pros - carry it in my purse everywhere for quick application, doesnt give me a headache, smells foody
cons - in the winter leaves a waxy residue on skin, sometimes/to some people smells like furniture polish (its not just me, a girl at work once thought she was smelling a new bathroom product when i had just applied this)
i dont have any issue with staying power, although no you will not smell this on your clothes weeks after application. its simple, its not overpowering, its easy to use. if i was more into lemon, or if this was more of vanilla scent, or if i didnt catch a lemon pledge scent from it from time to time, it would be five stars.

I carry this in my purse because it is small, fits in my makeup bag, stands up to heat, and I don't have to worry about a perfume bottle breaking inside my bag. It is French, which of course I love, and the packaging is adorable. The cardboard lid doesn't stay on great, but the plastic cap keeps the fragrance from rubbing all over everything in the event the cardboard lid comes off. The scent is nice and very light - lemony, with notes of floral, citrus and vanilla. It has very little staying power, but is a nice solid to carry in your bag for touch-ups. When I run out, will probably repurchase..

I'm allergic to most perfumes, so I don't normally even peruse the fragrance section at Sephora. When I saw the super cute packaging of these solid perfumes, I decided to give it a shot and see if they just *might* smell good without making me sneeze. The Vanilla Lemon Pie smells delicious. It's sweet, but not sickening, and the lemon is subtle (so you don't get the household cleaner vibes from it.) Admittedly, it is a very subtle smell. You have to lean in a bit to smell it. But that's ok with me. If you like subtle scents and/or are sensitive to stronger smells, check out this line.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE this scent. The packaging itself is so cute and fun, as well as easy to transport! The scent is divine, yummy, authentic, and happy!! Because this product is sooo fun and smells awesome, I would buy it again if I ever ran out!! This fun inexpensive product has two downsides: 1) the scent lacks staying power and 2) the product itself is not a smooth application. If you want to experience what a solid perfume stick should and can feel like, try L'Occitane's Wild Cherry solid perfume stick. It literally glides on and the formula is done in such a way that the fragrance lasts and lasts!! For what this Vanilla Lemon Pie product is, it is great... and if my young daughter wore this in a few years, I would feel good about it!

I don't return many beauty products, but back to Sephora this went. I initially tried it on in conjunction with the Marc Jacobs Lemon body spray, and was suckered in by the adorable packaging and low, low price. After using the Vanilla Lemon Pie stick a few times at home, I realized that it had absolutely no staying power, and that the lemon scent faded into straight vanilla just a few moments after application. That's wonderful if you like vanilla, but I was on a lemon kick.
This would be a good fragrance for stylish young women, as it's tres, tres French, very light, and rather innocuous.

holy crapola batman. okay, so i haven't written a review in...probably YEARS (check me on that LOL) - because i haven't felt compelled to. But the SECOND i opened this from my recent sephora order, I fell madly in love and felt the need to enable the rest of you :) I'm pregnant and have been searching for the foody holy grail for my sensitive nose, and this is IT. It's lemon meringue pie, pure and simple. The homemade, fresh stuff. It's sweet but not sickeningly so, and the vanilla is a lovely mix with the tart lemon. This smells feminine, fresh, sweet, and edible all at the same time. It seems to be lastly awhile too, and i think i'm going to have to check out other fragrances in this line! adorable packaging too, although i wish the cap were harder to remove - i'm afraid it'll open in my bag.

The moment I smelled this I knew I HAD to have it. I didn't care that it was small and ignored the price. The scent reminds me of that scent you smell when stepping into Anthropologie. The fragrance is sweet and feminine. Love it! It seems to last pretty long. I applied it 4 hours away, and the scent is still lingering on my wrist. A tip to keep fragrance staying power stronger is too apply perfume on your pulse points, such as wrists, behind the ears, and behind knees (although that's a bit strange!). Definitely will buy again.

It's a very foody scent. I don't like this kind of smell, but I know that lots of people likes sweet and gourmand fragrances. I think it is a bit plasctic too. So I sent mine to a new home where it will be appreciated.

This is so yummy! It is a delightful gourmand lemon vanilla. If you enjoy Laura Mercier Tarte au Citron or similar scents, you should check this out. It's a very happy and light-hearted scent.

Really delicious vanilla lemon sorbet scent, NOTHING like lemon pledge or any other fake lemon house cleaner thankfully!
This is a solid perfume housed in a funky little wind-up cardboard tube, a bit like a lipstick with a clear plastic cap to protect it.
My six year old daughter wants to steal it!! LOL.
RRP $16 usd.

Poule de Luxe Collection
Top Notes: Orange & Neroli
Heart: Almond & Caramel
Base Notes: Heliotrope & Vanilla
The notes combine to make a very soft lemony (not cleaner type) vanilla with a hint of caramel and heliotrope. Simple and delish. It’s funny but this distantly reminds me of a very light, foody and non spiced version of Posset’s Orion.
