Love this wax! So easy to apply and doesn't make my brow hairs fall out (and they fall out pretty easy!). Holds them in place all day but they still feel nice and soft. Took one lippie off because I dislike that I have to sharpen this. I hate the price too but I am sure it will last me a very long time so it's worth it to me. Would repurchase.

This works. I checked the "yes" for will buy product again because it works, but I will not buy this again because the E.L.F. clear gel works just as good for so much less money.

Simple and effective. I'm on my third wax pencil. I use this everyday with Laura Mercier's black eyebrow pencil and get great results. I like to use the wax alone when I'm short on time, but I find that it leaves a bit of white residue when there's no pencil over it. Aside from that, get a chubby sharpener and you're good to go.

I like to keep my makeup routine very simple, but this is one of those products that seems excessive yet a must-have. Before I get into it, I will say I bought one of these TWO YEARS ago and am almost out of it after using it daily.
I have really light brows that definitely need to be filled in. I use this first and then apply brow powder over it. I think it helps the brow powder to stay put rather than eyebrow gels. Honestly, you can't really screw it up.
I took off one star because it is ridiculously expensive for what it is. Also, as with other products that come in pencil form, you lose quite a bit of it when you go to sharpen the pencil, which is that much worse when it comes to an expensive product.

Love this. I inherited brows from the men's side of my family: long hairs that stick out in every direction, even when they're freshly threaded and trimmed. Spoolies alone do nothing. Those gels in wands help a little but they're shiny, dry stiff and because of the amount I need to use, I always look like I'm wearing hair gel on my forehead.
This is a matte wax with super hold yet a natural look. Just run the side or tip of the pencil along your brow line; I also use it to poke those renegade hairs into place. You don't look like you've got product on your brows - you just look like you've got great brows. And it's a no-brainer to use. I'm sure it's perfect for those with more manageable brows too.

Love, love, love this product. My eyebrow hairs tend to get long, real fast. I like to keep them looking neat, so I was always searching for an eyebrow product to hold them in place. For the longest time I tried several eye brow gels (you know, the clear ones you apply with a mascara wand). Those never worked out for me. Sure, they would hold my eye brows in place, but you could always tell my eyebrows were 'gelled', regardless of what brand I would use. It just never looked...real. Even the high end brands when applied would look the same. My eyebrows would never look natural when I used the eye brow gel. What was worse was that the wand to apply the eye brow gel would pick up other products over time (e.g. foundation), and eventually the eye brow gel would become cloudy and wouldn't go on clear anymore.
The brow fix pencil is more waxy than the eye brow gels, which tend to be more liquidy. It is super easy to apply. Just run it over your brows once or twice, just as though you were lining them with a pencil, give then a quick brush, and VOILA! You will have neat eye brows, they will look natural, and they will not move!
I'm a bit late discovering this product, but I now can't live without it. I hope they never discontinue it.
It may seem a bit pricey...I can't remember what I paid for it in Canada, but it was roughly $25. Seems like a lot to pay for a pencil-looking product, but trust me, it is well worth it. I purchased mine about 4 months ago, I use it almost everyday, and I have yet to sharpen it. A well worth product if you have eyebrow hairs that tend to stray throughout the day. Hey, that rhymed!
I would purchase again, no doubt about it.

I've used many brow grooming products. Amongst some of them would be Clarins, Bobby Brown gel, Benefit, Christian Dior...
My eyebrow hair is black, long, can be sparse in some areas, and never stay in place. I tried this product and it made the appearance of my brows slightly more healthy and kept my brows in place. It really finished up my face nicely. It pretty much keeps the brows in place while giving a healthy natural sheen look to it. I can brush my brows up and it will stay in place, I can brush them across with this stuff and stays in place.
CONS:
I still like my Clarins brow kit, but gravitated to this stick of wax because I was running out of the wax in my Clarins kit. This wax is better at holding the brows in place than the Clarins wax. However, it seems the Clarins wax, though it has some staying power, seems to be nicer to the hairs. I have less hairs falling out with the Clarins wax than the Anastasia one. So those who are susceptable to loosing brow hairs, beware of the Brow Fix. However, you want lose as much hair in comparison to a brow gel.
PROS: This stuff really keeps things in place, and gets slightly tested after a game of tennis, but looks really good. It helps to clean up the face with such nicely placed brows. It handles the pigment better than my Clarins wax. So I use the pigment from the Clarins brow kit in conjunction with this kit. The pigments look way more natural with this wax. The wax from Clarins is more brittle, harder to smooth out.
I really like this product. If you want a more clear natural solution to volumizing eyebrow hair and keeping it in place, this is the best product I've seen thus far.

This is great. I have wild brows but i hate the wet/stiff look of brow gels, this keeps my brows shaped all day without stiffness. Extremely easy to apply, very portable, great results. Not cheap but compared to other HE brow styling products i've tried it gives better results at similar cost, so i won't complain about that.
I've only had this for less than a week and i won't declare it HG until i've seen if the wax base will break me out. Fingers crossed because i really like this.
Update oct 15: I've been using this for 1 1/2 months now, nobad reactions, love this product.

