I have the waterlily scent and although it smells decent in the packaging, it absolutely STINKS when worn. My boyfriend tells me that I smell bad, and that was after I showered and right after applying this deodorant. I have noticed too that when I am out and if sweating a little it intensifies the odor and makes it into something else. I would consider repurchasing in a different scent because it does a pretty good job of controlling underarm wetness, and does not seem to transfer onto my clothes. I will give this 3 lippies for the fact that it goes on clear, dry and I like the formula but beware of this particular scent.

I tried this one. The womens gel version doesn't work for me and I work out pretty much 7 days a week. It seems to melt off and dissipate. The guys white stick version though works like a dream. The womens version seems to be weaker

This didn't worked for me as much as i was expecting.
I sweat a lot all over my body in the winter, and in the summer it's just crazy. After a few hours the effect wears off (winter time).
I have waterlily scent and it smells nice,i like it.
It's nice that it's like a hard gel and it goes on clear with no white marks on clothes. It dries pretty quick.
It's not cheap at all (almost double as dove).
Won't buy it again.

Holy grail? I think so. I've tried several brands of deodorant and some would work for a while, but then I would get immune to it. I sweat a lot and the smell from other deodorants mixed with my sweat wasn't pleasant. I was so self conscious and never ever left the house without the deodorant in my purse. I would apply every 2 hours and it was just ridiculous because there would be buildup and it would get all over my clothes. That's another thing, all these companies claim that they don't go on clothes and that they're black dress approved...wrong! They went on white and got on everything, especially since I had to reapply. I decided to try Mitchum and this is amazing. It seriously goes on clear. I don't re-apply because I don't smell. I still sweat a little, but it's not as bad as it used to be. I just hope I don't become immune to this. I've used Clinical Strength and it was amazing, but after a year, it wouldn't work for me anymore. It was so embarrassing and nasty. I have spent so much money and I think I have finally found something good. Last month I had a total of 6 deodorants because I was desperate to find something good. My friends always made fun of me for it because of how many I used to have. No one needs to ever buy this many products for their pits haha. For now, I'm sticking with Mitchum.
I took off one lippie because it doesn't exactly go on smooth.

I've tried every deodorant on the market, including many clinical strength ones, and Mitchem for Women is the ONLY kind that keeps me dry and fresh all day. Even in a heat wave. Smells nice, goes on clear, and works like it says--24 hour protection.

Great strong protection and a wonderful rose scent. I was attracted to the fact that it was rose scented because most deodorants usually come in sweet fruity scents and other flowery scents but not to often do they come in rose which i love because it's a soft feminine scent that is timeless.

This didn't work at all. The smell didn't last at all and even smelled worse over time, it probably just didn't mix well with my body chemistry. It didn't do much at all in regards to wetness protection either...Dove surprising worked 100% and it has less active ingredient. This one though sucked all around.

This product is not for everyone. If you find that other deodorants aren't strong enough then you'll probably like Mitchum. The antiperspirant is 20% Aluminum Zirconium Tetrachlorohydrex Gly. It was to harsh for my sensitive skin.

I switched to this one about a year ago and have found nothing better. I use the unscented kind but would try a scent if I could find one.

I love Mitchum deodorant. I like the smart solid because it glides on clear and it does not leave any white residue under your arms or on your clothes. I do not recommend the Mitchum gel because it is sticky and it can leave stains on your clothes if you are not careful. Mitchum deodorant in rose petal has a refreshing scent and it will keep you smelling good and protected all day, even on those humid days. This is the only deodorant I trust. I also at times luck up and get a 2 pack for the price of 1 deodorant, now that is something to smile about.

I usually have Secret with Olay as my HG but decided to buy this when my friend was with me and said it was good.
Sorry but this doesn`t really last as far as keeping the ordor away. After a few hours it wears off on me, and I hate how it`s kinda sticky when applied.
The good thing about it is it doesn`t get on your black clothes. That is it. Won`t be buying it again however.
I bought it for 5 CND at a drugstore.

I am a sweaty nightmare sometimes... As a teacher, it can be really embarrassing because middle school kids tend to notice giant wet stains under your arms. This stuff TOTALLY controls the sweating for me. It also has minimal white mark effect on your clothes, so thats a big plus. I don't LOVE the scent but its not bad and given the sweat control, I'll take it!

