Absolutely I would recommend Beach Blone. I had a minor catastrophe last Saturday when my colorist toned down my brassy highlights-they went fromj ust gorgeous creamy, ashy blonde to a not so gorgeous color within a few days post-color, mostly because my level 2 brown hair pulls an enourmous amount of red on its own and because of the evil Las Vegas sun. I almost had a heart attack when the toner pretty much washed out my highlights! Anyway, in a snit, I bought this stuff in Beach Blonde, along with Clairol Shimmer Lights. I have to say that while I CANN0T recommend it as a permanent solution-it is basically like wearing colored hairspray-the results are AMAZING. It locks into the highlighted areas and "lifts" it to where they should be and as for the remaining dark parts, it pretty much leaves that alone, so I get the look I always wanted; the light against the dark. CONS: Will rub off as it is non permament and you definitely have to take care in the applicatoin-i.e. not too much on one side, as opposed to the other. Also, I have long hair, so I've gone through more than a few bottles this week, but until my appointment this week tp lift my highlights back where they belong, this will do just fine, The color is gorgeous, but totally impracticle for constant use.

This is a great product for touching up roots of highlighted hair. I have used it for 7 or more years and it's one of those must have products for me. I don't use it that often, but it works when you need it too. It is drying, so you definitely don't want to be a regular user of it.
