This product is by far the most AMAZING foundation that I have ever tried. I've made numerous attempts with different MAC foundations. I decided to give IMAN a try starting off with the cream to powder, loved the color match on my complexion but felt it was too full coverage. I then tried the pressed powder but it didn't provide enough coverage to wear alone. Fortunately came across a YouTube video with two sisters comparing it to MAC Mineralizer Skin Finish. Which was a product I'd tried unsuccessfully in my quest for finding a foundation. So I decided to give IMAN Luminious Foundation in Earth 2 a try. This was indeed a perfect match and provided enough buildable coverage. I DO NOT apply this foundation wet with the sponge! Instead I spray my Urban Decay Chill setting spray to a kabuki brush and dip it in the Luminious foundation then on to my skin. Once my face is complete with eye shadow, blush, mascara and all I top it off with my Urban Decay Chill setting spray. The result is absolutely flawess natural looking skin. I have never been happier with a foundation. Jumping for Joy!!! Such a beautiful glow there is no need for a bronzer!!!!

So, I purchased this product after looking up a bunch of reviews online. I didn't see any negative ones so I decided to give it a try. I have been using Black Opal liquid foundation for some time and wanted to try something different, although I didn't find anything wrong with the black opal foundation to begin with. So after spending $18 plus tax on this product I was expecting something grand lol $18 compared to my $9 w/ black opal was a stretch for me. The packaging wasn't bad and I liked the idea of the foundation having the option to be wet or dry. I tried both and both sucked. I got my correct shade according to the color match found on the iman site but the foundation made me look so damn red, dark and dry. Like the other reviewers stated it really accentuated any flaws you may have and it also added some. Even with the "wet" option it still came out the same. I have combination skin but this product completely turned my face very dry. I DO NOT recommend this product. I'm upset I spent $18+ on something I cannot return lol

I bought this product online since someone on youtube (i wont name names) compared it to MAC studo fix. This couldnt be farther from the truth.
Eventho i bought it online for 20CAD, the color matched me well. However, I cannot imagine leaving the house with this craptastic discoball powder on my face. It literally has no-so-finely milled glitters. DISGUSTING! It will accentuate each and every flaw on your skin.
I feel bad throwing products out so it just sits in my drawer. I do sometimes use it as a browbone highlight.

Not a fan of the Iman's luminizing products - they are too glittery and gold/yellow for my cocoa brown complexion, but this compact (earth3) somehow stayed in my makeup bin. Recently I tried using it as hi-light and it works very nicely for that. A sweep on the top of cheekbones/under eye is little more subtle than my fave Cargo bronzer. Now I'm getting my brown girl Kardashian face on.

I find you get oily after a few hours if not set properly. I tried Iman's powder but no luck. So I switched,I've been using Black Opal's transulcent powder to set and no more greasy face.

Gonna have to toss this one! I tried it with all of my foundations and every single time, it's left little bumps on my cheeks as well as around my chin area. The shimmer is too much and that's probably what's causing the bumps. I really wanted to like this but apparently, it doesn't like me, so in la garbagio it goes!

This review is for IMAN Luxury Radiance LIQUID Makeup and Second to None Semi Loose Powder.
I really like the foundation. Pictures come out amazing. It gives a very luminous finish just as the name suggests. I use Iman Semi-loose powder over this foundation, which is light-weight, and doesn't take away from the foundation's finish. I'll post a picture in my gallery. I mix Clay 1 & Clay 2 foundation, which gives me the perfect shade, and I use Clay Medium semi-loose powder. For reference purposes, I am a MAC NC44.
Unless you are an NC45 or NC46, I wouldn't get Clay 2 alone. I think Clay 1 alone would work well for NC 43 girls.
Oil Factor:
Although, this foundation boasts that it is oil-free, I was pretty oily after about 3 hours. I will have to find an oil control agent to use under the foundation. I am thinking of trying Loreal, since MUA ladies seem to love it.
The Packaging:
I really like the packaging. It's really easy to get the perfect amount of foundation out of the tube. The powder has the 'twist to dispense' feature. You twist the funnel and it grinds and dispenses the powder. It doesn't have a lock feature, but it doesn't need one since the powder is pressed until you twist and grind it - so no powder gets out unless you twist it.
Other products worn in Iman pictures are...
Maybelline Color Tattoo Eye Shadow in Bad to the Bronze and Bold Gold
Maybelline Superstay 24 Lip Color in Continuous Coral

