I got this in a swap and I must say I LOVE it!! It doesn't leave my lips looking stark white, but it gives them a kind of dewy sheen that looks very fresh and pretty. Great for those extremely low matinence/lazy days we all have once in a while. Love the minty tingle too! Definitely repurchasing this!

The packaging could be better as I could not twist extra product back into the tube. I think it is partly because of the thin tube, a thicker tube like the regular Burt's lip balm I have (and do not have the same problem with) would be better. As for the formula (I have this in Radiance), it is way too creamy; feels weird on my lips (b/c of the menthol); and melts (probably another reason why I can't twist the product down). I would recommend skipping these lip shimmers and trying the regular pomegranate or mango lip balms for those interested, the mango one is the most moisturizing. If you're looking for a bit of color the pomegranate one adds a nice pink color to lips (of course it will only show up on light skin tones with light/medium pigmentation on lips).

I bought this on a trip after some pretty long-haul flights (from Australia to the US and then traveling within the US), my lips were feeling pretty miserable and dried out and the shop I went to didn't have the regular Burt's Bees balm. I thought this would be more neutral than the coloured shades, but actually it looks a bit silly on me. The whitey shimmer is kind of childish looking in my opinion and just doesn't suit my lip colour very well. I don't think I'd buy this colour again, I might try one of the other shades to see if they suit me more but I'm probably better off just sticking to their regular balms.

this does not moisturize at all. the shimmer is really concentrated. it tingles quite a bit. I like putting this on top of a moisturizing lip balm then putting a clear gloss on top of it all. It can get a little frosty looking if you apply too much

AWFUL. It's full of shimmer and just looks like a ton of glitter on your lips. I love the mintiness, but other than that it is awful.

I didn't find this moisturizing AT ALL. It was basically like putting waxy glitter on your lips. I don't find the look appealing. It's quite like something a 5 year old would buy in a Barbie makeup kit. Very young looking. Insanely glittery. But, if that's what you like...

I got mine in a sample size along with the other Radiance products. I like that it is very moisturizing. It stayed on even after I drank some water. The shimmers is a bit much. It gets on my non-shimmery lipstick and I had to clean it off. So if you are going for a matte lip colour look, don't use this lip balm. Otherwise, it delivers as a lip moisturizer.

Packs a lot of shimmer, maybe to much. It smells nice and goes on smooth. My lips were moisturized =)

I really like the Burt's Bees lip shimmers, they are really refreshing to put on your lips, it just them a minty tingle. I have this color radiance and Guava, i will have to say that is do like guava better, it's a purpley pink color, its really pretty. the only problem i have with this product is the color its too shimmery.

This stick delivers more of a pearly shimmer than a gloss, which is nice. The color does make my lips look a bit white, but not in a bad way... sorta fun when the rest of my face is pretty neutral. The consistency is nice and smooth, and the smell is nice and minty. I will buy again (despite the $5 price tag) but likely in another color

The price got to me a bit, and the fact I gave my money to a corporation that produces bleach that isn't earth-approved. I really wanted something shimmery that wasn't toxic. This was the old formulation, which was Burt's Bees best. The shimmer is wonderful and not too frosty, unless you overdo it. The label is cute and unique. I would only buy it again if I find the old formulation.

This product is kinda expensive.. considering that its only chapstick. It was about $5 (including tax), but I'm totally happy about buying it. Unlike the other lip shimmers, this one goes on clear. I didn't like the other lip shimmer colors, because the colors turned out different on my lips, and it was kinda chalky. However, the radiance one is like the regular burt's bees chapstick, but kinda sparkly/shimmery. The thing I love about this product is that its minty like the regular one, and it moisturizes while it kinda looks like a mild lipgloss. It has just the right amount of shine, and makes my lips look a little darker than usual. It's perfect for an everyday neutral look, or a dressed up look. Normally, I put on chapstick, and then lipgloss or lipstick. To me, this product eliminates that step! And, I know everyone doesn't like the minty feeling, but I absolutely love it!

This stuff is great! It feels so nice on my lips. Cooling, smooth, like there's liquid peppermint on them. It also gives a nice shimmer. Nothing crazy. It's moisturizing as well and it lasts for a while. Highly recommended if you like colorless lip moisturizers!

This is probably my favorite BB lip shimmer. I can only really wear the lighter, cooler toned shades of the lip shimmers - Champagne, Watermelon and Radiance look best on me. Radiance is a shimmery white color that leaves a pleasant pearlescent shine on your lips. It's subtle, but lovely. I only wish these shimmers would stay on longer!

I really like that this is 100% natural. With that said, I am not into lanolin which is listed in the ingredients. Also, I feel that this sits on top of my lips and doesn't really moisturize them as well as other products. The shimmer looks nice if you are trying to obtain a beachy, natural look but it can wash some people out. I only use mine at the house so I have no worries. This has mica and titanium dioxide which are natural sunscreens. I dislike the packaging b/c I forget which side is the top as they both look like tops IMO. I probably wouldn't repurchase because the Replenishing Lip Balm with pomegranate oil is the best Burt's Bees lip product for my needs.

I got this in the champagne colour. I really like it, its small and has shimmer and minty tingly feeling in it like other lipbalms in this line have. I would repurchase it in another shade.

At first it didn't seem shimmery, but once I really started using it, I got to the shimmer. It looks really pretty. It's not like, in your face or anything, but subtle. Subtle enough for daytime. It's also really really creamy and is very moisturizing. Fun to apply. Goes on very smooth. Minty fresh, as well.

There really should be a "maybe" for if we'd purchase a product again.


Anyway, I got this in the Overnight Bee-uty Bag and thought I'd give it a whirl. It really did not interest me (I bought the kit for the bag and other lip balm and couldn't care less about the other products) but I thought I might as well try it! When I opened the tube, the white shimmer put me off and I almost closed the cap without using it. To my surprise, when I applied it my lips looked fantastic! It is very moisturizing and glides right on. No tacky feeling and no grit from the shimmer. I applied it with a light hand and it gave my lips the perfect glow! My lips don't have too much natural pigment, but this partnered with otherwise bare lips give me a nice "no makeup" look. It doesn't look frosty like I thought it would. However, I can see how it would look frosty if you apply too much! I'm not sure if I would buy this outside of a kit because I would like to give the colored versions a try, but this is a good product. I would like to give this a try over matte lipstick or even under to sheer a color out while adding a bit of shimmer.


Gives a slight tingle similar to the Beeswax Balm.
