in my purse. I would repurchase, but I think it's discontinued. I don't see it on E.L.F's website anymore.