After using imans new mineral foundation and feel in love with it I vowed that I was done looking for any new foundations..but while at aafes on base while looking for some more afterglow bronzer I stumbled on imans luminous powder foundation, and I remember seeing someone on YouTube with it on and her skin looked flawless and all she used was this powder..so I got this in the same color as my liquid and I can honestly say I LOVE this more than Imams liquid...it's my new favorite foundation hands down...it feels light it doesn't break me out and I have oily skin..I have a red undertone and unlike most people I love my redundertone but it's so hard to find a foundation that ensituates my beautiful red undertone without looking orange, or most make for AA women caters to those with yellow undertones...and if I wear a foundation with any bit of yellow undertone it makes me look ill...But this gives me a flawless coverage i get compliments on how flawless my face looks and when taking pics with a flash it still looks flawless!! Ladies of your a girl who looks best in powder foundation you must try this you won't be disappointed!!!! And as a hint once I put this foundation on I use Urban Decay all nighter spray and it stays on a extra long time even after the club.

If you have oily skin then use this product sparingly because as it's named - it will add a luminous glow (this may be desirable depending on your environment and the season). I apply this lightly with a dampened stipple brush over her stick foundation. When I tried to use it as my primary foundation, it makes my face look way too oily. It does serve as a "buildable' spot/blemish concealer. I was disappointed that the cake somehow broke without any indication of damage to the case and now I have semi-loose powder. I'm switching to the Luxury Pressed Powder (clay medium dark) since my oil production level seems to be changing (increasing). I use Clay 5 (good for yellow undertone) in stick and luminous, tried earth 1in cream to pwder and liquid radiance) but it was too dark with red tone (goodbye, Fashion Fair). Purchased products from Walgreens, both online and at store, they've been good about exchanges - just have to lose out on the shipping fees. Let's see what happens when I attempt to take back the "damaged" item. Oh yeah, the case for this product is too bulky and as someone else commented there's not much in there.

I LOVE THIS MAKEUP!! For reference I wear NC45 or NW43 in MAC depending on the time of year. So I went to the store looking for a cream to powder foundation. I have been wearing liquid foundations for a while thinking since I have oily skin it would probably work better for me...wrong! Ive been using IMAN oil blotting powder and thought it worked pretty good, so I figured I'd give her foundation a try,. I picked up Clay 5 in the cream to powder, and Clay 3 in the luminous foundation. OMG they look soooo beautiful on my skin!! I use the cream to powder first. I just use the sponge it comes with and lightly apply it to my face. U can get a pretty heavy coverage with this stuff, but I prefer more of a medium coverage. Then I take the luminous foundation and a powder brush and lightly dust my face with it, and VIOLA!!!! It looks so natural with a natural glow. I have really oily skin and I have to blot maybe once or twice towards the end of the day. And thats really good for me considering I usually have to almost reapply mid-day with other foundations. As far as transfer I haven't had any issues. But I'm real careful anyways because I dont want to stain my clothes. I LOVE these foundations!! As long as they make it, I will continue buying!! This also looks great by its-self it you want a really natural glowy look. It looks especially good in the summer!!

