The first thing that caught my eye about this product was the packaging. I love the fact that it has a little wand-type applicator and is very easy to use. After I tried it on at Sephora, I knew that I needed it. It works amazingly and I love it! The coverage is perfect for me. It isn't drying and is very easy to pat into your skin. I can dab it all over my face and not be worried about it drying out before I have the chance to dab it in.
Although it is on the pricey side, I am already on my second tube. For me, the tube lasts around 6-7 months so it's worth the buy.
It is very simple to throw in your purse on the go. And as a matter of fact, because this works so well for me, I have even stopped using foundation and just use this on my problem areas, work it in, and top it off with powder. It does such a great job blending with my skin that I do not even have to worry about spots.
Overall, definitely a great buy that I will be repurchasing... It'll be my third one!

Attempting to document my unhealthy attachment to concealers. My undereye has dark circles due to some unknown reason, so I need one. The Cargo One Base is a very good color and a time saving idea where the concealer is in a wand and you can use it for foundation. It doesn't really cover that well and GUESS WHAT, it dried out my eyes after about 6 hours. It also shows wrinkles in about 6 hours. So I should throw this away. This is so hard for me. Off to document more concealers. Just curious how many I have. (1 out of )

Pretty average coverage. Great to keep in your purse as a touch up product.

This product was designed for women who only want coverage in some areas of the face, making it well-suited to my needs. I have found virtually all foundations to be too drying on my sensitive combination skin, so on a regular daily basis I opt for concealer and face powder instead. Cargo one base is great for me because it is quick and uncomplicated to use... I just dab a bit around the eyes, the nose and on the chin and spread with my fingertips. The consistency is liquid so it is easy to spread, the coverage is medium, definitely enough to lighten up shadows and correct red patches on fair skin like mine (I use the lightest shade). Staying power is good. I also like the packaging, the tube is easy to carry along. The price is a bit steep though, around 20€ via beautybay.com, and there are so many liquid concealers on the market nowadays that I am not entirely sure I will repurchase this one, though I really like it.

This concealer is very effective at hiding my dark circles, and the color matches my skin tone better than most coverage-products. However, I think it's very drying because the area under my eyes where I apply it started to flake shortly after using it, and after first applying under-eye cream, the flakiness went away. Then the concealer ran into the creases under my eyes!!

I actually like this concealer. I feel as though it gives good coverage, though not FULL coverage if you're one with extremely dark undereye circles. I'd say it was about medium coverage. It doesn't crack and does the job extremely well.
I'd go to Sephora and try it out under my eyes first just to make sure this is the perfect one for you.

The coverage feels light but it actually covers a lot. Very comfortable wear. It's expensive, but so far the coverage has been worth it and I plan on buying it again.

the coverage is medium but buildable ... looks so natural with a nice brightening effect not caky at all ...dries fast...DOES NOT CREASE AT ALL ...quite expensive in my opinion ... the wand helps me in following the shadow that my under eye bag creates makes it easy to conceal it ..it's really good for precise application ... will repurchase
edit : i ended up cutting off the wand ...now it's much easier to me to use ...will repurchase though because it looks natural and does not crease

I'm surprised by the not completely positive reviews on this. It works amazing on me! Granted it doesn't give 100 % coverage a la Kim Kardashian style. But that's what i like. Everyone says I look awake and fresh when I use this and no one can actually tell I'm wearing concealer. They think I've had a good night's sleep, which I think is the main purpose of this. I don't, however, use it as foundation. I dont use foundation for everyday. But as a concealer this product is PERFECT. Beats both mac concealers that are collecting dust. Better than Dior's concealer.

It doesn't give a lot of coverage and it doesn't las for too long. Anyway, this is what I needed because it moistures your undereye, so if you have dry undereye area this will be good for you. This concealer won't crack at all... because it covers so little that it would be ridiculous for it to do it. Anyway, I can see a little difference and also how the moisture prevents my skin from drying.
Anyway, I won't buy again. As I've read here and taking on account that a Sephora's assistant was the one that recommended this to me, I think that they recommend things they want to have as bestsellers, not just because they're good.

This is a great concealer, the single most natural looking coverage I have ever found. The lightest color is not super light for very fair skin but I find it has been working for me.. though I wish they made one a tad lighter. this is great for covering transient redness and slight imperfections but don't expect it to be heavy duty because it's not. I mostly like that it looks so natural. It blends well and doesn't crease. It doesn't break me out either!

Hands down the best concealer I've found! I've tried countless other brands ranging from supermarket cheapies to ultra expensive ones. I've never achieved this natural, flawless, no-makeup look that Cargo gives. It's a blessing! My eyes look rested and fresh, not caked-up and unnatural. I'd buy this product over and over again!