This is a very lovely product. I like this far better than MAC's Brow Finisher product. This is soft and smooth going on, no hard pressing. It sets to a nice medium consistency that allows you to work it further if need be. I have applied brow powder before and after I've used this product and it's fairly universal in its workability.

This product is very effective but very far from ideal.
I kept salivating over this pencil whenever I went to Sephora & I would put it on w/the tester but I would never buy it. It's just too darn small & way too expensive ($20). Plus it's packaged in a cumbersome wood pencil that needs sharpening, thereby wasting a lot of expensive product every time I'd have to sharpen.
So I never bought it but I really wanted to find something similar that would cost less. Took a looooong time but I finally found Femme Couture 'Brow Couture' automatic wax pencil @ Sally's for just $6.
Anastasia has a great idea, except done in the wrong way. It comfortably holds eyebrow hairs into the shape you want w/o adding any color or looking glued down.
As much as I love it, it's just not worth the expense.

am i missing something here??? i really, REALLY wanted to like this because the hairs at the arch of my left brow literally grows straight down perpendicular to all the other hairs so i really needed something to put them in their place! i've tried numerous gels and was really hopeful for this after hearing rave reviews about this.
it just turned my eyebrow hairs shiny and slightly darker but after about 10-15 mins my hair shot right back up and out of place. so instead of just "drawing" on w/ the wax pencil i tried pressing down hard to set it in the wax and it ended up making my eyebrows look like i had glued on hairs for 15 mins... then again, unruly. -_-
alas, it did nothing for me *sob* and my search continues...

Well, my search is finally over--no more goopy gels for me. This stuff is great. Easy to apply, portable, doesn't mess up the color i've put on my brows (pencil, powder, or marker), and keeps my truly unruly brows in place all day. It's a little pricey, but given that it takes only a bit to do the job and it really works, I'll pay it.

Love this!! Been using it for a year now and will continue to use it. It glides on smoothly and yet you cant see it like most waxes. I use it over my Elizabeth Arden Dual perfection eye shaper and it last all day.

I am actually quite happy with this! It is very easy and fast and a great way to tame brows for everyday. I just draw a little from the pencil on my brows and smooth it down with a finger. It doesn' tleave any residue, adds just a teeny bit of darkness to the brow, isn't too stiff/sticky, and keeps them groomed - looking. I have tried LM's brow Gel - that was flakey. The smashbox wax that comes with the brow powder is a little too hard/sticky. And, I look silly in most colored brow products. So this is perfect for me!

I was really really realy hoping I'd like this product. *sigh*
I have medium skintone with very sparse brows. The kind of brows that look non-existent when you have an eye-full of eyeshadow on. Needless to say I have to shade my brows in. BTW, I have dk-brown/black hair so I use maybelline twin eyes in charcoal grey, then I fill it with a grey-brown powder as I'm not into the brown with the reddish tone to it. Anywho, I would've liked to use this to keep them brows from fading throughout the day, but alas, they still did. I think they actually faded faster and much more noticably.
Maybe its an error in the application, I don't know. I've yet to try this without the powder. Like if I get up early in the morning and need to make a walmart run and just need something to give the brows some life....
Pretty packaging, way pricey, didn't work for me as well as it did for others. (Insert sad face here)

I have to say that I bought this on my sister's recommendation, used it for awhile then went back to the gel. I am back using it again, the gels are just way too messy. Glad to see the great reviews. I like this better than any other brow product. I use her brow powder as well, great little brush too.

I was using a cheapo clear mascara on my brows, but I felt like it didn't hold as well as I'd like, plus I was getting brow pimples!
I decided to pick this up at Ulta since I had decided to try a "wax" type of brow... uhh... wax.
Anyway, I love it! I put it on AFTER putting on my brow shadow (I like to use eye shadow on my brows - I've found the perfect shade for my very dark brows (yet VERY light skin). On a side note - I don't typically like powders specifically for brows because the color is always so off.
Anyway, this stuff really holds my brows in place PERFECTLY. I'm so pleased. The price is outlandish for what it is, but I'll bet this fat little pencil will last me a minimum of 6 months (probably MUCH longer).
It works so well, that on casual (i.e. lazy) days, I could easily just swipe some on my brows, shape and forget about any type of shadow at all.
Love it!

I like this product. It works fantastic for holding unruly brows in place. It is a bit of a pain to sharpen and you do loose a bit of the wax...but I really like this much better than anything else I've tried.
Will purchase again.

I am going to have to be the odd ball out here. I have been using brow gel and that kept my brows in place. This just doesn't. I look in the mirror in the middle of the day..and they are unruly! I may as well not be wearing anything on my brows. This is way too expensive for me to keep, so back to sephora it will go today! Back to brow gel for me!
