It's a goldish green, it's really stunning. It's kind of a duochrome, sometimes it looks greener and sometimes it looks more gold.

I adore this shadow! Looks great when paired with greens, like Dragonskin, or yellows/reds/oranges for a tropical look. This is a dirty gold with green undertones-very beautiful and unique. As with most Fyrinnae shadows, the only thing that could make me love it more would be a sifter. The loose pigment in the open jar always makes me nervous that I'll drop it one day!

This is one of two Fyrinnae shadows that I have purchased a full size of after trying the sample. I love how this color looks as a liner- almost bronzey/copper sheen over acid green. Applied to the lid this is a subtly shimmery acid green when used dry, and when used wet the golden/copper metallic sheen shows up. Nicely pigmented and one of the few Fyrinnae shadows that is easy to blend and easy to apply.

This is a stunning wearable gold for any skintone. It isn’t the Goldfinger gold or the yellow gold. It is more of the tarnished gold, a very metallic finish that has that undertone of oxidized green. The texture is smooth and easily spreads onto the lid with a lot of color. Foiled the green gleam shows up more making it almost a yellow olive looking shadow. This goes well with Fire Opal for a earthy toned look or with Visage to bring out more of the green. Either way or anyway it is used, it is a very useful and neutral color to have.

This color is absolutely amazing! It's a bright metallic greenish gold. It's so unique. I've never seen a color like this in other brands, not even MAC. It looks beautiful paired when green, brown, gold, or black colors, by itself all over your lid, or wet as a liner. It makes a lovely nail color if you mix it with clear polish. It's very easy to blend and lasts all day even without a base. I love Fyrinnae's loose eyeshadows. They're even better than MAC's pigments. Aztec Gold is my favorite out of all of them. I will buy this again when it's finished and I might buy a couple back ups of it too.
