It's a nice product, I love that its mostly organic. It works quite well, leaving my hair nice and soft. I'm not fond of the smell though. My friend described it as "old man smelling". It's not a bad smell, it reminds me of a kind of herbal or minty or eucalyptus type smell...not bad, just not what i want my hair to smell like. It is really nice stuff though, I'd use it despite not liking the smell that much.

My hair is long, quite dry, and naturally curved. This conditioner did not moisturize my hair well enough. Compared to many drug store conditioners I used before, this conditioner is underperform. Smell good and smell disappears after rinsing. I really want to love it and use it up since it is better than not putting any conditioner on my hair. However, it made my head breakout. When I stop using it for 2 days, the acne were gone. When I used it again, the acne came back. I was forced to put it aside.... I think I am allergic to some of the ingredients . Very disappointed.

I love this conditioner!! It makes my hair amazingly soft and manageable! I love what it does to my hair, and the fact that when I'm using it I know that it is not harming me. its 100% natural free from any harmful chemicals. I would definitely buy this product again... even know it can be pricey.

I love the scent of this, it's a little minty, which is so refreshing. I use this with the Whenever shampoo.

On my hair, I can feel how thick and nourishing it is. I don't use a lot, I leave it on for 5min and yay, my hair is happy and soft. My hair has been dyed once last november a dark brown so it is a little treated but my hair loves it and I love having my hair cone and chem free.

I love finding natural gems like this one.

Not terrible but this did not work as well for me as Lush Retread. I had to use a ton of this conditioner just to get a little softness and it just didn't seem to do much for my hair. Not the worst but it took too much product for me to get he moisture I needed. I bought this to try and save money by not buying Lush but I go through this so much faster, I am not saving anything and am not getting anywhere near the same results. While this is one of the better "organic" "more natural" conditioners I have used it's just not for me. Would not repurchase.

This is so wonderful! I have tried several conditioners and this is so great! I have medium length dry and damaged hair and this makes it like silk. You must try it!

It's not a horrible conditioner, it just didn't work for my chemically treated hair. It's not particularly moisturizing, even though I'm a CO washer.

Also, my hair likes 'cones, and this has no cones. So, all in all, Miss Treated and I are not a match made in heaven.

This conditioner does an adequate job. I purchased it along with the matching shampoo for post-swimming hair washing. My hair still felt somewhat dried out even after using conditioner. Smell and consistency are pleasant. I won't purchase again just because of price to value. Others' mileage may vary.

I've been looking for a good conditioner for my overprocessed (thanks to dying, long story) hair. This is GREAT. Keeps my hair soft without getting too oily (provided you don't put too much).

I'm still experimenting with the amount I need to use for my hair as I often put too much and my hair is oily by the next morning (I shower in the mornings). You really don't need a lot, maybe a dime size (my hair is medium length). So it's potent, moisturizing, and gentle. I think I'll keep using it.

I really liked this conditioner. It moisturized my baby-fine, colored hair quite well without making it too moisturized to be flying away or weighed down. The smell would perk me right up every morning in the shower. My only complaint is that the consistency is a little bit thinner than most conditioners, so I felt like I had to use more than average to get a decent amount on my hair. But I would still buy it again.

This stuff is awesome. It has a nice eucalyptus smell and seems to work well for my dry hair without overdoing it on the conditioning. It is good for every day use too and not crazy expensive.

I like this stuff. Granted, I have normal/oily hair that does not pose any particular problems for me. I goop some of this creamy stuff onto my ends and it moisturizes them nicely, leaving my hair feeling silkier and softer, like I've just had a trim. It has a pleasant minty sort of scent that is not strong and goes away once you rinse it out. The price is a wee bit high compared to a drugstore conditioner, but the better-quality ingredients make up for that. Overall, I'll keep this on my list of 'good conditioners' (I like trying new stuff so I rarely buy hair products twice in a row).

ETA: I'm still using this conditioner. My hair texture has changed since I wrote the original review 6 years ago. It's gone from straight and semi-oily to slightly wavy and semi-dry (weird, huh?). This conditioner works even better for me now. It moisturizes hair without weighing it down or flattening the wave down at all. This doesn't have silicones in it either. I alternate with a heavier, richer conditioner and am happy as a clam.

This conditioner is amazing. I normally use Pureology Hydrate, both the shampoo and conditioner. I have long blonde high/lolighted hair. My hair was starting to feel and look dull and I was actually thinking it was the water in my apartment building. I even sent away for a mineral/hard water testing kit. In the meantime I ran out of pureology conditioner, and the store I normally buy it from was out as well. As I started to leave I noticed the Kiss My Face line. I read the ingredients and they are even better than those in pureology. I was still hesitant, but desperation won out. I use it with my pureology shampoo and I swear it has brightened up the highlights and has made my hair much softer. I've been using it for a couple weeks now as I wanted to give it some time before reviewing it, now I can happily say it's well worth it, it may even take the place of my pureology conditioner. I'm still hooked on their shampoo though!!