EDIT: brought it down to two lippies because it just CAKED so bad in humid hot weather... now i have sally hansen by carmindy luminous powder in neutralizer.
I have to say i was really surprised by the quality of this product... although not as silky as my NYX or MAC Studio Fix, it has become more of an HG for me because of the color. It is definitely YELLOW and i have this in Sand 4...the website actually has a color match area if you use MAC cosmetics, it shows you which you would pick... so yes this is my go to powder of the moment... i dont use it applied with wet applicator but more of powder with powder brush.... My other color matches include : NYX in Soft Beige, MAC NC 35 (or 30 in winter), Milani in Honey Beige and Lancome's Dual finish in Matte Wheat. I use EL double wear in Sand, NARS stromboli, and Bobbi brown Golden Beige... as you can see i pretty much go for the yellowest of all foundations for my golden-olive skintone... i like that it is half the price of MAC and Lancome (which was my go to foundation since it applies nicely if moisturized first)....i found that NC 35 and NYX were slightly pinkish on me after a while (maybe oxidizing), so yes, if you are NC 35, it is a good color match!

I did not like this product.
I purchased it because I heard that it was comparable to MAC's Studio Fix that I had been using before and I figured, well if I can find a good dupe that does the same job for cheap, why not? Wrong.
First off: the amount of product in this package is misleading! Half of it is empty and only a small section is the foundation. You get more product with Studio Fix.
Second: I understand that it is supposed to be luminous and give a glow, but I feel like the flecks of glitter in it are TOO big! They are not finely ground and don't go on smoothly. It is way too shimmery and emphasizes my pores soo much! I can see pores I never noticed before when using this. It sits on top of my skin in this powdery/chalky way that looks completely ashy and gross. It doesn't look flawless and natural, it just looks odd.
I really hate this! Maybe the only way I can use it is to mix it with moisturizer or something.

This is my summer go to foundation! I use concealer under the eyes, then buff some of this onto my face it gives me a fresh natural glow. I don't like anything heavy or cakey on my face. My skin is normal to dry so I do spritz my face when I am done. I probably won't be able to wear this in the winter as my skin gets really dry, but for now.....thumbs up!!! I have this in Clay 2 and I am typically NC44 but I am a littler tan now.

I try so hard to love Iman products because other people rave about the quality and color ranges.
I cant figure out the shade system at iman. Sand 4 is the lightest the luminous foundation comes in but its a bit to light for me, the next shade Clay 1 is very dark and not as yellow, its more orangey. It is like they are missing several shades between Sand 4 and Clay 1.
I bought the i the Sand 4 in the cream to powder foundation and it is too dark is and it is peachy, yet Sand 4 in the luminous is much lighter and yellow.
I guess the luminous foundation isnt for me, ill look into Sand 3 in the cream to powder foundation or the stick foundation.
If anyone understands why their color range is different amongst their different foundation selections let me know. (like why Sand 4 is darker and has different undertones in some foundations and significantly lighter in others)
btw, in mac i usually mix studio fix nc 40 & i mix rich tan & golden caramel.
I guess i expected more from a makeup line for women of color but maybe they cater more toward darker skin ladies.

I wrote this lengthy review only to have my computer screw up and delete it. So this time I will be far more concise. Let me start by saying I think this may be my HG of foundations. It is 1 of 2 foundations that matches me exactly ( the other is made by Astarte in Aurora 3). I have 1 of those weird skin colors that not many blk, and/or esp white, makeup brands cater to....either the color they offer is a too white and ashy or dark and orangey. I have tried virtually every brand from dept stores to drug stores, online and offline, minor and major imaginable. I am a product junkie. Anyway this matches my NC 43/45 skin color (neither of the Mac colors are a good match - one's white & ashy and the other becomes dark and red on my skin after few mins). A lot of reviewers have stated they prefer Mac's Studio Fix to Iman's, well I am definitely not 1 of those. I dislike Studio Fix and it makes me far oilier (plus it changes color on me) than Iman's Second to None, which gets oily only around my t-zone. This is a 2 in 1 so no need for a powder. I could go on and on about how great this powder foundation is for light yellow-brown folks w/ deep yellow undertones. It gives total coverage so it covers my freckles and acne blemishes which I am thankful of! So if you are 1 of those people who honey beige is a tad too light but caramel is too dark and orangey for you...you are not light/med but you aren't really medium/drk and you have serious yellow undertones then I highly recommend this makeup. I love my Clay 1 Second to None Luminous Powder Foundation!

