Great colours, but the brushes are shockingly bad. They splay out after a few uses, and are impossible to shape again. The only way to get around this is to use your own sponge applicator from another brand. At this price guys....sort it out!!!

Another winner from Beaute. This is a gorgeous nude with rosey tones and some shimmer. It looks great by itself or on top of sheer/matte l/s or glosses. And the texture is just wonderful--incredibly smooth and light, while pigmented.

I received this lip gloss from Beau as a thank you gift. This gloss is a gorgeous soft rose pink with light shimmer. It feels a bit thick but it is NOT sticky/tacky or gloppy and is more of a very smooth, creamy/ buttery texture when it is applied. I have been wearing this now for the past 2 weeks and I find it to be one of the most moisturizing lip glosses I have tried. I find this to be a very wearable color alone or on top of any lipstick. I will definitely be purchasing the other colors. Thanks Beau!

Paramour is a beautiful rose pink with tiny gold shimmers. It immediately stood out to me among the other shades as my favourite. Looks beautiful over lip liner. I agree with the previous reviewer that this one is the most universally flattering shade of the collection. I bought this at Holt Renfrew for $26 and it came with a little card listing the instructions to care for the brush if hairs are splaying (tissue off the gloss, run it under hot water for 30 seconds, let air dry for 5 minutes before inserting back into tube). I tried this and it worked well for my brush. Lovely texture – not sticky, goopy, tacky.. no weird smell or taste.. very long lasting and extremely moisturizing. Much more moisturizing than the average lip gloss. Very elegant packaging. Contains petrolatum, castor seed oil, shea butter, and the more interesting atelcollagen and cymbidium grandiflorum flower extract. (Not that I know what they do exactly, but they do sound interesting and innovative indeed.) Would repurchase, and looking forward to trying new shades. I can’t wait to see what the next thing to come out of this line is..

I have 6 of the Beaute' glosses and have nothing but raves for them. These are the first lip products I look at when choosing my lip of the day. Paramour stands out among the colors for me. It's a beautiful mauve/pink with sheen to it. To me it's the most universally flattering of his lovely glosses. Packaging is beautifully sleek. There can be a problem with the brushes but I've never been bothered by them.

If you don't have a Beaute' gloss, I highly recommend getting one and starting with Paramour.

I received this as a thank-you from Beau, and told him I'd be sure to write a review about it, since I usually steer clear of plumping lipglosses. He assured me that this was not one of the tingling lipglosses. It isn't, it has a slightly cooling effect that fades quickly (in less than five minutes). The gloss itself is very thick, almost the consistancy of potted lipglosses. However, it is not a tacky lipgloss-glue on my lips. The appearance is that of vinyl, a super sheen with a consistant milky color. Paramour is a peachy pink with gold shimmer. It applies exactly as shown in the tube.

The packaging is beautiful, but as previous reviewers have said, the brush is prone to splaying out. I tried running mine under water and smoothing it back down without luck. The few stray hairs are more of a visual complaint, the brush still does it's job applying lipgloss.

I wish Beau would come out with new shades, I'm partial to burgundies. Right now, aside from the red shade, most shades are very neutral, which is not me. However, if I **NEED** a neutral lip for something, I'd definitely reach for paramour.

These are nicely pigmented. So many other glosses look like clear gloss on my lips, but this is nicely opaque and has a lot of color payoff and staying power. I'd love to have more colors!

First of all, these have a great texture... sort of creamy and moisturizing and a bit "thick", but not sticky or tacky like MAC lipglass. It just feels like a nice moisturizing layer on your lips. No icky smell or taste (I couldn't discern much of either), and it isn't so thick that it glumps up on your lips or does anything weird.

All the colors are really pretty, and pigmented enough to definitely alter my naturally pigmented lips. Paramour is a rosey nude, with a bit of microshimmer (no chunky glitter, though).

Also, the packaging is really quite lovely. It reminds me a bit of the old Calvin Klein glosses--very simple but chic. They also seem to be good-sized.

Oh, and customer service is also very good. They had my glosses posted within two days. Canadian post did take another two weeks to get to me, but you can't blame customer service for that!

These are definitely worth checking out.