My first time using this product I went into Sephora and told the woman that I wanted the best concealer they had bar no expense and she directed me to this rather ugly looking silver tube. I was impressed enough by her demonstrations but still found myself rather dubious of the product when I left the store (seriously Cargo really needs to hire someone to redo their packaging, the thing is just ugly). Wow! Was I ever impressed when I got it home and tried it out. The formula is thick and creamy and has all day lasting power. I'm so sad that Sephora no longer seems to carry this anymore as it makes it quite the hassle to get a hold of. For anyone looking for a great product this is definitely worth the time and money you need to get a hold of it.
My one complaint is that I hate the wand applicator on this. It really doesn't seem very hygienic to me and because my skin is naturally oily I have to always keep an eye out for products that might cause me to break out so I ended up having to invest in a pack of disposable wands. The extra hassle was definitely a turn off.

I recently bought a kit from Cargo and this little concealer came in the second lightest shade. The consistency of this concealer/foundation leans towards the runny side and it dries fairly quickly. It doesn't look cakey, but i suggest not powdering it unless you have extremely oily skin. The coverage is light to medium, so if you have pimples this might not do the trick. I love using this under my eyes and on the corners of my nose and it really brightens my look. However, I can't handle paying for the retail price of this concealer, so i won't purchase it again.

I'm not a foundation kind of woman; I generally like to go for the No Makeup Look while maintaining some kind of freshness and polish. I was starting to find my summer TM (Roche Posay Hydreane Teinte) a bit orange and muddy and my other TM (Kiehl's) seemed too chalky and opaque. Cargo's One Base (I use shade 001) seems to do a nice job of smoothing out little problem areas (redness around the nose, big freckles, etc.) Applied over Clarins' (divine) Instant Light Complexion Perfector (with a sweep of BeneFit Georgia powder in the T-zone) this lends a sheer evenness to my skin and doesn't break me out. Also, as I travel from time to time, it lends itself well to being tossed into a Ziploc bag in a carry-on. I have only two beefs: 1. The wand applicator is rather unsanitary--a little tube would have been much better. 2. Though it applies smoothly and evenly with no gumminess or chalkiness, Cargo One Base doesn't really do justice to dark undereye circles like mine. I still have to wheel on my MAC Select Cover Up to take the edge off. But overall a pleasant discovery.

I love this stuff! When Sephora stopped selling it, I went on a mission to find it and even drove 40 minutes to the nearest ULTA which carried it. Before finding cargo a few years ago, I had spent a year trying out different concealers from cheap drug store ones to expensive ones at my nearest Nordstrom . It wasn't until I found Cargo that I really satisfied with a concealer. Yes it is a bit on the pricey side for a concealer and for me one lasts about 6 months because I use it everyday but it is worth it! I have been anemic since childhood and have deep set dark circles which only got worse afterI had my daughter..now for someone in their early twenties this makes one very self conscious. I could not live without this concealer, it goes on smooth as silk and a little but goes a long way. I use it for my circles and a little redness by my nose and then apply some bare essentuals powder and perfect..not too made up but with an even skintone. I would buy again and again! Just be sure to choose the right color for your skintone, ulta has samples so you can see which one works best. I have light/medium tone skin and use 01, I find the others are way too dark.

I got this product on a trip (it came with the 7 in 7 Light to Medium kit) and used it once under my eyes; while I was happy with the lightweight, natural finish, it didn't wow me, and I stashed it away in my purse without giving much more thought.
On a recent overnighter, I was dismayed to discover I had forgotten my foundation, but was saved by my tube of One Base, which was still in my purse, where I had thrown it and forgotten about it. I dabbed a little on my nose, cheeks and forehead, and spread out quickly. I was delighted to find that it worked quite well as a foundation, as promised, and I needed only a little powder to set it. The finish was natural, sheer to medium, and didn't enhance my oiliness. It also stuck the whole day - one which was spent on rollercoasters and bumper cars on a surprisingly hot and humid May weekend. My body was melting under my clothes, but my makeup didn't look too shabby at all.
I'm an NC25, and the One Base that came with the Light kit was a perfect match. I doubt I'd repurchase because I don't love it that much, but I'm sure to finish up the tube I have, happily.

I really like this product. No need for a separate concealer and foundation (which sort of makes up for the price) because this one product gives adequate coverage and lives up to its name. I have many acne scars and imperfections here and there and this covers it perfectly without feeling heavy. It's also very natural looking and the consistency is not too runny nor thick.

I really like this concealer. Well, I use it as a concealer, I know it says it's also a foundation, but, I've never used it for that. It's pretty good at covering dark circles. I also use it to cover redness. It's good for general light coverage and great for everyday. I also love the packaging. I really like the fact that it's a wand applicator but you can squeeze out extra product.

This is a great product for dark circles and a dot of coverage here and there. It stays on all day. No complaints from me; I'll buy again.
