i fell in love with this product when it first came out with the ribbon series, i thought it was pretty pricey at 10.99$ for a bottle that i used up very quickly.. but i kept repurchasing it for the lovely smell & i felt my skin was much brighter with the bit of shimmer it added. i was delighted when the price went down to 4.99$ but it was becoming harder to find. I would usually purchase two bottles of this with my black hair dye about every 3 weeks. I stopped seeing it in wall-greens & walmart & i just figured it had been discontinued. just recently i was at biglots & i found it for 2$!! i bought like 9 bottles and they make my showers so much more enjoyable. i dont like the dispensary on the bottle though, it breaks easily & it allows too much out at a time & im always trying to conserve as much of this as possible since the lather is so rich, you dont need that much. LOVE, LOVE, love the smell of this

I bought the smallest size of this, just because I wasn't too sure how much I would like it. At first, I did not like the smell at all. But after awhile it definitely grew on me. This stuff lathers great, a little goes a long way. I got this sometime in the summer and I just finished it off today! Definitely got my money's worth out of that. I found that it also moisturized my skin really well, without leaving a gross film on top. My skin actually absorbed it well, which surprised me. Even on days I didn't have time to put lotion on after I showered, my skin still felt soft and moisturized.
As far as the whole radiance ribbons goes, I didn't notice much of a change in my skin tone at all. Besides the addition of sparkles. I'm not a huge fan of shimmer on my body, so that was the only thing I didn't like. When I bought it, I thought it would help to even out my skin tone, but I didn't notice much of a difference.
Bottom line - I don't think I would repurchase THIS particular body wash, just because I really have no use for the shimmer. I think I may try out one of the other ones from the line, though!

this is usually always in my shower. it cleans well, doesnt strip my skin of moisture, and it gives my skin a nice, very subtle shimmer. you cant see the shimmers unless you are in the sun. it also has a slightly sweet scent to it which i cant put my finger on what it smells like, but whatever the scent is, it doesnt linger too long on me. i love using this in the summer, i always get compliments on my skin when in the sun after using this. in the winter this helps keep my skin from overdrying. i dont like to use this product as a replacement for lotion and shaving cream. i still use lotion especially in the winter.

awesome. i think this works better on tanned skin.. nice sparkle on the skin; and smell and feel of this stuff is the best. i am using the creme ribbons for looong time now, really good moisturizing wash, but since it is summer - might as well get some color on! =) looove it!

This makes my skin feel really soft. Unfortunately I'm breaking out in bumps and even pimples so it might be a little too heavy for me.

Smell is delicious. Lather is luxurious. Effect is soft, supple skin in one step. If you look really hard you'll notice the 'radiance', which is a nice, subtle effect.

I look for excuses to shower more often...

I Love this stuff. However... when used on the pouf...No scent stays on me BUT when I pour it in my hands and rub it all over my Body..BOY THE SCENT STAYS...and thats whut I want out of a Body Wash. Have the scent stay with me...Not disappear after using it on my pouf. I Love this stuff...its very pretty, and I Love the scent too :) but my favorite ribbons is the Purple :) Cant be beat! but will re-buy this puuuuuuuurty stuff and its Green..My Fave. color! ;)

I don't like this bodywash at all. It leaves my skin coated with a weird film, I can barely detect the shimmer (reason I bought it) and it takes forever to rinse off. I could rub it all over my legs and put my legs under water and bring them back up..and the product is still there..all of it. It was very weird.



It smells like juicy stripe fruit gum. I somehow found it very nauseating though and I am a lover of all things fruity, especially that gum.. but there was something about this that just made it sickenly sweet, cloying, weird. I wish I could put my finger on it. I'm using this to shave with to get rid of it but even just using it there leaves my skin itchy. I'm close to tossing it..

If you like the look of shimmer, you'll love this. Put down your messy shimmer powder that doesn't stay put anyway. This stuff puts a fine shimmer all over that lasts. It is not over-the-top glittery. It's just a little sparkle for those of us who like the shimmery stuff. It leaves me feeling moisturized & smells wonderful. I will be very upset when this gets discontinued.

I picked this up at the supermarket last year and I have to admit the only reason why I did so was because of the claim of skin luminosity. They had me at radiance. I didn't think it would do much to make me 'glow' and that it was all a marketing ploy. I was however, trying to see if the placebo effect was any more luminescent. It was when I was replying to en email after a shower that I noticed tiny specks of what appeared to be glitter on my arms. I thought it strange because I couldn't have rubbed against anything glittery (insert obvious joke here) between the 5 mins after the shower. I then realized it was all over my legs and body. It was the body wash.

