I found this toner to be nice, it seemed to hydrate and calm my skin. I used less moisturizer on top after using this. It smells typical Cellcosmet, which I personally love but then everyone is different. It made my skin feel moisturized and supple, with no irritation or breakouts.

I think this is the first product I have reviewed out here, but I don't think many guys review, so had to say something about this product. First of all, my main line is Erno Laszlo---the is the line I use for most face products and it has an answer, and a good answer, for almost any skin need.
Anyway, back to the Cellcosmet toner. This is one of a few Cellcosmet products that can be used by both men and women. Many of the products are specifically for men or women because of different hormonal natures, and the products are designed to address this.
O.K. This toner works for me... lightly exfoliates(now that I have been using awhile, you can see cummulative effects), seems to be a vitamin boost, has natural skin rejuvenators and hydrators. Many times, my skin, feels so good and hydrated, that I find I'm using much less moisturizer or other product on top of this. I still use my Laszlo toners at least once a day or more in warmer weather(Light Controlling), but this Cellcosemet toner is also simply outstanding. I am trying some samples of the men's products and also think they great. Will hopefully report on them later.

I believe this toner has salycilic acid in it, and that's always a good thing for those with pores and breakouts :) I rather like this toner, it doesn't dry my skin at all. They say it prepares skin for active ingredients, because it makes horny layer thinner. I give it 4 only because of its price.

I don't think it is an essential part of completing the moisturisation process, I'd rather buy the Activator Gel than this. It is nice, but does not moisturise very well for me, I need another glycerine based spritz on top of this. I would prefer something with a lot less additives as a toner.

Yet another useless, overpriced Cellcosmet product. It smells very nice and feels good. It is somewhat hydrating since it contains glycerin. Other than that it feels useless to me and I get better results from Stridex pads.
