This is my third Lush mask, the previous ones I've tried being Oatifix and Mask of Magnaminty. While I still have to try ALL of their masks, this by far is my favourite!!

Pros:
- If you're into physical exfoliation because you simply like the feel of it, Love Lettuce is your love! You can exfoliate your face with this mask as you apply it, as well as whilst rinsing it off with water, Warning though: use a light hand when scrubbing. The particles are kinda rough so you'll wanna be gentle.
- Surprisingly moisturising! I've always thought anything that was exfoliating was the complete opposite of anything nourishing or moisturising. But I feel like Love Lettuce does both! After rinsing off the mask, you're left with a light layer of moisture that is not too heavy unlike the layer Oatifix leaves you post-rinsing. I feel like it does a little something extra to help with my dry patches.
- I dunno if I'm just imagining it, but I feel like this mask mildly brightens my complexion. If my face happens to be quite red and feeling raw before using this mask, it does help minimise the redness and soothe the raw feeling (if you don't scrub too hard!)
- The consistency of the mask is very easy to use. Very spreadable unlike darn Mask of Magnaminty and especially Oatifix!

Cons:
- The smell is kinda weird and may put off some people. It reminds me of the frozen veggies section of the supermarket. I don't know if I like it or not.
- The exfoliating particles may aggravate sensitive skin! But this just means you need to be very careful with scrubbing the mask VERY GENTLY with a light touch while usage.
- Short expiration date - but for me, I enjoy using this mask so much that I can actually imagine myself using this up within 3 weeks!

I wanna keep trying all of Lush's fresh face masks and want to purchase a different mask once Love Lettuce runs out, but I'm going to have to resist the temptation to repurchase this instead of trying a new mask because I've enjoyed using this so far! And I've only used it twice too! I think this mask is definitely an all-rounder and can be enjoyed by many because it's all exfoliating, moisturising, soothing and brightening all in once without going too overboard.

I absolutely love this face mask. While the texture may seem coarse on skin, it gave no grief to my combination skin suffering from cystic acne. In fact it really clears it out each time I use it. In comparison to the mask of magnaminty which was recommended by the store staff but it broke me out the night after I used it. Also because it doesn't have preservatives (or at least not too much) it needs to be refrigerated. The small container lasts 6 months without any hassle. It's the only one I would buy without a thought next to Aztec secret Indian healing clay. This one really works!

This is definitely an exfoliating mask. It is gentle enough to use every night, but I prefer to use it every other night or every two days because I like it to last a little longer. The smell isn't bad and leaves my skin smooth and not too dry afterwards. I like this way better than the Ayesha mask. I still prefer Sacred Truth over them all, but this would be a great one to alternate with that for the exfoliation.

I love this mask. It smells good, it exfoliates so well, and helps keep my skin from being red from breakouts. I will definitely buy this again.

This is the ever first mask i have every purchased from lush. I have used plenty of mask in the past and I can say that say far the best effects that i have ever seen is from the mask range in lush. So far, love lettuce have cleared down the swell of my acne , just one use and even my skin tone seems healthier .

This is Lush's most exfoliating face mask. It is green with a fairly grainy texture and the smell is very mild and fresh. It doesn't irritate my sensitive skin and when it is being rinsed off, it gives the skin a nice exfoliation. It is fairly strong but not scratchy like some exfoliators can be. I would buy this mask when my skin needed a good scrub in order to feel fresh.

I've repurchased this product multiple times. I absolutely love it! It makes my skin feel so soft and clean. There are exfoliant pieces inside to scrub the mask off once it's dried, so it's a mask and exfoliator all in one!

It has a classic green tint, and the smell isn't too pleasant. (although I'm used to it now) This product has a shelf life of about 3 weeks, so I use it about 3-4 times a week to get the most out of it.

The price is fairly cheap for something that has cleared up my skin and controls breakouts.
I will definitely keep buying this mask.

I have sensitive, acne-prone, scarred skin that reacts strongly to products. I have bought this mask three times, more than any other mask I've ever used. I find this to be very refreshing, the smell is light and pretty, but the scrubbiness of the ground almonds is my favorite part of the mask. I don't break out after using this, I'm just left with much smoother, more supple skin and smaller pores.

I can not say how much I LOVE THIS MASK!!!! I have combination/acne prone skin with a lot of scarring, and this mask was just delightful! It helped the pores and acne on my face, lightened my acne scars, and made my complexion a lot brighter. It didn't dry out my dry spots, either, which most face masks do. After using this I noticed that my face was radiant with more even skin tones. Not only this, but it's all natural, too! I would gladly take this $6.95 mask over any $50 mask at Sephora. Love, Love, LOVE!