According to Olay, this body wash has an actual ribbon of moisturizer with glucosamine complex and skin brighteners. It has pigments that help improve the skin's ability to reflect light. Hence the glittery effect. I know people who have tried this product and they are the bread and butter of waxing parlors and they still see specks of shiny stuff on the tips of their body hair after a shower.

Of course, you have to look closely but hey at US$4.99 (10oz/295ml); what more can you ask for?

I love the tiny shimmer this leaves on my skin and the it smells pretty good. My skin feels soft and moisturized, not greasy. It has a wonderful creamy lather that is a perfect prep for shaving. I don't get as much nicks and my legs look and feel smooth. You get a huge bottle too.

I really love this stuff! It's funny that I never noticed the sparkles until reading on here. I looked at my skin really really close and noticed that I do have little teeny tiny sparkleys on my skin! The cool thing about it is that you dont even noticed unless you reeeally look and it does make my skin feel/look great! I also love the smell. I have a new baby and my routine has had to be pared down to the basics now so I don't get to lotion all the time and my skin hasn't felt dry at all...and I live in a desert so that's saying a lot! I like this one better than the pink one I tried. I think I actually found a body wash I'm going to stick with...and that is saying a lot because I am very fickle and like to switch it up all the time.

This is the second 'ribbons' body wash I have tried. I did the one with jojoba butter and it was pure grease in the shower. This one is less greasy, has a vanilla-y scent and moisturizes very very well. It's pretty thick and comes out a bit strange though, but it goes away once lathered up with water. I don't 100% enjoy the texture/feel of it, but it does make my skin extremely soft and silky. I don't notice too much shimmer, just a bit and it's very natural and pretty - think 'glowy' not 'showy'. I will purchase it again!

I like the scent of this Olay Ribbons- the pink one has a sweet scent that's sickly to me. This one smells like coconut. This works well for moisturizing, but all Olay body washes are rather slimy and don't seem to clean the skin very well. Still a good product for winter when skin is drier.

I really like this stuff! For reference, I have eczema and my skin is very sensitive. I love how this body wash lathers...I even shave my legs with this! While I didn't personally notice any new 'radiance' with my skin, I do like everything about this body wash: it helped make my skin softer, it smells good, it didn't leave any ring in my bathtub, and I could shave with this. My skin can get itchy from being so dry, and while I was using this stuff, my skin wasn't itchy! I do use body lotions, but I found I could skip that if I wanted too. The packaging was great, too. The bottle stands on it's head so you get all the product, all the time. I looked for this to repurchase but my store didn't have it. I will buy this again when I can find it.

LOVE IT!!!!!!!!! OBSESSED WITH THE OLAY RIBBON SERIES..In my shower, I have this One, the Pink one, and the Blue one and soon, the Purple. This one (The Green) Smells sooooo GOOD and the scent stays with me all day. Its so much fun using these Body-Washes in the Shower Everyday..especially when you have a variety to choose from but hey, I have a Body-wash Fetish and I am obsessed and Crazy about these. I Love the Sparkles too :) adds Cuteness to it. Highly Recommended :)

I've been using this product for about a week now. I can't say I love it, but I can't say I hate it either. It smells wonderful, moisturizes decently, and it leaves just the right amount of sparkle. However, I don't think I'll buy it again, unless it's on sale.

I've been in love with the Jojoba version of this for several months now, and decided to try this, too. It's just as moisturizing and pleasant smelling, but I haven't noticed any brightening effects yet. Great stuff.

I am totally loving this stuff. I hardly ever buy body washes because a) they usually smell so fake, yucky perfumey and b) unscented Dove soap works just fine on my sensitive, dry skin. But this stuff smells really good--especially in summer. It's kind of nutty, unusual, not overpowering. MMMMM. It feels totally decadent and delicious, so creamy and yummy and leaves my skin so soft--and looking more like healthy, young skin versus sun-destroyed and dull. In the beginning of summer, I didn't want to wear bear my limbs because my skin was -so- dull and yuck. But even after the first use, I could definitely see an improvement in the texture of my skin. After a week, my skin was looking soft and sexy. My favorite summer beauty find. (Kind of nasty tub ring issues because I live in an apt with horrible drainage issues, but I will def clean the tub more often to get my skin looking this good!) Did not notice sparkles.