I nabbed some of this when my "normal" Mitchum Clear Gel recently ran out. I've been using the clear gel for-freaking-ever, and I like it well enough (mainly I like that it's not manufactured by a major vivisectionist company), however it feels horrible and sticky which irritates me psychologically as well as physically. This stuff, however, is a comparative dream! Love the smell -- love, love, love it. I was wary of "Rose Petal" because there's so much room for error, but it's more of a fresh, clean, almost sandalwood-y scent that's extremely light and does not compete with my fragrance selection, but keeps me smellin' good throughout the day. Still some minor stickiness, for which I deduct a lippie, but it leaves no residue, functions well enough, and it doesn't irritate my extremely sensitive skin, so I'll definitely repurchase.

Sensitive ladies, beware.
The good: I really like the idea of the "smart solid" -- a half gel, half solid that leaves no white marks. The deodorant kept me dry all day. Also, the scent is not awful and I think I could learn to like it.
The bad: The scent eventually wore off and left me with this bad remnant smell that was not my own. Also, the cap is flimsy and the product is expensive from coming from the drugstore. However, the worst part about this deodorant is the awful rash it gave me. I thought the burning feeling was because I was so dry, but really, it felt like the deodorant was eating my skin.
Needless to say, I will not repurchase this.

I've used Mitchum years ago. I strayed for some reason, and I found myself making a beeline for Longs today after work just to pick some up. I had such great success with it in the past, hopefully I will have the same success again.
I was pleasantly surprised to see some new scents from when I last used this: Rose Petal, Waterlily, and Papaya. I opted for the Papaya scent which is oh so light (as are the others) and I can't really detect it now that I'm wearing it.
I also noticed a very cooling effect when I applied this after my shower tonight. I don't know if I was hallucinating, they changed the ingredients to add something mentholy, or it was always like that and I never noticed, but I found it nice and refreshing.
I also adore the texture of this deodorant. It's like a weird solid-jello-bar. No grit like normal stick deodorants, it glides on like a dream, and I have never had any visible residue. I do recall it could leave residue that made my clothes feel a little stiff though, but now they advertise this as no-residue, we shall see.
A word of warning, DO NOT DROP THIS DEODORANT!! I have dropped them in the past, whether fairly new or on it's last legs and it BREAKS into pieces. Unlike regular stick deodorants where you can kind of smoosh it all back toghether, you can't do that with Mitchum's solids, so you're stuck using you hand to rub a little Mitchum shard (this stuff ain't cheap!) on your armpits. I've also had the top snap right off if I had it out too far, rubbed a little too vigorously, or it was almost out.

Since I was in middle school I've had a sweating problem. It has nothing to do with the weather, stress or nerves - I just sweat under my armpits. It was so embarrassing when I was younger. This is the ONLY deoderant that controls it. But the secret is putting it on when your armpits are completely dry. It doesnt absorb if there is any moisture. The smell isnt great though and it seems to almost bleach some of my clothes if I do sweat through it (which does happen but not often.) I also use CertainDry at night when I remember.

This deodorant is the only one I have tried that does not irritate my underarms, Although the active ingridient in this is 20 % (aluminum something). This has a texture between gel and solid I love it. For me it doesnt control wetness completely, just depends on the weather but it controls odor which was my main concern. I've tried them all secret, arrid, you name it and they all cause a rash followed by uncontrollable itchiness inflamed skin with lots of redness that subsequently peels...yeah its pretty gross. It is a little more than a regular deoderant but for me its totally worth it. I think its about $5.00 its seems a little larger than a regular deodorant too, dont have the exact quantity.
I LOVE THIS AND WILL USE THIS AS LONG AS IT ISN'T DISCONTINUED

I bought this on a whim when I got extremely frustrated with my Degree deodorant once I realized it only had about 14% of the active ingredient while Mitchum had 20%. I knew nothing about the brand, I bought this solely for the 20% of active ingredient and I have been beyond impressed. I used to use Certain Dri but it irritated my underarms really badly. I actually like the rose petal scent this comes in because I think anything smells better than the fake powdery/old woman scents that most deodorants come in. I did not have high hopes for this because deodorants tend to let me down, but I am super impressed with this and will definitely buy it again! It gets me through the day with no problem, which is no small feat. Great product!

It was alright at first but now it doesn't control wetness at all. It doesn't control odor for me either...sucks because this was an expensive deodorant.