I bought this in Clay Medium Dark and Clay Medium (couldn't figure out which was my color at first due to no testers). Umm.. I think I like it but i'm not sure if I'm applying this correctly. I tried to use this as a replacement to my MAC Mineralize Skinfinish Powder..I think it was causing my cystic acne. I think I may be too heavy handed as Second to None seems to turn orange my NC42 (medium dark in skinfinish) skin. I'll continue this week & update w/results
UPDATE: I like it. I have to use sponge to apply lightlyat first then buildup to the coverage I like. I then lightly mist my face with distilled water, and I have a dewy look all day. Better than MAC mineralize??? I think its a tie
UPDATE II: Not sure why I stopped using this but whatever. I now use Dermablend's Loose Powder in Warm Saffron..it's a little too dark though

I am a great fan of Iman foundations. I switch it up between the stick, cream to powder and the luminous depending on my mood, the oliness or dryness of my skin, etc. However, the luminous foundation is my favorite formulation. My secret to an absolutely fool proof look is to buy two colors. In the luminous line I wear Clay 2 and Clay 3. My first layer is the lighter and it works as my concealer. i finish off with a thin layer of the darker color. It may be too expensive for most to buy 2 foundations, but it works for me.
The foundation, if applied with a damp sponge, offers medium to full coverage. On those days when heavy coverage is not wanted, a dry sponge works great. It is better than a setting powder when used dry.
I love it!!!!!!!!!!

I have been using Stila Iluminating Powder for five years - but I have found it to be chalky looking lately. A co-worker of mine suggested Iman's Second to None Luminous Foundation Powder due to its coverage and skin tone ranges. This product is sold exclusively at Sears in Canada and I am a Sand 3 in colour.
I was afraid the product was going to be too thick but it is oil-free formulation and a glides on amazingly! I absolutely love this product, it can be used as a concealer with your fingertips, or medium to heavy coverage with a sponge. I do not need to touch up this product during the day and it gives a natural matte finish. It is around $30 including tax so it is at a medium price point - only one recommendation regarding the packaging - a separate compartment for the sponge is needed.
Update: Two weeks later
Unfortunately Iman's cream to powder made me breakout like crazy. The formula is "oil free" which my dermatologist explained is not Non-acnegenic or non-comodogenic it is a marketing term. It clogged my pores and I was left with little whiteheads all over my cheeks. This product is not good for those who are acne prone. The product however was a perfect match.

Update: I finally found the shade closest to my skin tone. After lot of returns, I am Earth 6. Now that's the deepest shade on this product and I am not a very dark skin (was NW 45 on MAC). So I have to agree with whoever said that this is not going to make the darker tone sisters very happy. Which is very odd for a line that's supposed to cater to our needs, right?
Well, good luck to you all. This product is really nice if you can find your shade :)
I just wish they could make it easier to find the right shade. Such as put them by skin undertone. If you have pink or yellow undertone, then all you have to do is find the range ( Sand, Clay or Earth), then go lighter or darker to find your shade. A few try outs samples would be helpful as well in the stores, given that the places to find Iman brand are scarce - I had to drive 30 miles each way to buy and return, then buy and return the product; and I still haven't found the right shade for my skin.
It's very confusing to me when I go on their website and see the shades that the girls "Nicole" & "Meghana" used for their makeovers: for the Private Romance look, Nicole used Clay2, and for the High Drama look, she used Earth4; Meghana used Clay1, and then Earth5.
I cannot undertstand how those 2 shades fit their skin so well when they are supposed to be one wayyy darker than the other.
I'll keep trying until I find my shade tho.
PS: Please help if you have any insight.
